Welcome to this week’s edition of Unwrapped! As always, we will be grading all of the new photoshoots (or “eye candy”, as we like to call them) from the week gone by, judging them like so:
Sweet (Great) • Bland (Iffy) • Sour (Awful)
You, the reader, will also get the chance to grade the “eye candy” yourself by giving your opinion on each shoot and voting for your favorite out of the whole bunch. Now, dive in!
Angelina Love‘s Going It Alone
Grade: Sour. Those of us hoping for a more refined look from Angelina upon her TNA return were sadly mistaken when she returned with the same messy style that she had prior. The choker around the neck, the boobs bursting out of the top and the ripped pants look are all clashing and just doesn’t look good at all. The poses offer no variety either with Angelina basically just changing her angles rather than her poses.

Christy Hemme‘s Fire & Water
Grade: Sweet. Not even going to beat around the bush — this may just be the best Knockouts photoshoot in TNA history. These TNA photoshoots are usually just taken against a white background and then overly saturated in Photoshop but this one, this fights all that and makes me want to see more. Christy comes across so seductive, tempting and gorgeous. Her red, fiery hair is coiffed to perfection in some of the shots and then we have the shots where she’s been doused in water — offering some extra edge. I can’t quite put my finger on why I like it, but Christy did a great job.

Gail Kim‘s Green with Envy
Grade: Sweet. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day which passed earlier this week, Gail is seen in a sequined light green top and looks gorgeous in it. Now, I’m not a fan of the booty shorts but I don’t know — something about this shoot makes it look more classy than trashy. I guess that’s just Gail’s amazing elegance. Gail has really worked on varying up the poses in this week’s shoot; she has some perfect profile shots but then she also has some shots where she uses her legs to make herself look that much more sexier.

Jillian‘s Grammy Dress
Grade: Sweet. Who is this and what has she done with Jillian? The former Divas Champion has ditched the safe jeans and a tee look and upgraded to something elegant and sexy. The dress is to die for; it looks like a bandage dress which is extremely form fitting and makes Jillian’s boobs look amazing without looking trashy. The colours work really well together and the detailing is exquisite. Then we look down and see the gorgeous gladiator-like wedges. Jillian looks like a red carpet fashionista right here!

Madison Rayne‘s Lingerie Day
Grade: Sour. No one could get away with this photoshoot and lo-and-behold, Madison doesn’t. The wrestling/lingerie photoshoots are passe and trashy, quite frankly. It’s hard to judge this as an ‘outfit’ because it really isn’t but the beaded necklace is just sitting there and offering nothing — it just emphasises her boobs more, which I guess is the point. Throw in some awkward facial expressions and it’s evident that Madison doesn’t wanna be doing a lingerie photoshoot anymore than I want to see one.

Rosa Mendes‘ Little Black Dress
Grade: Bland. Hot girl, short black dress and bland poses — not exactly an imaginative photoshoot from Rosa. The dress is cute but is a little too simple for Rosa, who works much better in daring outfits. The poses again, are far too safe. Rosa looks bored and as though she doesn’t want to be there.

Rosa Mendes‘ Bamboo & Booty
Grade: Sweet. Rosa gets two photoshoots this week and this one is far better than the one above. Immediately what strikes you is the shiny booty shorts which look as though they’ve been borrowed straight out of a Beyonce video. Rosa is working it out though, as she goes for something a little more simple up top — a black vest. The accessorizing though, is cute with a beaded cross necklace and a nice bracelet. Rosa’s looking far more happy in this shoot too. The setting provides a happy atmosphere so perhaps that could explain it. The bamboo background actually complements Rosa’s skin tone.

Sarita‘s In Bloom
Grade: Bland. I actually like this outfit, it makes me think of spring and how the summer’s nearly here — it gets you in the mood. You can just imagine it smelling like lavendar, even. However, it looks awkward on Sarita who perhaps doesn’t have the body to fill it out. Then there’s the bland poses which aptly fits the category. This could’ve been a great shoot but lacks something.

Serena‘s Razor Edged
Grade: Bland. This top makes you look twice; it’s got so many things going on but in a good way. You’d certainly remember it. There’s all sorts of textures and detailing but it isn’t done justice by Serena’s lack of posing. With her hair chopped off, her face is that much more striking but she isn’t using it like she could. This is the standard ‘hands on hips, turn, turn’ photoshoot.

Taylor Wilde‘s Bait and Switch
Grade: Sour. What on earth…? Has Taylor Wilde just worn jeans over a bathing suit? I think so. It seems as though she was trying to go for a club look and thought we wouldn’t notice. Honestly, I think there’s nothing more to say than, bathing suit tucked into your jeans… really? The posing doesn’t salvage this either.

The Beautiful People‘s Strapped Up
Grade: Bland. Yawn, boring. The Beautiful People may be the new Knockouts Tag Team Champions but the photoshoot is the standard ‘posing with the belts’ pictorial. Honestly, there’s not much more you can do with such an accessory other than show it off and look at it in adoration. Just bland.

Hey Diva Dirt, I’ve asked this many a time before but I’m not sure if you’ve read my it yet. There was 2 weeks of Eye Candy: Unwrapped you missed back in February and I would greatly appreciate if you could cover them for us. My folders are just sitting there still called “TBA”, lol. The Divas involved were; Katie Lea, Layla, Maryse x2, Michelle McCool, Rosa Mendes, Serena and Tiffany. Rosa did have 2 but one of them was the “Bamboo & Booty” one which you covered here since WWE realeased it twice for some reason. Please?
I had my hopes up it was going to be here since it said in the title “Supersized”, lol. But no, it was the TNA shoots.

i really like Madisons photoshoot with the title, she’s so cute and has such a beautiful face
I liked Angelinas, not the red top but her hair due and the pants. I think she’s trying to change her look up, she’s already dropped the clown makeup
ugh i hate what they’ve done to serena, they took a hot girl and turned her into…..what are the words I’m looking for…..STRAIGHTEDGE!!!! they need to let her grow her hair back
Jillian and Gail look nice too but I’m bias lol
Wow, I’ve always thought Christy Hemme was one of the hottest women in either promotion and that shoot just solidified that! She looks absolutely gorgeous in that shoot, the red hair suits her skin tone so well and she looks great wet! Love her, wish she could still wrestle because she was getting good and has a real passion for the business, my favorite Diva Search girl. Everyone else was pretty blah this week, especially Serena. The bald cut looks weird with such a nice top, kind of like when someone covered in tattoos wears a wedding dress, it just looks strange. I still don’t think Serena is pretty enough to pull off the bald look in a “sexy” way, to me she just looks bad ass so she needs to own that especially in photoshoots. If she were in a t-shirt and some nice jeans or something I think this would have worked better.

I really love that Angelina outfit, the ripped pants are cool and the red top really suits her.
Jillian’s looks amazing in her shoot! Everything from the hair, to the dress to the shoes is gorgeous.
I like Taylor’s outfit, it’s different but it suits her, imo.
TBP’s shoot is good too, I always like seeing champions with their belts in shoots.
Overall fav goes to Jillian, she seriously rocks that outfit.
Gail looks hot, another awesome shoot this week. Christy’s is my second favourite.
My least favourites are Taylor Wilde and Serena. I’ve never been fond on Taylor’s face closer up and she looks just weird. Sorry to Serena but she just looks ugly.
I liked Saritas, maybe its because she never gets new shoots?
My favourites this week were easily Gail’s, Jillian’s & Christys, all three of them looked sensational.
Madison’s [title shoot] & Sky’s shoots weren’t all that bad either IMO.
if you look closer, it seems that serena is suffering from a bad case of the mccools. her facial expression just doesn’t change.
WHAT CAN I SAY?
Gail Kim is just THE MOST stunning woman I have EVER set eyes on..
WWE! GAIL KIM is too hot for that Diva’s title anyway, give her the WOMENS TITLE!
Gail is a real woman, not a slutty Diva.
I thought Rosa looked nice in the bamboo and booty, but the TNA girls looked vile, so tighly dressed, i don’t frind it attractive, it’s just.. same old, reminds me of WWE diva’s back in the attitude era, just no fashion sense, all tight and pvc, haha.
Gail Kim and Christy’s photoshoots looked best.

Aw, Jillian <3 I can kill for those shoes. My favorite one was Rosa's bamboo shoot, but Christy's was also fabulous. And Madison's one was pretty… eh… cheap, but I heart her hair.
I’m a fan of Madison so pleased she had an individual shoot, but really found the lingerie shoot rather trashy and so agree with Melanie. She does not suit this shoot.
BUT I do like the ones of Madison in her wrestling gear and with the belt – my favourite TNA shoot of Madison.
Of the other like the Gail Kim ones and to an extent Taylor’s.
Jillian’s photoshoot was my favorite. She looked incredibly hot, and it looked like she raided Maryse’s closet. The other two that were great were Christy and Gail’s photoshoots because there were a variety of poses and they looked hot!
Sarita and Taylor looked very awkward in their shoots.
Gail and Rosa are damn exotic ……
Bald Serena really looks like an Alien ROFL ……..oops Sorry
