It’s been a week of new products for women’s wrestling this week with the premiere of Wrestlicious TakeDown on Monday. That product itself was somewhat controversial with some of our readers but just when you think you’ve seen it all, here’s something else to make you ponder.
TNA’s Eric Bischoff filmed a pilot for his new wrestling venture, Micro Championship Wrestling [MCW] last night at the Impact Zone in Orlando and if the word ‘micro’ doesn’t give it a way, it’s a promotion for ‘little people’. And what do you know, they too have a women’s division. Check out spoilers from their taping below:
Why is this even being given attention? This just seems like a trashier version of the ‘Junior Division’ of WWE. Plus why is Bischoff focusing on little people when it’s as much as he can do to focus on the women of the roster? Just some cheap gimmick, like WWE did to make a laughing stock out of little people. Hopefully this will end up the same way. ‘Growing phenomenon’ or not.
Micro’s not that offensive, Microfsoft? Microwave? I don’t see little people or anyone else having heart attacks and writing angry rant letters whenever they see or hear of them.

“He attempted to get the crowd to count down the 30 seconds, which was not very successful. ”
Probably the highlight of the match! ahahahahha
Micro is kinda of an offensive word, no?
However it doesn’t surprise me to see someone investing in little people wrestling. Its a growing phenom.
They were also in the main event. :)
