Welcome to this week’s edition of Unwrapped! As always, we will be grading all of the new photoshoots (or “eye candy”, as we like to call them) from the week gone by, judging them like so:
Sweet (Great) • Bland (Iffy) • Sour (Awful)
You, the reader, will also get the chance to grade the “eye candy” yourself by giving your opinion on each shoot and voting for your favorite out of the whole bunch. Now, dive in!
The Bella Twins‘s Rosy Zebra
Grade: Bland. Here are the Bella Twins wearing the same outfit & posing with each other, everyone! Nothing you haven’t seen a million times before. The pattern on the dress is a little odd, zebra print with roses overlayed. It just looks distracting. Honestly, the dresses are boring, the poses are boring and the whole shoot just lacks any excitement. It’s pretty much your standard ‘Bellas pose together’ photoshoot.

Chelsea‘s Silver Chic #1
Grade: Sweet. New TNA Knockout, Chelsea has a memorable first photoshoot — why? Because a certain WWE Diva wore the exact same dress in her photoshoot too. But more on that later. Chelsea, who is a model, models the dress like a model should… any surprises here? Chelsea sells the dress perfectly. I really like the detailing on the dress and the colour. Chelsea doesn’t look too bad either and it’s definitely a passable first photoshoot. We’ll get tougher as the weeks go on, I’m sure.

Katie Lea‘s Goggle Girl
Grade: Sour. Here’s Katie Lea once again in those damn goggles. God knows why, perhaps she was going swimming after the photoshoot? In this photoshoot, Katie gives us more of her unique ‘style’ and less than flattering facial expressions. I admire that she tries to be unique but seriously, everything is so thrown together and nothing complements each other. I’m not even sure what’s going on with that corset thing. You know you love her. XOXO Goggle Girl.

Natalya‘s Spring Awakening
Grade: Bland. Natalya is finally out of that damn ring attire! Unfortunately, her outfit here isn’t too flattering on her however. Nattie looks like she’s off to a picnic in the sun with her boyfriend but I don’t particularly think the dress suits her. Then there’s the poses, it’s the standard hands-on-hips that we’ve come to expect from the Hart Dynasty Diva though she does have a really nice, energetic smile that comes across. Still, it’s not quite there.

Rosa Mendes‘ Silver Chic #2
Grade: Sweet. See anything familiar? Like Chelsea earlier, Rosa is looking hot in this silver ensemble. However, I much, much prefer this outfit on the Latina because she is wearing the hell out of that dress and fills it out in all the right places. Combined with her knack for accessorizing — those earrings are gorgeous, as is that bangle — Rosa has the perfect outfit here. Her poses, as always, are effortlessly beautiful and she just pops through your screen.

Savannah‘s Saucy Straps
Grade: Sweet. Savannah looks like she’d fit right in at a fashion magazine here where outfits like this, saucy though they are, would be appropriate work clothes. I’m not feeling the pink too much or the milk maid-like straps but I just can’t help but love the way this dress fits Savannah. It’s so form fitting and gorgeous. Lord knows why WWE decided to use a truck as a background but somehow, it comes together with the colours and textures. Savannah’s infectious smile really wins me over though.

I agree with pretty much everything here. I love Katie but this is one of the few times I saw a shoot of hers and didn’t like it xD Is it just me or does Savannah never have a bad shoot or look to her? She always looks great
This is so laughable now. Again a Katie Lea shoot gets a “sour” without any arguments at least, but the boring Savannah shoot is so awesome? Before judging Katie Lea shoots next time i would try to understand it.
Not to mention the Bella Twins, when this is “bland” and not “sour”, then i must be blind.

KatieLeaMinion — I’m sure you’re not at all being clouded by your love for Katie in your criticism. Besides, it’s a freakin’ photoshoot — don’t take it so personally.
I agreed with everything. Savannah was my favorite.
Savannah by far, loved her set, the big lorry was a great accessory in the pictures, she looked stunning.
WWE really know how to dress Gail Kim & Savannah.
But let’s just hope they start getting used properly..
Wow Savannah’s was so pretty. Loved the photoshoots when they have them in different locations.
@Melanie – i don’t take it personally, i just think it is not fair. I have the feeling it is just her gothic look that is not liked, because the outfit fits it very well. And such things like the goggles…ok this is weird…but thats the point of it having weird goth outfits and i think this is not recognized enough. I like this one, but the purple one before was one of her best (also sour here). And i really prefer things like this, looking a little bit weird (remember we are talking about women who wrestle, not who model) than a boring Bella&Savannah shoot.
I can just imagine the next Katie Lea shoots getting a “sour” for the next 4-5 times, because there will not change much in her looks. And sometimes it seems that there is always something wrong…before the goggles it were her extensions :/

KatieLeaMinion — You are taking it far too seriously. A) it’s a photoshoot, not a life and death situation and B) it’s an opinion. Everyone has a different opinion and everyone has a different outlook.
Chelsea is hot!! It’s nice to have a meaningful valet back in the wrestling world. She reminds me a bit of Miss Elizabeth in certain ways. She is the perfect fit for Desmond Wolfe, and just what he needed. I can see it now, Wolfe as TNA World Heavyweight Champion with Chelsea by his side.

@KatieLeaMinion – Though i see were you are coming from and i also am a huge Katie Lea fan myself, i can also see were Melanie is coming from because -though i think all Katie photoshoots are stunning- i still myself can see that they are quite same-ish in the way she poses and sometimes in what she wears, but remember its only ‘diva-dirts’ opinion on how she dresses, it doesn’t mean they are right, doesnt mean they are wrong. Everyone is intitiled to their own opinion.

I think my favourite photoshoot this week was Savannah, followed by Rosa Mendes. No doubt Rosa wore the dress ALOT better than Chelsea who’s photoshoot i personally was abit bland, but then again i genrually think most tna photoshoots are bland.
Thats what i’m doing, stating my opinion…

No, you’re complaining that we treat Katie’s photoshoots unfairly.
Uh, I’ve seen where Katie’s past photoshoots have gotten the Sweet rating. They’re not biased against her gothic look because the Sweet ratings have gone towards her gothic look. But these past two were just not good, and the goggles..they do nothing to help. This was not a good outfit.
Rosa and Natalya…Savannah’s dress is so cute!Chelsea is also beautiful…But Who is she???I’m sorry,I’m not following Tna lately (since they moved on mondays),I’ve just had the occasion to watch some knockouts matches like the Tag Team match from last week and the Triple threat tournament…
bella twins, natayla and katie lea’s shoots are all getting pretty samey samey. i’d love to see a few different divas, it feels like forever since we got a decent amount of maryse, beth or even kelly photos.
savannah does indeed always look good, but like those before her it’s starting to get a bit same old, same old for me.
with katie’s goggles, i would like it if they do ditch the goth look and instead go down the cyberpunk route. i don’t remember there being a cyber diva before, her goth gimmick really isn’t anything of note as it is, it’s just a look and there’s nothing to it. hell, an upper class london snob would probably fit her better.
I loved Natalya’s shoot. She looks really cute in it.

she’s alison skipper, who plays “chelsea” who is the valet of desmond wolfe. she’s not a trained wrestler or anything, just a model/actress. apparently she’s appeared in vogue nd allsorts. it definitely shows.
Katie Lea’s look is very cyber-goth, hence the goggles and the dreads. That’s her style and she does it well. The goth style isn’t really over with people, which is a shame, b/c Katie rocks it so well. If you put a hip scarf on her, she’ look just like a Gothic Tribal Fusion bellydancer – so stunning.
I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure Katie’s been going for the steampunk look lately and if so the goggles would fit

Loved Savannah’s photoshoot, the lorry added the effect to it, not so sure about Katie Lea’s goggles…. I kinda disagree with your opinion on Natalya’s, to me it’s not Bland or Sweet, kinda in between lol
rosa damn lmaO…even thou i dont like her that much she looks awesome.
