WWE.com caught up with Michelle McCool and Layla following their big tag team win over Raw last night at Elimination Chamber. Watch below:

Michelle will challenge Mickie James for the Women’s Championship on Friday’s episode of SmackDown.

    Is it just me or were they dressed like a Divaerised version of the Crush Gals?

    I think Layla is trading her mic skills for Michelle’s wrestling. It looks to be paying off at least for Layla.

    They’re playing the annoying mean girls very well. Just wish McCool would slow down sometimes as she can tend to talkreallyfast. But I do like that they seem to be in a groove and have at least stopped talking over one another. And enough can’t be said about Layla’s contribution to the team. She has to be the most impressive diva search winner yet.

    Layla was funny..but I’m sorry..I just don’t find Michelle even remotely entertaining or interesting. The whole thing kinda looked a bad ripoff of The Beautiful People to me.

    In Mic Skills That Girls Are Total Champions, Despite That The Divas Draft Made By Nancy O’dell & Menudos And The Storylines For Smackdown Has Put Smackdown Divas On The Top Since That Diva Tournament Start. Probably “The Piggie James” Was Or Is Totally Unrespectful But Is Better Show Something That Isnt Perfect But Is Good Than A Total Mess.

    I really want for Lay-Cool to stay together for a couple of more months. They seem to fit perfectly with each other, Plus it gives Layla a lot of mic-time oo which is always great.

    Nice to see Piggy James jokes being adopted by fans. (rolls eyes) Very mature people. And let me get ahead of you… I’m not a die hard Mickie fanatic. ;)

    Anyway, I kinda like Michelle but I think she wouldn’t be anywhere near as effective without Layla. I guess I still can’t get over her former character and the shift was a bit too drastic and too extreme in terms of range. Either that or I’m just not convinced.

    Still, I’d rather not have her win. I’m sorry but Michelle was boring as a champion. She was much more effective when she was chasing Melina methodically and playing on that high school teacher background. She’s still more convincing stone cold for me than being this talkative rip-off almost every single high-school HBIC I’ve seen on TV and film.
