As we tweeted last night, former Diva Brooke Adams made her TNA debut last night as a personal assistant to Eric Bischoff.
It’s not a role that Adams is unfamiliar with as she played a similar character to our very own Kristin Astara while they were in WWE’s developmental territory, Deep South Wrestling. Kristin was, as many will remember, the GM of DSW and Adams served as her assistant for a time.
Brooke is perhaps best known though, as the third wheel to Kelly Kelly and Layla in Extreme Expose on the ECW brand.

I personally have always liked Brooke. I’ve always thought she was very pretty and this role suits her. Let’s all give her a chance.

i never saw her time in wwe but i’m guessing she’s around the level of a maryse or a rosa if she was to wrestle?
thankfully tna does have a small habit of not hiring models to be wrestlers.
Kaledrina- Brookes run in WWE was in 2007 and I believe she never wrestled in a singles match, she was in a couple of battle royals but she was quickly eliminated
I sometimes wished WWE had kept Brooke and fired Kelly instead lol
The only wrestling i can remember from her was a battle royal. I dont think she did much wrestling, she was only in development for a year and was mainly valeting. But I don’t think TNA will use her as a wrestler, she will be like Chelsea and Santana. So she wont take away any time from the Knockouts.
I do see a worrying trend though, they are slowly moving back to where women are mainly used as valets. They also did that in WCW in the past.
Can’t really say I’m bothered. She didn’t seem to naturally pick up wrestling in the WWE but I didn’t see much of her at all. Who knows, she might be decent if she ends up down that road.

Either way, I always liked her, so I’m happy.. even if she is just playing a PA. :)
I don’t have a clue who she is, the whole kelly and layla in ecw days was when i stopped really paying any attention to womens wrestling.
If shes not going to wretler than i guess thats fine. I just hope TNA doesn’t do anything silly and put her in the ring if she has had no training since 2007.

Yay! I loved Brooke! :D She was my favorite Extreme Expose’ member at the time, but now it’s Layla of course. No offense.

Like somebody said in the Post RAW/Impact show. This could be TNA’s Miss Hancock. I mean we know Brooke is a dancer and they even gave her that wrestling-stripper name of Miss *insert what Eric Bischoff called her last night lol*. I don’t think we’ll be seeing her wrestle anytime soon though.
I remember Brooke from ECW! She’s gorgeous, I haven’t watched Impact yet but I’m looking forward to seeing it.
I find it funny. TNA loves to claim how much better the Knockouts are then the Divas, yet here they are hiring another former Diva.
She will be a valet.., remember when Kristal was gonna join TNA and some of you guys thought she was gonna wrestle?..
Also, why do I have the feeling she will be the new KO’s law (Tracy’s old “job).
I always liked her (even though she is not an actual wrestler) and with the job of personal assistant I think that she will do great in the role (since she is not wrestling).
I for one like seeing Brooke in TNA…I always wondered when she would return to the buisness…it looks like they wanted her and BAM!!! Shes here…
She was entertaining in WWE too…they just haven’t utilized her that much…or correctly for that matter.
Now, when I first invisioned Brooke in TNA, I was expecting her to be one of Pope’s Valets…but I guess they didn’t want to give him one…and lord knows he needs some casue his gimmick is just too much Godfather like,and it’s kinda of annoying to not see any women around him….humph…but I guess with Brooke starting out as an assistant its a (slow) step forward…I hear shes getting training from the place Lacey Von Erich is getting trained…M1 i think is what it’s called…I dunno..lol
TNA did once upon a time utilize Valet’s back in its beginnings 2003-2005 and in 2006 or 2007 ish (don’t remember) when Karen first came on screen…I always loved the Valet and Manager characters…and how they come into importance to Wrestling today…perhaps Brooke will do that in the near future…but I won’t expect it too much…
but besides all of that im happy shes here :D….
honestly, i really don’t like her. i was just shocked when i saw her. i wanted to see someone else with more potential. it would have been nice not to see her for another 2 or 3 years.
hmm.. it seems “miss teschmacher” is sticking around for the foreseeable future. there’s already a couple posed photos of her up over on tna’s website. looking good.
She probably can’t wrestle so I don’t realy care tbh… BUT i’ll withold judgement

All the peripheral signs around this are, let’s just say, not so good. I think it’s even excessive eye-candy in that particular vein, given that TBP plus former TBP are on this roster and already built up with the TNA brand. It’s not one of the first bad signs coming from Bischoff’s end, but one of the more concerning given that it may further reveal his attitude and approach toward the Knockouts division. (/PC)
