Yes, you read right. Reports suggest that Gail Kim may have been hurt during last night’s scintilatinjg ‘Pajama Pillowfight’. Kim was supposedly helped to the back by officials after the match.
Hopefully Gail is okay though it confounds me how she was hurt in a match of this type as opposed to, you know, an actual wrestling match.
UPDATE: PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reports that Gail ‘wrenched’ her foot or back during the match. Just conjecture but I’d guess it was when she was dropkicked out of the ring by Eve.

Poor Gail. She’s such a talented wrestler, and not only does she have to job to Maryse, but she gets injured in a damn pillow fight.
when i first heard this i was hoping it just to be a case of gail’s great selling (even when the camera’s not on her) but it’s starting to sound a bit more serious.
makes me wonder if perhaps she was supposed to win instead of eve but couldn’t finish the match? nothing against eve, but her victory was a bit random.
I didn’t see the match, but believe it or not, pillowfights actually hurt. If you take a hard swing you probably will fall down in a not so gracious way.

But in all seriousness, I don’t blame Gail for being hurt, it was chaos adding in a Maryse & Kelly, who are chaos in the ring on their own. 0.o
I just watched the match, and i think it happened right before the end when Eve Torres threw her out of the ring. She first fell on the apron, and then onto the ground and she immediatly reached to her hip. That fall looked kinda messed up, i think she was supposed to fall straight to the floor, but hit the apron instead, and rotated a few times making it hard to control her fall.
I just hope Gail is okay.
Lol, the irony of being injured in a pillow fight and not a wrestling match. Still, good luck to Gail, I hope she’s not injured. That would mean RAW’s division would be even more unwatchable.

I like Gail and its a shame they didnt turn her heel awhile back. Her match with Kelly was the obvious springboard for a feud and they dropped the ball.
I have a feeling Gail might be released soon. I mean, if they arent willing to turn her heel and shes a face the general fans dont care about, what can they really do with her. And they dont want confusion by having two asian girls for when Savannah starts wrestling.

Poor Gail. Her return to WWE has been a complete disaster. At her age, you have to think her time in the company won’t be much longer.
yeah think it was when Alicia pushed her out of the ring, she may have roled on her ankle hope she is okay and even though it was just a “pillow Fight” they were still going at it pretty hard I looooovvvveeeee Gail and I hope she is otay!!!
Justbringit she is only 33 and probably in better shape then everyone on this site including me and i am 23 Gail Kim has the body of a Godess and you can tell she works out non stop with thos toned abs and strong Biceps. Gail Kim will last in the wwe for a long time well as long as they want her and as long as she want’s to be there. Honestly i don’t think it has been a complete disaster, she has only been back with them for a year now, and she can’t as we shouldn’t exspect for her to just come back and be pushed as the top babyface it has to take time. I really do think people has been hating on wwe to much because Gail hasn’t been pushed to the main event status, she is on Raw so its not her fault. After wrestlmania i do beleave Gail will be drafted back to Smackdown and get pushed the number 2 babyface behind Mickie becuase honestly Beth won’t be a top babyface its just not logical, and then Gail will hopefully get a push at that womens title. Just give it a few months…. i know i am patientlly waiting!!!
This isn’t new, considering Ashley had injured herself in a pillow fight before as well (so they’ve said). But it sucks it has to happen to someone who is actually coordinated like Gail. Hope she’s doing well.
TheHartDynasty, I was not insulting Gail. Just pointing out that the shelf life of a diva is pretty short. Mickie and Melina are only 30/31, and already people are wondering how much time they have left. Trish and Lita were only 30 when they retired, but with a whole new group of women coming into the company at that time, it’s very possible they would have been phased out of the top two spots. The turnover for women is usually every four or five years. Any diva over 30 could be gone at any time.
Move gail to smackdown & savannah i dont think they’ll do too much with her since gail is prob more of a wrestler then her & they have more faith in gail then her,but i think on raw shes injury prone just that a move to smackdown would get her the push she needs,since kelly & maryse seem to be raws main divas & their nothing good to watch….
