Wrestlicious on Hiatus

Following last week’s championship episode, Wrestlicious TakeDown is once again on hiatus which means there will not be a new episode this week.

Wrestlicious is currently filming all new footage for the final four episodes of season one. The new footage, which started taping last Friday, will begin airing in late June and will feature new characters including the debut of former TNA Knockout, Sojo Bolt as Coco Montego.

We hope to confirm the return date for the final four episodes soon.

Sojo could have had a bright future in TNA. I still don’t know why TNA released her.

@DarknessRuler…sojo was released by TNA because her in-ring work was horrendous…did you see her title match with Kong? it was laughable…

Sojo wasn’t that bad. She just had a bad night, it happens to the best of them.
Remember the O.D.B vs Tara match on the Janurary 4th special?
That was laughable yet they are both good wrestlers.
Just because she wasn’t the best dosen’t mean she was bad.
She is actually a pretty good wrestler and dosen’t have alot of serious botches.

Wicked, i loved Sojo in TNA and im sure her character in wrestlicious will be good, sounds to me like a hula girl ‘CoCo’ ? I hope she hasn’t got a generic black girl gimmick though. I think WWE should sign Sojo, she would fit the mould i think and would be an interesting girl to have on the roster, i could see her on RAW.

I don’t think WWE will sign Sojo.
Sojo has put a little muscle and weight on since leaving TNA.
She still looks pretty and she fixed her hair but if you look at her OVW matches right now, you can tell.

Well, Sojo did have wwe tryouts and they told her to ‘work on her weight’ e.g. loose weight & wwe were watching her progress….so i guess they had some interest in her. But oh well, if she doesnt its not the end of the world; i just want her to.

I liked Sojo in OVW, but in TNA she was terrible. But TNA’s booking naturally had a big part in that.

In OVW and SHIMMER, Josie was awesome. TNA not so much but I agree with Mikas, the booking was horrorific. They could’ve done a lot with her, they just didn’t. =/

Didn’t match tapings take place like 2 years ago and they had to hold onto them until they had a place to air? It doesn’t seem like they had that many…I admit, I started to look forward to it to see good women’s wrestling.

I didn’t like Sojourner Bolt in TNA but I love her now that she’s joined Wrestlicious. (Yeah I know she hasn’t even debut yet..) But I didn’t think she has a bad wrestler in TNA.. Then again I’m a Lacey Von Erich fan.

But anyhow this is great news I *hope* that they can put a watchable product together now that they’ve heard the feedback, I don’t think Wrestlicious is a horrible show, it’s fine if that’s what you’re intro but the commentary/unfunny jokes, green screens, filler ect. just made it a bad experience.. I hope they fix all of that.

Also that comic strip is lame.. Why can’t they just give the girls actual promos? Or at least voice act it. I’m a slow reader so I have to pause the video when I watch.. lol

Also if you’re reading J.V. Rich, give all the girls rapping promos!! I think that’s what made glow so great. We only get a rapping promo once every other episode in Wrestlicious. :(

she did an interview for diva dirt a few months back with, i think, steven. from what i remember she said tna was booking her to be the next ko champion, going into a feud with angelina, but then tara showed up and much like hamada and sarita, she was pushed to the back and ultimately released due to lack of ideas for her.
