Former WWE Women’s Champion, Candice Michelle is the latest Diva to be added to the Alumni section of WWE.com. It looks as though any hard feeling between the two sides over Candice’s release last June has been set aside.
In a way, the release allowed Candice to move onto a new chapter in her life that she may not have been able to embark on otherwise — she is currently pregnant with her first child.
Candice visited a SmackDown taping two weeks ago in California, perhaps this got the ball rolling on her being once again recognised in the ‘WWE Universe’.
Though unlikely, it could be conceivable for Candice to return as guest host of an episode of Raw somewhere down the line. Not only is she a former Diva but a Go Daddy representative that’s starred in Superbowl commercials. Given the caliber of ‘celebrities’ WWE has already had, you could do worse. Like I say though, it’s unlikely WWE will give such a spot to a former Diva. I would like, however, to see maybe a group of ex-Divas return one night as co-guest hosts. Maybe Candice, Lilian, Stacy and Torrie?

I’m really happy for Candice being added. Part of me think with all these additions to alumni and where are they now’s, WWE is contacting some former divas about that upcoming Divas DVD. Molly, Ivory, Jazz, Candice? Sounds amazing to me.
It’s nice to see Candice on there, I’m surprised the WWE alumni section is so short however. I wouldn’t mind seeing WWE Divas guest host one night either, although, it’d either have to be Candice and Torrie (Vince’s Devils) or Torrie and Stacy (as old friends) Lilian would seem too random as she never interacted with them much and Candice and Stacy would just be too random. Problem is, unless it’s Trish, none of the fans (who dislike the Diva division) wouldn’t go for it much. I’d love to see Chyna one day guest host…but that’s something that has as much of chance happening as a decent Divas match.

I would really love to see that happen but I highly doubt we’ll ever see Torrie a very long time on her twitter she said she told them that after WM25 she didn’t want to have anything to do with them for a while so I’m sure by the time Torrie forgives WWE for WM25 she probably be about Sable’s age when she returned back in 2004 Never say Never but don’t be dissapointed if it doesn’t happen.
I’d love to see Candice, Torrie and Lilian all guest host on one day. Stacy, I believe, has enough popularity to host RAW on her own.
i’m so happy. i’m the biggest candice fan ever. and to finally see her get a spot in the alumni is great. maybe after she has her baby she will return. she said she might. but she doesn’t want to be the type of parent to leave her child at home and be gone so long. but if wwe gives her a reasonable schedule i bet she’ll be back. maybe she could wrestle at the main shows. and only do one houseshow. and go to the pay per views. and get the rest of her time at home with her baby. i can dream rite? but no matter what i will always love her. so now i’m going to go check out her alumni. peace!
I always thought Candice had something special, and if it weren’t for her injury after that Beth Phoenix match, I believe her run in the WWE would have been much longer.
Aww (: I am so happy that candice was added to the alumni section. I always loved her. I was looking forward to her debuting on smackdown after the draft last year. To bad that she got injured. She would have made the smackdown diva division so interesting in my opinion…
WWE added Candice to the alumni page, however, did anyone else notice that they removed Jackie Gayda from there alumni page
and i also noticed that some mentioned the WWE divas DVD, i agree i think who ever is on the alumni page has a good chance of begin in the dvd, even if there is a dvd, because we havnt heard much on the dvd since it was reported they were making one, and that was over a month ago.
That’s great that Candice is on the alumni page but why did they remove Jackie Gayda from it I hope it’s just a temporary thing.

Aw I’m happy for Candice. It’s nice to see her and WWE are on good terms! :)
I was never a big fan of Candice, and I really disliked her at one point, but now (can’t believe I’m saying this) I actually miss her in WWE. If she wouldn’t have gotten injured for the second time in February 2008, I believe she would be been one of the top Divas in the company. She would have been so much better (wrestling wise) then she already was. I always respected her for trying to get better.
I wouldn’t be suprised to see her make backstage appearances from time-to-time. I would love to see her back in a year or two wrestling but I doubt it.
To be 100% completely honest, if it weren’t for her unfortanute and untimely injuries Candice would’ve been the top Diva in the ENTIRE company, no doubt. She had the fans wrapped around her finger circa’ 2007, and towards her feud with Beth her popularity skyrocketed, even surpassing, yes, you guessed it, Mickie friggin’ James of all people! An amazing feat’ to be proud of.
Wow! First, I hope there actually is a Divas dvd, and second, OMG! YAY!!!! I hope that if there is acutally a dvd created Candice is in it.

I sometimes wonder what it would be like if she never got injured because she was in fact a “trish” in the making she sold moves and performed amazing moves some which have not yet been done by some divas like in 2007 with her and mickie vs melina n beth and the way she pinned melina was shocking……..
she was one of this generations prettiest face but a excellent wrestler!

Candice was one of the few eye candy to wrestlers that actually had me convinced she wanted to be a good wrestler. You could tell she was trying hard and I loved how she cried when she won that first Women’s Championship from Melina. I do think that if she would not have gotten injured she’d be either the Diva’s Champion or the Women’s Champion or feuding with them, she’d be the top dog. I would love for her and Torrie to host Raw, although I’m not sure how that would go over with the live crowd who seems to forget people really quickly. That’s why I’m not sure if Stacy could even do it alone, they’d be like, “Stacy Who?”
There were never any hard feelings between both sides. Candice understood why they released her and I don’t think WWE really wanted to release as they did have plans for her on SD. I think they just knew it was the right thing to do at the time.

For some reason I always liked her…I don’t know why, because I hated, and still do dislike, every other eye candy Diva like K2 and The Bellas…But I seriously did like Candice. I think it’s because she was improving almost every time I saw her perform. I remeber watching NOC 2007 and being so excited she had won, then cheering for her at GAB and then again during Unforgiven and No Mercy. I remeber almost crying when Candice fell and almost killed herself during the 3 Falls match and was so excited when she returned…Only to re-injure herself. I wish her the best of luck with her baby! <3
She was also added to the classic divas section with trish, iita, torrie, stacy and ivory.
Anything bringing Candice back on the site is good to me. She becane my fave once Lita/Trish left and she’s still one of my top 5 divas ever
