I’m interested to see Tiffany wrestle, i wonder if she has improved, it’s been a wile since she had a FCW match, and the Beth face turn begins yay! *dances* it should have happened after the Michelle attack tho, it has taken to long to come into effect.

Tiffany ? Im real exicited to see her in the ring. Beth is now an offically face starting this friday. Hell Yeah Lovin it. Nxt week is gonna b Lay-cool vs beth & Tiffany.
Now my top 3 favorite Divas r faces. Melina , Mickie nd Beth!
It’ll be good to see Tiffany in action, she’s only ever competed in two WWE matches before, the 16 Diva Tag Team match and the 18 Diva Tag Team match.
Beth’s face turn should be great, and with a fresh face in Tiffany being thrown in to the mix, things have potential to really heat up on friday nights.
It’s nice to see some other diva thrown into the mix & this segment & match sounds really good. i think WWE are pushing tiffany as the next maria and beth is the new mickie until she returns. if the wrestlemania match goes to the smackdown divas, im thinking itll be a 6 diva match, simply flawless vs beth tiffany mickie

great to see tiffany getting a match.. she could be worse than maria, i don’t know, but it’s definitely refreshing seeing a “new” diva.
also pleased that the crowd were apparently into it. but i guess that’s the vickie effect, makes you wonder why they didn’t include her with the divas any sooner.
i’m almost dreading the draft now! obviously some of the raw talent need moving over to smackdown, but smackdown’s a pretty strong roster as it stands and it sucks that in a couple months time, all this hard work over the last six months could get turned on it’s head.
SD is the place for divas action! Glad Beth’s made a face turn, and I’m excited to see Tiffany in the ring.
Hopefully a new brand means new entrance music for Tiffany – the girl’s tune makes me cringe…
I’m happy for Tiff. She’s actually going to be allowed to wrestle. I hope I don’t get disappointed. Besides, since Mickie is out we need faces to go against the heels. So, I’m kinda happy for the face turn of Beth. It annoys me when a wrestler stays to long as a heel or a face. The only thing that would make me more happy was if the Undertaker turned heel again. He was awesome as a heel and I’m kinda bored of his persona lately.
I also agree with xmelissaa about Tiffany’s theme. Insatiable is awful. It makes me want to kill someone.
Btw, I follow Natalya on Twitter and some of her last tweets make me believe that there might be a feud on the way with Beth.
So she will be Maria’s replacement :) After the Mickie-Michelle feud, where we haven’t seen beth for weeks, I think its Beth’s turn :D and Tiffany would be her “rookie”..
I forgot to say: the disgrace of some people is the luck of others. This probably wouldn’t happen if Mickie didn’t have surgery and Maria had left.
Like Gail wouldn’t have the minor push if Melina wasn’t out. Injuries and releases are bad, but there’s always a brighter side to the bad news.
i just read somewhere else that beth doesn’t clothesline vickie but instead teases it. either way, i’m glad. if she does hit her, awesome. if not, it’ll just make me anticipate more the time she finally will!

I try to keep by hopes at a decent level, but reading the whole Beth clothesline Vickie thing, this just makes me think ‘OMFFFG!!! BETH IS NOW A FAAAAACE!!!!!’ I think Tiffany barely does anything though, since it’s her first official singles match on the main WWE roster, she’ll just try to run away or get her arse handed to her by McCool.
Still this shows A LOT of progress in the whole Beth/McCool/Mickie? Storyline, can’t wait to see it. =P

I’m really starting to dislike Raw now – May as well scrap Divas from that show all together with the way its getting =/
Gimmick matches every other week or so & SD! run ins … and then when we get a match it’s either horrible to watch, entrances cut off and fits within a 10minute slot at max with other backstage segments included in the alicated slot.
SD! is WWE’s home to womens wrestling – If only it lasted longer for another Divas match to fit in :( (Raw/SD like)
I now prefer TNA over Raw too, yet my fave current Divas are Maryse, Melina & Tara with two being on Raw – NOO! =(

i’m surprised that wwe chose Tiffany to “replace maria” I thought they would have pushed savannah as the next baby face.

I wasn’t so sure about Beth being a face, but attacking Vickie is GUARANTEED to get anyone over as a face. That sounds like a f-in awesome segment.
The Draft needs to bring in at least one or two more girls from RAW. Preferably as faces because I HOPE Natalya and Serena get more involved in the divsion on SmackDown, but then!
hahahah it probably got the loudest pop because Vickie got clotheslined lol…but beth for a face turn is a good move imo and hopefully tiffany can recreate herself into a wrestler because its pretty odd that she was GM now turned wrestler..
Any word on Mickie’s recovery? Is she coming back for Mania?

I don’t think Vickie should fear the glam slam though, am I the only one who finds it a really crap finisher? All they do is land on their hands… doesn’t look as tho it hurts at all :(

If this is a full pledge face turn for Beth then I do not approve. Am I the only one who thinks that a face turn for Beth would be a total disaster? Judging by all the previous face turns in the history of the womes division it almost always end up as a fail. From potential greatness to a gravely generic face #1565bilmilthoudred. If theres anyone in the division perfectly capable of playing the tweener role…it’s Beth. Theres a lot more potential feuds to be had if an imposing, domineering diva like Beth straddles the gray line, feuding with both heels and faces. It would also helped to maybe put Mccool on the back of the line for a little bit and have the other divas have their moment of greatness like Nat maybe…but that would be asking too much, me thinks.
Nice to see Tiffany finally transitioning to a wrestler, looks like we a have a new diva wrestler finally, can’t wait to see her in action

mojodoom,Beth as a heel has reached her deadline,she couldn´t give anymore to suprise the fans,and as a tweener it´s the same.the crowd wouldn´t know(like they have show it) how to react to Beth:first she attacked Laycool for interfering in her match but after also glamslammed Mickie,then she´s attacked by McCool but in the next wwek she helps Laycool beat down Mickie;after she punches mickie following punching McCool….it´s not meat or fish.
as it seems that she got a huge reaction from the crowd….and let´s not forget that Beth has charisma,personality and talent to play a very sucessful face role….if the creative gives her the right tools to do it.
I’m really liking this. We need a battering ram on Smackdown and Tiffany will hopefully fit the bill perfectly. I’m hoping come the draft we have Eve returned to Smackdown and maybe Michelle to RAW. We need some more powerful/pushable divas on the Red brand. I’m happy for a Beth face turn, because it means that she’ll be getting the championship pretty soon. And then we’ll see Nattie getting a push. :) Yay!
Can’t wait too see how it turns out on Friday, Hopefully next week will be a fun conclusion for WM. :D

Let’s face it. After Mickie had surgery, there was no lead face on Smackdown. So they had to turn Beth or bring over someone like Gail Kim. Beth will get over as a powerhouse face.
Interested to see Tiffany wrestle, because there’s a Smackdown show in my area this weekend and I’m going. I’ve noticed Tiffany has been wrestling on recent house show results, so might see her live this weekend, and hopefully Beth too!

So that’s pretty much saying it’s going to be a total failure. Beth have all the right tools the creative on the other hand does not. Look at what happened to Beth after rumble. Instead of taking advantage of whatever momentum she got they put her in the back burner and disappeared for a few weeks. Victoria was on the same position a few years back, they turned her into a smiley, booty shaking, kiss the lil boy in the front row face..she never really recovered and end up being a comedic enhancement talent at the end of her WWE career. Mickie from one of the most entertaining talent the WWE has ever given us to a bouncy-smiley-point to the crowd-generic baby face.
Records show that the WWE is not very good at giving us a proper baby face. A smile here and a point there is there idea of an image makeover. How long is that going to keep us interested before Beth succumb to the staleness and blandness of her new face role?
I like how they threw Vickie into the Divas’ segments. She is the ultimate heel! She’d generate the best reactions since everyone hates her!
They can do the badass Diva face, they just need to look at old Chyna tapes. Even as a face, she never got all gooey and nicey-nice. Although not as big, Beth could be better in this role. I think she’s a better overall worker. But yeah, if they go all “generic face” with her, it will fail.
I’m happy Tiffany is finally getting in the ring and all, but I’m still rather upset that WWE is holding Savannah back from getting any on-screen in-ring action. I’m not knocking any credibility away from Tiff, but I feel Savannah could have also taken that role of babyface Diva in replace of Maria. Heck, Courtney Taylor has potential too.
I just wanted to say that the crowd was definitely into the match, especially when Beth came out. Vickie got her usual boos, but the crowd really enjoyed the match. Tiffany, from what I could see, did a great job, considering she hasn’t been wrestling. And, like I said, the crowd erupted when Beth came out.
Nice to see them actually progressing storylines for these women. Wish the same could be said about RAW.
mojodoom,i see that you´re pessimistic about Beth´s new role and clearly think that she will not take long for the creative to make her a failure as a bayface.
i rather prefer being optimistic and hope that the charisma and personality that Beth has can overcome a not so good script that the creative may give to her…and since it seems that Michael Hayes is a Beth´s fan…
if the public keeps supporting the new Glamazon there´s no reason for them not to give her the right treatment.

I was listening to one of the audio shows on F4W Online on Wednesday, and the two hosts of the show went to the taping and recapped the whole thing. Their account of the segment was different.
They said Tiffany looked horrible in the ring with bad looking offense and goofy facial expressions and that, for some reason, the match was booked to have her handle Michelle quite easily prior to the DQ. They also said that the crowd hated Vickie, but that she was the only one the fans really cared about.
The thing that concerns me about Vickie being involved is that at this point as soon as she leaves, the heat goes with her, so either the matches aren’t going to have heat or the matches are going to revolve around her.
I dunno wtf FW is talking about. Tiffany looked good out there, they gave her time to show what she has and her aggression was a much needed difference from Maria’s spastic offense. Beth’s face pop was HUGE. She’s totally what the WWE needed as a face and it’s about time it’s happened again. Seeing the fans actually chant Do It! do It! Do It! to her to clothesline Vicki was awesome. Ahhhh best face turn in the longest.
@chrisP That’s the IWC for you. It’s the divas not the KO’s so it must be horrible and everyone is bored. Lolz. Every wrestling web site that do this “editorialized reporting” always manage to bash the divas no matter how well their segment goes coz it’s how we’re trained to react. Divas = borefest, KO’s = good. It’s redic how fast that became a standard but it is what it is.
Tiffany was just fine out there bt I guess we well c 2nite how it really went down. If the crowd was into or not
I just watched the match on YouTube and Tiffany was fierce out there! She woman handled McCool completely and her offence looked very solid. I know SmackDown can be edited but if she was completely hopeless there would be no way of hiding it.

Tiffany really impressed me. The best singles debut for a diva I’ve seen since I don’t know when. Beth Phoenix’s clothesline to Vickie was a bit iffy, but I felt really behind Beth. Great move to have Vickie in the picture
i am super excited! i cant wait to see tiffany’s single match debut and i know that we will be seeing Beth/Tiffany vs Lay-Cool or When Mickie Comes Back Mickie/Beth/Tiffany .vs. Lay-Cool & Vickie.
