The Hart Foundation are the brand new tag team champions with Bret and Nattie Hart at ringside. Good start along with Show turning on The Miz.
Does anyone else think this could possibly mean Natalya may be in line for a push in the upcoming weeks? I guess it could workout better if they traded Maryse with Beth so they avoid two babyfaces going at it. Id love to see Natalya against The Glamazon, but they rarely do matches like that.
There was a brief “We want Mickie” chant near the beginning of the Divas match.
Kelly on SD!… eh. It was a tad anticlimatic, Maryse should have been drafted. Love Maryse and her character, spotlight stealing, trash talking, brand screwing. And Punk playing with his hair is hilarious.
Tbh, I don’t think Michelle and Layla will get drafted to Raw anymore. Did you hear the crowd? Dead silence. She didn’t get boo’ed or even cheered or whistled. No one cared about Michelle when her music played, but when Maryse and Eve started to fight outside the crowd got into it. I think they should put Maryse on SD and Laycool on Raw to start something different but Michelle just doesn’t get any crowd reactions, at all. They would have to build her up and they’ve already tried to do that and look where it’s gotten them.
at least it was around 7-9 minutes and so far one of my draft predictions were right lets hope for michelle or jillian next.
Why didn’t they just have Maryse and Eve get counted out during their fight instead of having Maryse take a completely unnecessary clean loss? Makes no sense.

…Because Maryse and Eve weren’t outside of the ring for 10seconds. And, personally I’m glad they didn’t end it that early. That was the longest Raw match in awhile, I’m satisfied with the match, personally.

I know they weren’t out of the ring long enough. I meant since that spot was in the match anyways, it would have been a better finish. It would have allowed SD to win without having Maryse having to take the unneeded loss.

@ChrisP. True, true. I wouldn’t have mind it ended like that, but definitely NOT that earlier in the match. I rather Maryse just take the loss, she already plays the “self centered” character so if anything they’ll just blame the loss on her being self centered and blah, blah, blah. It’s not really hurting Maryse’s character.
I’m suprised that the match wasn’t cut extremely short. Was it just me or did Michelle’s finisher not even hit Maryse? Nice to see a little development in the Eve & Maryse feud.

Maryse loses all the time, espeically as champion. Mickie owned her last year in their feud in terms of wins in their feud, and Eve just beat her three straight times, including a a 20-second victory over her. And she just lost tonight in a match where there was absolutely no purpose to her losing. She loses at least as much as she wins and quite possibly more so.
Not a bad match, I don’t get the people complaining about Eve not helping, after getting kicked in the face, draft pick or not, that was apart of the plan. Personally I’m a bit perplexed but I’ll understand eventually when the continuation of the feud heats up.
