Currently, Bootcamp Bailey is my favorite. We’ll see how it plays out once the show hits our TV screens.
Jailbait! lol There was supposed to be a wrestler named Jailbait on Glow who did some intro stuff but she ended up breaking her knee (or something) and she was never used and even though she wasn’t used a lot Glow fans love her (including me) so I’m excited to see a new version of this character. :D
Not to sound like a pedophile or anything of course.. lol Also where’s Lena aka Ninja Yada? I thought she was gonna be on Wrestlicious :(

Also, I think people like her and Josie/SoJo Bolt will be for the second season. Since they reportedly filmed most of Season 1′s wrestling content WAY in advance.
Yeah, some of the season 1 girls are already gone:
- daffney played Vampira i think, but was replaced by Draculetta, or was it the other way round?
- Madison rayne and Lacey von Erich moved to TNA
- Serena Deeb moved to WWE
- Lacey (White Magic) retired as a wrestler
I thought they were also taping late february/early march, so probably thats all for season 2.

From what I understand Daffney was the original Draculetta but she was replaced by the girl in my avatar, who I lurv. I think they just renamed Daffney’s character to Vampira so people wouldn’t get confused when the new Draculetta showed up..? I don’t really know though.

Not 100% sure, but I believe the girl who plays Draculetta in the promo was a model [because they used models for the promo videos] but the actual wrestler will be Daffney.
It seems an interesting roster with very interesting gimmicks. I
OMG i love Malibu Mackenzie, if WRestlicious lets her she could be a big star for them, she is a good wrestler, good on the mic and she was one of the biggest stars on WOW, so i think she could do it again on WOW

Ugh,I really could care less about Wrestlelicious.
There are many wrestlers that I love involved, but I am still skeptical of the neo-GLOW gimmick. I hated GLOW and thought it was stupid, unfunny and degrading. I can’t imagine many of these women being a part of it if that were true here. Hopefully, this will be totally different from GLOW (except obviously the ridiculous gimmicks are there).

I hope my avatar wasn’t just some random model they hired :( I’ll be sad since she’s my favorite from the music video and I don’t really like Daffney. :(
But anyway the person who uploaded the Wrestlicious videos on youtube would always answer questions people asked in the comments, one person asked “Is Daffney Draculetta?” and the uploader said “No Daffneys Wrestlicious character is Vampira” so that’s why I came up with that little theory.. Vampira isn’t even listed though. It should be interesting how this all plays out. ;\ 2/3 videos are now private though so don’t bother looking anyone.
READ RAIN’S INTERVIEW…they have only done 3 episodes..get ready for repeat heaven!! lol I JUST dont think this will work out..tooo campy…like GLOW, and when the owner said there will be 2/3rds skits and only 1/3rd wrestling, i thought, wow…WWE in the female form…I probably will skip it…i got other things to do..lol

I dont really know much about Wrestlicious but I’ve been getting good (and some bad) buzz about it. They have a lot of women on that roster, if only WWE and TNA were so giving. I hope to watch it soon though!

You guys have Kickstart Katie but you forgot her partner/manger Kickflip Kitty.
Reading this actually makes me want to watch Wrestlicious. If nothing else it will be a great laugh but at the same time they have some talented girls so we just might be surprised by the quality of matches we see. I’ll definitely check it out.
On a side note, it will be interesting to see Madison and Lacey playing faces here, in contrast to their roles in TNA.

GLOW didnt have real wrestlers though, making the inring action look ridiculous. Maybe it’s better to compare it to WOW, one of the successors of GLOW. That one was also with silly gimmicks, but it had a lot more real wrestlers, making the action in the ring actually look decent (some of their matches were better than the knockout/diva matches).
Im so excited for this. I think that with alot of the readers its going to be a dissapointment though. Alot of us here are all about the talent/business aspects of it but honestly I think it will be good campy fun. Cant wait!
