Last weekend, Alissa Flash made her first post-TNA appearance at a Pro Wrestling Revolution event facing off against renowned international star Lady Apache for the newly formed PWR Women’s Championship. Though she didn’t become the first champion, the match received extremely strong reviews.

I miss her in TNA. It’s too bad they didn’t recognize her talent and charisma.
Good to see her keeping busy. I personally hope WWE signs her. Even if she works 5 minute matches at least she’d be getting paid well, especially considering her hard work in wrestling for all these years.
Somehow I think quitting TNA will be a blessing in disguise. She’s escaped the crappy Hogan/Bischoff era thanks to that no-good hack Dixie Carter who can’t even take control of her OWN company.
Hmz, Melissa giving up after 3 seconds on a surfboard-submission? Who booked that? Don’t tell me Vince Russo followed Melissa to PWR ;-)
On PWR’s official website you also see a promo post-match of Melissa demanding a rematch, so this will probably be a feud in upcoming shows.
btw, i would’ve preferred to see Fabi Apache vs Melissa, or even Mari Apache.

Let’s first see how WWE will handle Serena in the future. If they eventually allow Serena to wrestle and show what she can do, then there might be a future for people like Melissa, or many of the other ‘better looking’ Shimmer girls. But if Serena is misused like so many divas before her, i’d rather enjoy Melissa in the occasional Indy match. Unless Melissa really wants to go there offcourse, in that case i would be happy for her if she can score a good contract.
WWE won’t hire her, she’s had several try-out matches in the past and WWE just wasn’t interested. If WWE wanted her, they would’ve signed her already, she’s been famous in the indies for many years, even before TNA signed her
I think eventually she will end up back in TNA, maybe by next year
WWE liked i said before, should use the fact that the Hogan era is doing crap for the knockouts, and start hiring better performers and thus ending with their history of hiring crappy but hot girls.
You never know, Bryan Danielson was passed up for many years by the WWE and he is the “Best in the World.” Melissa may be the female equivalent and is absolutely gorgeous to boot.

You can get the free chickfight compilation also at chickfight.tv, its varies every week (or month?) current episode is #25 i think starring the melissa-wesna match.
And people really buy at clickwrestle? They ask 5 dollar per match, when you can just buy the FULL dvd for 10-15 dollar at the usual places (rohwrestling, highspots, smarkvideo). It’s nice that clickwrestle offers so much variety, but if you want to support promotions like shimmer, ncw, chickfight, qoc, japw, wsu, just buy the full dvds instead of 1 individual match.
