Diva Dirt Style Jury: Week of May 31st, 2010

Divas beware, we judge what you wear! Welcome to the Diva Dirt Style Jury. We compile the looks from the week gone by and mark each look on a scale of 1-10. At the end of the scoring, we work out the combined score for each look and the Diva with the highest combined score is our winner and the Diva with the lowest combined score is our loser.

A few rules: We only judge outfits/ring attire that we haven’t judged before or we have already seen several times on TV before. If a Diva is seen in more than one outfit in any given week, we mark them as ‘#1′, ‘#2′ and so forth.

So, let the proverbial runway show begin!

ALICIA FOX
Cryssi: Foxy had a big night this past Monday and she picked a cute little outfit to go with it. We’ve seen Alicia in rompers basically every single time she hasn’t been in wrestling gear as of late. I’m at the point now where I want her to change it up. Her look is getting to be a big repeat of the same thing, only with different colors and prints. That said, this is my favorite romper of Alicia’s to date. I love the print and the way it fits. It’s flirty and sassy, perfect for Alicia. The boots are great too. Another nice week for Alicia. 8/10
Erin: I usually love Alicia’s little rompers, but, as I’ve probably said many times, all-over animal print is not my thing. It’s just too much going on in such a small space, with the mixing of prints and one-piece aesthetic. I much prefer when Alicia keeps it cuter. 5/10
Melanie: We all love Alicia’s rompers here at DD and this one is no exception for me. I’m not usually a huge fan of animal print but when done differently and ‘edgy’, I think it looks good. Alicia did wear something different and more edgy than the usual pants-and-top look, so I like it. 6/10

EVE TORRES
Cryssi: Eve is starting to bore me with her fashion but this look is better than the ones she’s had recently. The nice pinkish coral color really compliments her skin tone and her hair looks pretty this week too. Eve has what I like to call gypsy-like hair. It looks pretty when it’s straight and looks gorgeous when it’s wild and curly. Eve did well this week. 6.5/10
Erin: The peachy-pink color is cute and a different way to pull off the girly look. It pops a lot better than some of the other variations on Eve’s attire, and she wears the color really well. It mixes her tomboy personality and her lesser-seen girly side in an interesting way. 7/10
Melanie: I don’t like this colour at all on Eve. I don’t know why, but the colour just seems so sickly and especially against someone who is tanned like Eve. 4/10

GAIL KIM
Cryssi: Gail hits a home run for me this week. Pink is one of my favorite colors and she looks gorgeous in it. I love the style of the top and the silver accents go so well with it. Gail just looks radiant to me. 9/10
Erin: I can’t believe I’m liking these pink attires so much! I guess it just demonstrates how Gail (and Eve) are wearing the color in unique ways. Gail’s shade looks gorgeous on her, and the sparkly bits are an interesting touch. I also love the cut of her top–she pulls off the asymmetrical neckline better than Rosa does. 8/10
Melanie: Breathtaking. I think this may just be my favourite Diva ring attire of all time. The colour and pattern on Gail looks phenomenal. 10/10

KELLY KELLY
Cryssi: You guys know I love me some 2K and her fashion sense, and this week is no different. Kelly wears my two other favorite colors this week, lime green and black, and she just looks adorable. I’m in the minority when it comes to 2K fashion, but if she ever made a fashion line, I’d totally support it. The green pops on her and everyone looks good in black. The cut of the top is flattering because Kelly’s not exactly top heavy and she just looks hot. 8/10
Erin: This is such a lackluster shade of gold, being a bit too yellow instead a robust gold. Kelly usually doesn’t have trouble pulling off all kinds of colors, but this does nothing for her and looks sort of cheap. 4/10
Melanie: Like that one Alicia Fox ring attire, Kelly Kelly looks like a reflector light that you’d put on your bike. The accentuation of her boobs with the black border around them looks kinda tacky too.. 3/10

LAYLA
Cryssi: If only my butt could look that good in jeans… Anyway! There’s nothing ground breaking or special about the champ’s outfit. She’s in fitted jeans and a baggy white sleeveless top. This would be so plain and boring on most people, but on Layla it looks effortless and chic. Layla’s gorgeous and can wear pretty much anything, and I like this fun, casual outfit from her. 7/10
Erin: It’s such a casual look, but it’s so sexy at the same time. A wifebeater and a bra peeking out sounds so trashy, but Layla makes it work, and it probably has something to do with a nice-looking bra. It’s stylish, a bit edgy, and it certainly a look only a heel can pull off. 8/10
Melanie: I love Layla but I think she needs to swish it up a bit. This isn’t exactly groundbreaking for someone who is usually so stylish. 5/10

MARYSE
Cryssi: I’m not going to lie. When I saw Maryse on Raw, the lesbian in me came out just a little. She just looked fantastic. Maryse does very little wrong when it comes to fashion and I love that she gives her ring attire that little extra flair. Tres bon, Maryse! 9/10
Erin: She sort of looks like she went into Tony Stark’s workshop and stole bits and pieces of one of his Iron Man suits he had laying around and fashioned it into ring attire. The red is way too randomly placed and overwhelming in her pre-match layers, and her leg covers look like candy care armor–not a good look. She should take a lesson from Stark’s suits–streamline it, girl. 4/10
Melanie: A little too much red for my taste. 5/10

MICHELLE MCCOOL
Cryssi: Michelle kept it simple this week as well. Instead of a baggy white sleeveless top, she opted for a black one with stripes and fitted jeans. It looks amazing, what else can I say? It’s cool, summer appropriate, and very sporty. It suits Michelle. She looks flawless. She’s perfect. She also gets one point higher than Layla for going with black. I know, that’s just me being picky. 8/10

Melanie: Cute! I like the top, I like the jeans and I like the knee-high boots. I also like the feather earrings which only someone like Michelle can pull off. She looks great. 8/10

TAMINA
Cryssi: Love this girl’s looks and coloring. She’s so exotic and you definitely take notice of Tamina when she appears on television. The multi-colored fitted tunic would look stupid on some, but Tamina’s presence and confidence makes the top look great on her. She looks comfortable and I really enjoy the fact she’s not trying to hard. A black undershirt and black pants were simple but it worked. Tamina wanted the top to be the focus, I’m sure, and she did her job well. 6/10
Erin: Technicolor animal print, we meet again! Argh, I just don’t like that combo, and I sort of wish Tamina would have stuck with a dark look similar to what she wore for her debut. It would help to keep some mystery. I understand the need to be loud and “not typical” as their promo suggested, but this is on another level of loud. It’s just not a great first impression. 3/10
Melanie: That top is just so loud and something that should only be worn on vacation in Hawaii. 3/10
