SHIMMER Women Athletes returns to action this September to tape four more volumes in its widely successful DVD series. SHIMMER will be back in Berwyn, Illinois on September 11th and 12th. Press release below:
SHIMMER Women Athletes returns to live action at the Berwyn Eagles Club (6309 26th Street) in Berwyn, IL on Saturday & Sunday, September 11th & 12th, 2010. Volumes 33-36 of the SHIMMER DVD series will be filmed over the course of the weekend. Bell time on Saturday, September 11th is 2pm. Bell time on Sunday, September 12th is 1pm.
Front row tickets to the tapings will go on sale at 7pm Central time on Sunday, June 6th at www.SHIMMERwrestling.com via The SHIMMER Forum. Tickets must be purchased via PayPal that evening for your ticket request to be honored. If you cannot purchase by PayPal, please E-mail shimmernews@yahoo.com for alternate instructions, to submit your payment prior to June 6th. Front row tickets will be available at a cost of $60 per day of taping (two full length DVD releases will be taped each day). General admission tickets will be available at a cost of $20 per day of taping. The events are suitable for all ages.
Already confirmed for participation in the tapings are: SHIMMER Champion Madison Eagles, SHIMMER Tag Team Champions “The Canadian Ninjas” Portia Perez & Nicole Matthews, Cheerleader Melissa, MsChif, Ayumi Kurihara, Sara Del Rey, and Daizee Haze.

I’m going to try so hard to make it to these tapings. I’ve missed enough Shimmer shows, haven’t been to once since…they had the tag team gauntlet. Feels like FOREVER ago.
Someone sent me something threw facebook last week saying that there were shows on 6th June, but it looks like that’s when the tickets go on sale.
Anyway, seriously awesome news that there’s another 4 tapings. really wish i could go. Maybe next time.
Oh, and i hope Ayumi being on the poster mean’s that the japanese girls are on the card again.
I’ll be their as well in the front!… my first shimmer taping im excited plus its on my birthday the 12th! I’ve been really lucky with catching these events in my area lately Yaayy!

Love the NINJAS, kickass tag team. Daizee, Death Rey, & Cheerleader Melissa are gonna rock the house, never a dull moment with these girls.
Hope they have maybe like a 4 woman elimination battle royal for the #1 contendership with Chif, Haze, Death Rey, & Cheerleader Mel. and then have Madison Eagles & Ayumi take on The Canadian Ninjas.
I would love to see Kellie Skater, Jesse Mckay, Rain *no Jetta :(, Cat Power, Rachel Summerlyn, Jessica James, Melanie Cruise & Annie Social.
