As has been widely reported over the past week, a volcano eruption in Iceland has led to air travel stoppages in many countries including the United Kingdom and has left the WWE’s Superstars & Divas stranded in Europe. The stars have had to travel rather laboriously through other means [i.e. long bus journeys] to make their scheduled house shows over the past few days.
The latest setback however, is that the Raw Superstars are currently stranded in Northern Ireland and may not be able to travel back to the States in time for Monday’s live episode of Raw in New Jersey.
SmackDown’s travel crew have managed to fly back to the United States from Madrid, Spain, after the country lifted its stoppage on air travel. There is some talk that the SmackDown crew may instead perform on Monday’s Raw should the red brand not make it back in time.
It’s a sucky situation, but we’d to extend lots of gratitude and well wishes to all of the WWE Superstars and Divas. These international loops are gruelling as it is, but with the extra travel and chaos, it’s got to be even harder. Thank you to all the Superstars and Divas!
They say every cloud has a silver lining, that could very well be the case for the SmackDown Divas — hopefully getting a little time to shine on Monday’s live Raw. With some storyline progression on Monday and on Friday’s episode of SmackDown, hopefully we could see a Beth Phoenix vs Michelle McCool match at Extreme Rules.

This really sucks for the RAW Superstars; hope they get back in time. I agree Melanie if they don’t get back in time this could give the Smackdown divas so time to shine on RAW.
I had a feeling something like this would happen going off of a lot of their tweets on Twitter.
Sucky situation but hopefully something good will come of it, and they’ll be able to come back home. They’re probably dead on their feet over there.

I hope the Superstars and Divas would get back to do RAW. But if don’t since Alicia, Katie, Jillian, and Gail didn’t go they still in the USA & if SM divas like Lay-Cool, Beth, and Mickie maybe we can get a nice tag team match.
But I’m pretty sure they would be make it this Monday.
Smackdown has the same problems. Let’s see how creative WWE is when all their topstars are unavailable. In theory they have plenty of talent on the midcard, NXT and FCW to put on a good show. It will be interesting to see how the current RAW writers function under pressure.
Man That suks , I really hope they all get back as soon as they can….I guess it would be nice to see the SD divas on Raw…but then again it would make no sense to have a segement with Lay-Cool , Mickie & Beth…nd no Raw Divas showing up….Unless WWE uses there common sense nd tell the crowd wats going on…instead of making up a lie nd saying The Guest Host Banned All raw Superstars from Raw….nd allowed the SD superstars to run raw 2nite….then again its wwe we are talking abt they just mite do that
There was to many heel divas. Something like this: Layla, Alicia, and Michelle vs. Beth, Mickie, and Gail.
but the question is if the smackdown wrestlers perform on raw would they allow the raw wrestlers to perform on smackdown so they dont lose a show going into extreme rules
RAW only has 3 divas on this tour Eve,Maryse and Kelly the rest are back in the US

Just when I’m going to Raw something like this happens lol. I would love to see Mickie and some of the SmackDown Divas on Monday but I’m not getting my hopes up. Everything will probably be fine by then and the Superstars will be back in time.
But if the Raw Superstars couldn’t make it back, WWE would have to make up so angle where the SmackDown brand is “taking over” for Raw for one week, then have all the Raw Superstars compete Tuesday for the tapings to make up for the show loss.

I cnt believe no1′s sed this but wasn’t this the week where they were gonna “build up” the raw divas with promos etc? I was really anxious to see what would happen and now it’s pretty much ruined. Please come back RAW divas!
Was Katie Lea on the tour? cause if she wasn’t, this gives an opportunity for Katie to mix it up with the SD! Divas.
Totally gutting for RAW guys and gals, but tbh, I kinda want them to stay there, see what happens on Monday, see the pressure the writers and bookers have, I’d be a funny night thats for sure. ;)
RAW without Botctista, Yawn Cena and Robo Orton? Woooohoooo! Just kidding. Hope they all make it back home soon. I would love to see Beth Phoenix, Mickie James and Gail Kim vs Layla, McCool and Alicia Fox. With the absence of the Ortons and HHHs of the company, they should have more than enough time to give them a proper match. This would be the perfect platform to build up a match at Extreme Rules between McCool and Phoenix. If that match happens, I hope that it is on par with Melina and Beths I Quit match. A Falls Count Anywhere match would be legendary.
I hope they don’t make it back, not to be harsh, but it will be VERY interesting to see what WWE can do.
I think they have the opportunity to do something VERY special, but I think they will probably fail and do some crappy show.
With the Divas, again, it WILL be a gimmick match with this cast of movie stars hosting..

Just to update you all, the latest news is that flights are grounded until 1am Monday morning, so if this is the case they definitely won’t be making it back in time.
Lets hope they dont make it cause then theres a chance for a match that may actually last two minutes
Well, like I said on the other topic i understand this, but like I also said, is better to be stuck in another country for awhile than to be in a plane crash. (We all know that almost no one survives to a accident like that). The only reason why SD superstars come back to the USA, is because Spain and Portugal (my country) are barely affected, even though some of the ashes already arrived. We can only wait…
Humans may have made a lot of discoveries, but once more Nature makes us see how little we are.
