Former Women’s Champion, Victoria [aka Tara] has been re-added to the Alumni section over at WWE.com. Her profile was originally moved to the Alumni section in January 2009 after leaving WWE. It was later deleted after Victoria became Tara in TNA.
Looks like the recently departed Knockout may have spoken to the company recently and is back on good terms.
Great to see WWE once again recognise Lisa Marie Varon, who I have no doubt will one day be a WWE Hall of Famer,

Like I said on the mail, maybe that also means they will hire her back. Jacqueline and Jackie Haas also left TNA a while ago, yet they weren’t back on the alumni page.
Wasn’t Jackie Haas on the Alumni page?
She isn’t anymore.
Im glad Victoria is added back tothe alumni section!
Maybe she will return 2nite attack Lay-Cool then at Fatal 4 way
Michelle , Layla , Victoria , Kelly 4 the womens champion and Victoria finally gets to be womens champion again for thr 3rd time….oh how i can wish
i’m not taking this as any sign of her coming back to wwe. if she was to re-debut this week for instance, why go through the hassle of putting her back on the alumni page just to take her back off it and move her to a brand page? i wouldn’t mind being proven wrong, though!
i agree with Kaledrina i dont think its a sign of her return!!
That was a quick reconciliation with WWE. But it’s good she’s back on the Alumni page. It’s amazing how many women have left TNA this year. We might not always agree with how WWE uses their women’s division, but at least they’re being paid well and taken care of.
prowrestling.com had an article about victoria meeting with wwe officals to return to wwe i couldnt belive diva-dirt didnt post about it, but anyway i think victoria might come back she is a good wrestler but not at fatal 4 way its way to soon
Well by this I’m guessing she might be returning to WWE.
Why would they take her back? She trashed the company in interviews as soon as she left, and has gained a pretty bad reputation in TNA. And she is 40. I know alot of people hate the youth movement with the divas right now, but if you are going in that direction, be consistent. Plus, Victoria was barely over with the crowd after 2003. I mean do you really expect the fans to be super excited to see her again?
I could see her coming back as a trainer, but not as a wrestler. As far as the hall of fame, I don’t know about that. Even by diva standards, she was a midcarder for most of her career. Every woman inducted so far was “main event” type names. But I wouldn’t be shocked if it happened. You know the cliche, if Koko B Ware can get in…..
jdiva: Do you have a link to that article. Can’t seem to find it.
i dont think it means a return i just think it means that they are on good terms again and possibly a return or promos in the near future…….
would like her back but as tna used her as top wrestler and used her well whereas wwe treated her like shit
WWE You Dont Know What You Got Till Its Gone!
Curious fact:
LMV lives and has her custom car shop in Louisville, KY. On July 12th Raw is live in Lexington, (about 70 miles from Louisville). The next night they tape Smackdown in Louisville.
Curious fact.

To be honest, I thought her entire TNA run was just to prove “how dumb was the WWE for letting her go” on her part. I am sure TNA was excited to have someone with a little name recognition, but I never felt she was in TNA to help the women in that company evolve as wrestlers.
To be honest, I don’t think she will add anything to the product. I am a much bigger fan of giving everyone a chance before adding someone new because someone else didn’t make the cut.
I agree with justbright
Anyone remember Tara’s interview with ODB? When ODB turned heel?
She said quote on quote “I didn’t want to be known as that joke, that sumo wrestler coming down to the ring, working my ass off and getting mocked”. She also said “I was in hardcore matches, street fights, steel cage matches only to become a jobber and trainer to these Barbie Dolls”. You could see the tears and I doubt Tara was faking them. She obviously didn’t like the treatment and I’m sure WWE will give her a 1 month push and then she will begin losing to Kelly for the 7829374403983th time.
I think Victoria proved in TNA how hot of a commodity in terms of wrestling ability. She got the fans behind her too, but that’s not exactly hard in TNA’s arena. However, I do believe she has the charisma inside of her to complete the package, but only unless she goes back to some form of psycho gimmick.
And to argue Kaledrina’s point, I doubt it’s hard to change the URL from /alumni to /smackdown for her profile. And if she were to debut tommorow night (we can all hope), they obviously put her profile back up to make sure it would be ready to put on the Smackdown roster page. That’s my thoughts on it anyway. :)
TNA instructed her to say those comments. Just like WWE instructed Gail to dis TNA. The interview with Herpes or whatever his name is was a work too. Also, that interview with ODB when she started crying, there were no tears. Plus the news about her being tough to work with came from that ‘rag’ Wrestling Observer. All those rumors were retracted when Kong said numerous times in an interview done by Diva-Dirt that she was a professional, and the last thing TNA wants to do is call Kong a liar. They don’t want to ruin their relationship with her, and hopes to God that she doesn’t go to WWE.
If Vince couldn’t tell the difference between a shoot and a work , do you think that he would put her back in the Alumni section one month after her TNA contract was up?
I meant to post this in my previous comments. It’ll be funny if they gave her the mike and 5 minutes to go off on TNA.
@nathaniel
All the emotion in Tara’s face was real. She probably did mean to say it. Why else would she leave?
victoria left since she was nothing more then a jobber & i’d like to see her get one more run on smackdown since they need a wrestler & she could help layla get even better & she works with michelle really well too plus vic can talk on the mic so shes a total package…just hope that if she does go back wwe dont dog her out.
If, If, If she does decide to go back, I’ll bet you that her not getting ‘dogged out’ will be in that contract. Plus she won’t have to worry about getting paid ‘Walmart’ money anymore.
I don’t know if the WWE will take Victoria back. Least not as a wrestler. But I’m happy they’ve acknowledged her efforts for them regardless.
