    Still cant wait :P

I won’t be calling in tonight due to my tonsilitis :( but will be listening as always.

Just to give my thoughts though on the Rosie deal…

I think on paper TNA is exploiting Rosie, if you look at her former gimmicks she’s been more like Mickie Knuckles in terms of attire and as Sister Ophelia on Wrestlicious, she has to cover up, so for her to spontaneously just decide to wear lingerie as an attire seems like TNA’s brainstorm that by doing this they’ll get a few cheap laughs, making her their answer to WWE’s Big Dick Johnson, by putting a bigger person in sexually suggestive clothing. However in Rosie’s promo, I was suprised by how genuine she actually came across, you could actually envision her as being proud of her size and not caring about what others think. I think Rosie’s had to prove a lot of critics wrong after injuring Daffney and coming into the company via her training with Team 3D and living so close (which always plays a factor) I’m glad she’s not the total stereotype, uprgraded ODB gimmick I was expecting.

I think Rosie’s gimmick was a response to the Piggie James angle.

If you guys have time, d’you reckon you could perhaps talk about whether you think any WWE women’s feud post-2006 had/has the potential to come close to matching Trish/Lita in terms of excitement and quality, given the right backing from management? It’s just a random thing I’ve been thinking about. For me it was always Mickie/Melina, but they never really went for it with them, despite strong crowd reactions and good matches.

Just wanted to know your thoughts, if you get through the other topics. Good luck!

I totally agree with everyone is saying. Rosie has a lot of potential and I think they could of used her a lot better than what she was shown to us. There was a lasting impression, but it wasn’t a good one to me. In all honesty, it looks like TNA threw them out there and said “go with the flow” and that’s what it looked like. Nothing really looked planned out at all.

It didn’t enhance Roxxi and Madison’s title match really at all, a simple title shot to the back and that’s really all we got to be honest. I think Roxxi could of done something big and better, but TNA once again dropped the ball.

O.M.G. I was on the show!!!! I was SOOOOOOO nervous! :P And my reception sucked -.- I wanted to say SOOOOO much more, but oh well :p It was still fun!

  • Cod3Cody

Just wondering…can we call twice lol.

  • http://reallyrealawesomeinc.weebly.com crazyinsane11

I think that Rosie’s gimmick was like a spoof of Piggie James angle. I’m not going to be suprised if this week we have a promo with TBP making fun of her because of her weight. I also don’t dig the trashy ring attire.

  • TrishMelinaFan

Next time I’ll be more fun. MY comments:

On Rosie-My sentiments were made clear.

Laycool and Kaval-LayCool is definitely at the top of the heap when it comes to the Divas, and if anything Kaval should feel privlidged that he got them. Just because he was successful outside of WWE doesn’t mean he’s been ‘screwed over’ by having them as his pros. And, HELL-O! He hit the jackpot! LayCool is the most charismatic part of the show, aside from The Miz, so be happy damn it! I would :D

My brother says I talk too slow, so I’m just going to type :P

That was fun…im bryan and it was really cool talking to you guys; patiently waiting for a spot on your staff to open up as an audio panelist

I think that the beat down from RAW was great because it was totally unexpected and was done correctly. They tore everything in their paths. which made it seem like no one was safe including announcers, camera man’s, and etc. Overall, I thought it made a lasting impression from the first season.

Lay-cool was so great. I loved watching them, Layla was hilarious when she asked how to pronounce the name, and also the fact that they just made the show for me. None of the superstars really showed any true charisma except Lay-cool. And the slap was so funny, especially Layla’s since she screamed and then left. I’m excited to see what happens.

“so for her to spontaneously just decide to wear lingerie as an attire seems like TNA’s brainstorm that by doing this they’ll get a few cheap laughs, making her their answer to WWE’s Big Dick Johnson, by putting a bigger person in sexually suggestive clothing”

i sort of agree with you but then i also don’t. only because during her tryout match with daffney, she was wearing something really similer (if not the same as last week) and due to that obviously being before they signd her.. i’m not sure whether it was her idea or in fact tna’s?

  • Kaledrina

*similar.. i really should proof-read sometimes, huh.

  • ohiofan1

What a great show! It was really nice talking to you guys. In case you don’t know this is Frank. Again, I am really sorry about the numerous non-calls. I don’t know if it was bad phone reception or I wasn’t talking loud enough. Plus I have never called a live show before, so I’m new to this. As far as who has the best women’s divison right now, I would go with Smackdown because I have the least to complain about it compared to Raw and Impact lol.

  • TrishMelinaFan

Am I the only one who was scared as hell?

  • Cyndi

    i could kick myself!

Was there a lot of reports saying that Gail vs Alicia had Gail botching a sunset flip, I only heard one on here, so I wasn’t sure.

Good show guys. I really enjoyed it. (You read my tweet. YAY!!!) The idea brought up by one of the callers regarding AJ Lee was a really good idea. It’s a great way to bring up a very talented girl and continue with this angle.

As for the NXT/RAW storyline, I personally was about to shut off the television but thankfully I didn’t. I think it was the first time in a long time that the wrestling community (or WWE Universe) was legitimately taken by surprise. The dynamic between Kaval and LayCool seems to be the way we envisioned it; I love the slap that Layla gave him. I’m very anxious to see where this leads.

Anywho, great show guys. Keep it up.

I enjoyed Cena’s beatdown not just because of my hate for John Cena, but also that it was unexpected and it showed that NXT isn’t just a filler show. I was shocked! That’s something you didn’t get from WWE anymore :(

I really enjoyed this Diva Dirt Live. It was a nice and fun way to listen to everyone get their opinions, maybe I’ll get the guts to call in next time xd
