It looks like WWE has released FCW Diva, Penny Cash from her contract. Cash’s profile and picture has been removed from the FCW roster page, leading many to believe she has been future endeavored. Cash, real name Jenny Quinn, had been working as a backstage interviewer while recovering from an injury. She had recently made her return to in-ring competition, teaming up with Naomi Night against Aksana and AJ Lee at a recent FCW house show.

They probably didn’t see how she would be useful in the future.
Not much to say here. It’s sad to see a Diva go but she wasn’t a huge loss. She wasn’t a major asset to the FCW Diva Division.

I kinda doubt this. Sometimes they take the picture down to change the name or something. And I didnt even know they had profiles! Just a picture is all I know about. Until Jenny herself confirms this, Imma wait and see. I mean in a few weeks she pins new Queen of FCW AJ Lee in a mixed tag match. Why release her after a seeming push to challenge Queen of FCW?
I would understand if she got released, I mean didn’t do much to begin with besides being an interviewer

like what MaccaJack said, in a few weeks penny pins the new queen of FCW AJ Lee(my future wife) in a mixed tag match so it wouldn’t make any sence for her to be released since she was obviously getting a push to face AJ for the crown
Maybe she left because she wanted to and maybe they gave her that victory because of it.
Possibly. But due to speculation simply from Steven (or a reader) seeing that her picture has been taken down does not mean alot. No sites have reported it, and neither has Jenny herself.
Although getting a pin over the champ is usually a strong indicator for a push, it’s not always the case. Also, it was a mixed tag match so there’s no telling what part her partner had in her win. Lastly, as of now, we don’t know the details of her release. She could of asked for her release for all we know.
@MaccaJack: While that may be the case, judging from what has happened in the past when a FCW superstar has had their picture removed I’m gonna go with she’s been released. I’ve never seen FCW remove a pic just to change the name, but keep hope alive for Penny.

Even so, a picture being taken down still does not convince me.
I never liked her that much anyways,but it’s still sad to see her go.At least we know she can cut it as a model. :)

Inferno – You forgot Gemma Palmer, who also wrestled before. And you cant really add Naomi Knight to the model categorie, she is more a dancer. Just because someone models once or twice doesnt make them a model, even many women on the Shimmer roster do the occasional modelling. So that would make it 3:4:2, a great improvement compared to 2 years ago when Natalya was the only one that didnt fit the model categorie.

It doesn’t take a day to change the letter ‘P’ to a ‘J’ and move it to alphabetical order, she’s gone guys – FCW often release their guys without proper announcements and it has been said that cutbacks will happen. I didn’t mind Jenny (I refuse to call her Penny) I enjoyed her segments and she had her little catch phrase, as for her wrestling? Well I don’t know whether Ahlanthony has watched FCW house shows etc. but I on the other hand, can’t really judge – she was good, but she had one match (vs. Alicia Fox in the Queen of FCW Tournament)
I was actually hoping she’d debut on NXT as a ring announcer as she was doing in FCW for a stint, so that Savannah could wrestle, but there goes that idea. Its a shame she spent so much of her actual career out on injury. Also wasn’t Sarona Snuka a valet for her previous company? Or is that wrong? Because to be honest it doesn’t make her an ‘indy’ girl, I’m interested to see what she’ll be like. I’m looking forward to seeing Jemma too, however it seems she’s been waiting on her Visa (or doing whatever) for ages as she’s been with the company a good six months and still hasnt made it to FCW Television.
I wish people would stop flagging on the model routine, Courtney, Liviana and Jillian are the only models in FCW at the moment compared to AJ Lee, Rosa, Aksana, Naomi, Sarona and Savannah who are all still in FCW. Even Courtney herself has come a long way since then.
Overall it was a decent match, good to see they’re focusing more on Liviana, since her debut (which does technically count seeing as she was active in it, though it was one nano second) Its weird if Naomi does become the top heel, not that I’m against it, she’s come on so well. I’m hoping some of the FCW Divas will be involved at NXT, but I’m not holding my breath given its predecessor.

well im not believing till its confirmed this happened a while ago with alberto banderas they took along time to put his picture back when his gimmick changed
and also reports say jemma has gotten her visa and is ready to leave the u.k

i was just on the fcw wrestling website, and i couldnt find Jenny cashs profile, its not on the roster page
also at last nights show Jenny wasnt there it was Courtney, Naomi Vs Aj, Aksana
Not every diva is used at every show Inferno, and she is featured in upcoming spoilers, but I too see no profile picture for Jenny/Penny.

YO. Did you guys know that penny cash was supposed to feud with aj lee for the FCW crown? Penny Cash & Donny Marlow defeated A.J Lee & Johnny Prime when Cash pinned Lee in a mixed tag match which is supposed to air on feb 28 2010. I doubt that they will still going to air it since she got released.
