Who Knew Tht The WWE Universe Thought Beth Phoenix;s Win Was The Bestest Through Out Tonight! On WWE.Com In There Voting Poll They Asked Who Had The Best Victory Which Included Beth,Cena,Jack,Edge,Sheamus and Hart Dynasty and Beth Has 68.7 % Of The Votes With The Second Best Being Cena with 21%. With The Rest Having Undder 10%.

I wouldn’t say this match was better than Beth vs. Melina at Extreme Rules 2008. I just think it was more entertaining since that match two years ago was more technical wrestling, while this had weapons (if you can call them that) for the girls to use.
Matt Striker has always been rude and so obnoxious on commentary! It’s extremely annoying! WWE needs to bring back Jr.
You guys make a good point with the crowd reactions. Eve never gets a reaction from the live audience. It’s because on Raw, she has no character. She’s just another random babyface Diva like Kelly, Gail, & The Bella Twins. Where Beth is a babyface, but with the Glamazon persona, which is why people care about her!
I definitely see Michelle & Layla (maybe Vicki as well) going to Raw tomorrow. But the thing is, WWE doesn’t care about the Raw Divas, and as long as the guest hosts are around, I can’t see them automatically doing a complete 180 with the Raw Divas just because LayCool has been moved there.
I would perfer if Michelle and Layla actually feuded with eachother for a bit. WWE could make an angle where Michelle claims Layla costed her the Title. Then in July, if WWE holds another 15-Superstar Trade, keep Michelle on SmackDown send Layla over to Raw and compete for the Divas Title. LayCool needs to break up sooner or later.
Anyway, the match tonight was great & I’m happy for the Diva Division as a whole.
Once again, congrats to Beth for winning the Title! It’s been over a year since she’s held gold in WWE so she definitely deserves it. Hope her reign lasts quite a long time! :)

PS – the crowd was dead for most of the show (except for Cena) but a LARGE part of that was the security was a bunch of a-holes tonight….if you stood up or cheered they were ALL over you. Unreal! I was told to put my camera away too which upset me. I have never been to a show where they wanted to the crowd to be so vanilla/generic. Like they wanted a golf crowd…polite clapping….weird!!!

PS – our seats were in the front near the ramp but we were seats #3/4 and they were kind of at the opposite end of the row so we weren’t right on the aisle. Plus security would barely let us stand up let alone come to the ringside. :-)

My predictions so far have been correct, gosh I wish I could have watched it. It aint up on the net yet, mmm hopefully it will be soon. C’mon, Lay-Cool to Raw please, and I think Maryse should go to Smackdown. Yeah, she bores me now. Raw will finally be flawless with Michelle and Layla there.

This match wasn’t as good as the match between Melina and Beth Phoenix in 2008, but it was better then what I expected it to be. It wasn’t the normal diva match we have seen in the last few months. And I was happy to see that. Hopefully this is a sign that things are starting to improve with the woman’s division.

This is a move in the right direction for the women’s direction, I would be oh so surprised if Michelle and Maryse do not sway places tomorrow night. But then again… can we imagine MARYSE holding the Women’s title? Gail to Smackdown to turn heel on Phoenix? Yes please.

I’m Michelles #1 fan so I was rooting for her, but who am I kidding huh? I knew once LayCool had the last word on SD! That Beth would win. I’m also thinking, with Beth as Champion, they’re aren’t really good heels too take her on. I hope Natalya gets a shot.

I think The Divas having props that only “Women use” is actually a cute gimmick. Have a hard core match for the Divas, but use things only women would use. They should’ve had a frying pan. Brooms, Hairspray, Makeup boxes, is also used by Knockouts. I don’t think i’ve ever seen a steel chair too the head for Knockouts. There was that drunk match between ODB and Tara, but lets not talk about that.
Nevertheless, congrats too Beth, and Mr Glamazon. I know how you feel. I had that feeling when Jillian won the Divas Title, then I lost it. Haha! =)

The GlamSlam on an ironing board sounds like it would look awesome on TV, but is also sounds very dangerous. When Beth falls during the GlamSlam, she falls full force on the mat. The ironing board is made of metal and has edges. Those edges would likely injure Beth. A GlamSlam on a table would be safer. Its not worth it to risk injuring them and then having them be off TV for months.

What I do think would work with the divas is a money in the bank match. Some of the divas have shown (outside the WWE) that they can put on an awesome ladder match. Why not? Throwing Beth into an ironing board is similar to throwing her into a ladder. If they must make it “feminine” they can make the ladder pink and the briefcase all sparkly, lol.

The match was certainly entertaining. I know i enjoyed it. I wasn’t exactly expecting much, based on the nature of the match, and the title it was given. And then they showed the make-up table, and i just wondered what we were actually going to see.
To say i was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Although as you said, the match had potential to be better. You can’t take away the fact that it was entertaining and something we hadn’t seen the Divas do in a while. Now im not going to get my hopes up, because more often than not the WWE take one step forward and two steps back when it comes to divas. This was a big step forward for the division, i just hope they keep going forward, and not revert to what we have seen in previous months.

Oh, and on the draft….
Michelle and Layla will more than likely be on RAW as of Tonight/Tomorrow (The WWE.com draft) Which might be a good move for them, although i don’t know who they are going to pick on one they get there, Eve presumably?
To Smackdown i expect to see Maryse go, along with Kelly and/or Gail. Which i think is needed for BOTH these girls. They’ve kinda been lost in the shuffle over on RAW and i think moving them to Smackdown will be a good fresh start.

it was a great match, but i think if Michelle had took a Glamslam through a table or an ironing board the match would have been epic (and i don’t like using the word epic)
this is probably a once in a lifetime match sadly, although considering it got the best praise in the pole, maybe this could be the start of a slightly more extreme division, but i wont hold my breath

brooms and mops what happened to trash can lips and kendo sticks remember when we had hardcore and street fights on raw like all the time when u say people flying through tables. oh remember trish and victoria hardcore matches. Remember the mixed tag hardcore matches for the women’s title, like when trish won the title back from jazz with stratusfaction onto a trash can lid. I miss those days and matches like this one or the match between melina and michelle and the i quit match between beth and melina give me hope.

The entire time the match was taking place, I couldnt stop comparing it to the housekeeping match Jeff Jarrett and Chyna had at ‘IYH’, hahaha
