WWE is reportedly working on a new DVD release on the WWE Divas. The DVD will concentrate on the history of the Divas division and feature classic matches and segments with commentary from several past and present Divas.
The legendary 7-time WWE Women’s Champion, Trish Stratus has been confirmed for the project.

A Divas DVD would be really nice but in my opinion, mostly if they focus on the past. I would rather a DVD that featured a lot of Lita, Molly Holly, Jazz and Trish. But I guess I wouldn’t too mind if it had modern day divas (Melina, Mickie, Beth Phoenix, Candice Michelle)

All the Lita marks get so enraged when Trish ever gets any opportunities like this – get over it. It’s much better for WWE’s image to have a good role model represent their company instead of a woman who tarnished her reputation with promicious behaviour and being self-righteous. If Lita isn’t on the pedestal you’d all love her to be on, it’s nobodys fault but her own.
Actually its not only her fault. Sure she did some things that made some fans hate her, but no one should have turn that things public (and by no one I’m referring Matt Hardy and the WWE).
Its her personal life and it shouldn’t mess with the professional one. Besides I don’t understand why people were so mad at her. Sure, she cheated, but everyone does mistakes. Maybe she wasn’t happy with Matt. Maybe she didn’t tell him at first because she didn’t know how to do it without hurting him.
But what annoys me in the Lita thing is that people insulted her, called her a whore, a slut, etc. What about Edge? You can’t cheat all by yourself, right? Edge was Matts friend right? Nobody knows the true feelings involved in this. So no one should judge nor bring Lita’s personal issues, just because a Lita fan gave a opinion about Trish, especially since said opinion was based on Trish’s ability.
And yes, I’m a Lita fan.
Bout time! LOL! Hope they go into a true history, including Wendi, Glamour Girls/Jumping Bomb Angels, and Alundra/Bull.

Seriously, must every mention of Trish or Lita turn into a fan war? Let’s nip this in the bud.
And for the record, there’s nothing to suggest that Lita won’t be contacted for the DVD too. It’s only known that Trish so far is confirmed and in my opinion, it’s just smart marketing. She is undoubtedly the ultimate Diva in WWE’s eyes and if they were to release a DVD around the Divas, she’d be a huge selling point even to this day.
Lolz… Lita didn’t turn herself into what WWE made her … shes allowed to have feelings and they can change as she goes through life – It’s just human.
Can Lita/Trish fan feuds please quit it – I am a firm Lita supporter over any over diva/wrestler – but even I’ll admit that Trish had talent, However i’l also admit she was lucky to get the golden diva storyline – Any of the divas back in the day could have filled that spot, such as Lita, Victoria, Molly, Jazz & Jackie. However Trish got it and it can’t be re-wrote now so i think its time we all move on :)
I do Hope there will be some commentary from past and current divas such as Trish, Lita, Molly, Torrie, Candice, Maryse, Melina & Mickie to name a few xD.
I’m also sick of the Lita/Trish war. This should be good news for Diva fans and it turned into this. Personally I like both Trish and Lita and am happy if they both get involved. I also hope they had Candice to the list. They are 3 of my all time fave women in the company. i will say though that the crack at Lita cheating was uncalled for. I never see the cheating brought up when the men do it so I can’t stand it when it’s gets brought up when women do it.
Is it against site rules to point out that Trish isnt willing to put anyone over and has done nothing for this generation.

nachos – After I commented about nipping this whole fan war thing in the bud, you made a comment which I deemed inappropriate as it only adds more fuel to the fire when we’re trying to diffuse the situation.
Let me remind everyone that the comments are to discuss the topic at hand, which in this case is a Divas DVD release.
Oh and sorry, I really can’t wait for the dvd. We didn’t have one since 2007, they had a dvd every year before.
Looking forward to this DVD. I guess Lita vs Victoria in the cage won’t be in as Victoria is obviously in TNA, but it deserves a spot. I’d love to see Melina and Beth’s I Quit on there and some older matches too, seeing as though there will be quite a few gems that I’ve not seen yet.

I wish they’d put a lot of the mid 90′s stuff when the WWE put Alundra against some of the best Japanese talent, but that’s asking too much.
I agree with a lot of the above mentioned matches, and I really hope they put Lita v Stephanie RAW’s main event for the women’s title. It was an example of a really great feud culminating in a great match (despite Steph’s lack of training) that had all the fans going crazy.
