Thanks to Melanie’s expert eye, we have a treat for Knockout fans this week. TNA’s exclusive web match for this week features former Knockout Tag Team Champions, Taylor Wilde and Sarita, battling against the Original Knockout, Traci Brooks, and former Knockout Champion, ODB!
The oddball, yet fun combination of the normal Traci Brooks and the ridiculous ODB make their way out to the ring first. As usual, ODB is hyper as hell and Traci seems pretty pumped to be actually wrestling for a change. They get into the ring and there’s some disturbing groping going on, but we’ll let that go. Afterall, it is an ODB match and she’s usually disturbing enough for everyone on the TNA roster. The former champions are out next and their ring entrance is unique to say the least. It’s actually kind of sexy seeing if like to watch two women touch a lot and then stare at one another in the eyes. Their matching outfits are cute to say the least and Traci imitating them is really fun to watch. Taylor and Traci get us started off.
Traci is quick to try the offensive side of things but Taylor puts a stop to that pretty quickly. A single leg takedown has Traci down, but she gets back up. Taylor tries an armdrag, but the buxom brunette recovers from that and scoops the smaller Taylor up on her shoulders. Traci appeared to be going for some type of slam, but Taylor manages to block it, roll down to the ground, and scramble to her feet. She chest chops Traci, then blocks a punch, before wretching Ms. Brooks’ arm back and going for a tag to Sarita.
The amazing Sarita slingshots in and immediately goes to work. Her offense is pretty spectactular. In fact, it’s so spectactular that Traci can’t handle it and stumbles to her corner, right into ODB’s waiting arms. The ex-champion makes the tag and I’m guessing Traci was pretty relieved to get away from Sarita is just ready to explode on the opposition. As soon as ODB makes her way inside, Sarita takes her down with a drop-toe hold, which leaves ODB withering in pain and gripping her left breast in agony. Sarita applies a nice little two and a half Nelson, floats over into a pin, but she only manages to score a one count. An overwhelmed ODB gets up and finds herself up against the ropes. She muscles Sarita against them and sends her across to the other side. Sarita charges at ODB, who goes for a clothesline, only to have Sarita duck and hit the other side. Traci grabs two handfuls of Sarita’s hair, but Sarita fights her off and sends her to the floor outside the ring. The distraction is enough to allow ODB to gather herself and when Sarita turns around, ODB nails her with a Thesz Press and starts punching her in the side of the head.
Sarita gets tossed into the enemy corner and ODB tags out to Traci who wants a piece of the action. ODB whips Traci into Sarita, which stuns the beauty; the to add insult to injury, Sarita is hit with a splash from ODB. Sarita falls down to the mat and Traci goes for the pin, hooking the leg. Sarita gets the shoulder up at the two count, so Traci tries again. She picks Sarita and suplexes her, gut wrench style, back down and attempts another cover. Sarita is once again able to fight her way out of it. Frustration sets in for Brooks and she begins shouting instructions at ODB. ODB places her foot on the ropes and Sarita’s face connects with it. Traci tags out.
ODB takes over with Sarita still trapped in the corner. She kicks her down to the canvas and looks to tag Traci back in. Traci happily takes over with things going her team’s way. ODB backs up and motions for Traci to toss Sarita her way. Traci attempts to do just that, but Sarita blocks it and sends Traci flying into her partner! With the two women baffled, Sarita comes flying at them. The skillful Knockout locks her arm around the neck of Traci and uses her as leverage to get her legs around the neck of ODB. In one swift movement, she takes both women down and flies to her corner, making the hot tag to Taylor!
Taylor flies in and springs off the ropes, going right for Traci and ODB. She hits them both with a dual drop kick (…that’s one leg for each of the Knockouts). She turns her attention to Traci, who isn’t looking so confident now, and disposes of her with a nifty little thrust kick. ODB tries to help, but misses a clothesline. Taylor handles her with ease and goes back to Traci. It doesn’t take long for Traci to find herself on the recieving end of something Taz has dubbed an upper pectorial buster, then a clothesline from ODB! Sarita wants some of this and splashes Traci and ODB. Not to be outdone, Taylor flips on top of the two women! Traci and ODB have really taken a beating now, but it’s not over yet.
Traci and ODB still have some fight left in them and do their best to turn the match back in their favor. ODB takes on Sarita while Traci works on Taylor. Traci lifts Taylor up and looks to be attempting some type of finisher, but the petite blonde reverses Traci’s efforts, flips over into a pinning combination, and the referee slaps his hand on the mat for the one, two, three in Saritaylor’s favor. The former Knockout Tag Champs celebrate their victory over a horrified Traci and disgruntled ODB.
What a fun little match. For me it was the icing on already sweet Knockout cake for this week. Saritaylor are amazing together, and Sarita herself is just flat out amazing. She’s so firey and flashy, you just can’t take your eyes off of her. This girl needs to be pushed, and pushed hard. I really enjoyed watching Traci in action. I’ve always enjoyed her and I respect the fact she’s been with the company for ever and just sticks with it. There’s clearly girls on the roster who are far more talented than Traci, but you can’t deny the heart Traci must have TNA since she’s still with them despite not being high on their priority list.
This match really had it all for me and I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about it. So I’m just going to leave it all at that and hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I did.

I liked this match, although it was more for comic effect than anything else, SariTaylor showed good tag team offense and their high flying acumen really excelled in this match-up. One thing I must say is, I FRICKING HATE rollup wins, that’s for underdogs, not established wrestlers like SariTaylor (which BTW, have the most awkward entrance, it does not suit them at all).
One thing about this match that really pissed me off was Sarita using Trish’s old bulldog/headscissor move. Trish invented that move (in the WWE anyway) and I feel they are just ripping it off.
After ODB hit the Lou Thesz Press, did she pick something off the ground and put it in her mouth???
What I’ve noticed about the Knockouts is that part of their matches always seem really fake. The lack that flow, we all know it’s planned and choreographed and everything but at least keep it believable. Apart from that I was ecstatic to see Traci in action, her and ODB should form a tag team, TDB? Two Dirty Bitches?
I love Traci but I loathe ODB. I think they have good chemistry though and I hope they become a tag team. :D
It was a cool match. What annoys me is the entrances of female tag teams. They make them look like lesbians, which would be ok, If they were lesbians. I think the only tag tean that doesn’t do that in TNA is Kongada, fortunatly.
Traci needs to be fired, she brings NOTHING to the knockout table except being a jobber and a bad one at that. Saritaylor are so awesome and I hate that TNA has nothing for them right now>:(
ODB is ODB, you can really tolerate her whens she’s not in the knockout title picture
oh yeah I really liked this match, very exciting and funny
This was a fun little match. I hope ODB is okay after all the shots to her her chest. I like the headlock takeover move performed by Sarita. I don’t think that every move Trish performed should be banned from being used by anyone else. I’m pretty sure Trish wasn’t the first person to perform that move anyway.
WTH is with the above comment? :|
Anyway, the match was alright and that’s all I can say on it really. Oh and Traci is awful in the ring.
Eh…..
It was ok. I’ve always found Saritaylor’s entrance confusing; I like the music, though. Traci wasn’t looking good to me. I still like ODB and Saritaylor were looking good as usual to me.
