SmackDown Diva Kelly Kelly was apparently injured during her match last night at a house show in Portland, Maine.
Kelly faced co-Women’s Champion Layla and at some point in the match, tweaked either her shoulder or neck reports PWInsider. The match was stopped and the ‘X’ sign signalling injury was thrown up by the referee.
We hope to have an update soon. Our best wishes to Kelly.

Thats was really a bad news. Being injured sucks but you know what they say? Always look on a brighter side! No kelly kelly for the women’s championship!!! This would open doors for another diva, maybe tiffany. I hope kelly recovers soon tho and I hope her injury asn’t that serious. =D

That leaves a Layla-Tiffany feud, or a faceturn for Rosa. No other options for Smackdown right now, unless they move someone from Raw or FCW.
Oh my god! Once again smackdown is missing a top face … This is really getting bad. They have no choice but to bring Melina to smackdown as there is only one baby face and 3 heels! But maybe Tiffany will get a chance to shine but there will be no tag matches :/
Hopefully this makes room for Tiffany to challenge for the Womans Championship.

WWE seriously need to do what they should of done as soon as Beth went out with injury bring GAIL KIM to Smackdown and give her the womens title run she deserves, the way they treat Gail is just sad now, yes she had a run with TNA but why hire her back and not use her its messed up!! Melina has already said that her return has been put back until August time and Beth wont be back until like October/November. So juts put Gail over there she deserves to be the top face!!!!!!!

They don’t care about the SD Divas. This has been proven. Heck, they are barely caring about SD right now because it’s moving to a new channel in a few months.

this is the last thing smackdown needs. i hope it’s not too serious as there’s only so many tiffany singles matches wwe can put out until we’ve seen it all before.
this is the exact reason why wwe never should of let go savannah, mickie or maria. heck, even katie would’ve fit in over on the blue brand. smackdown is crumbling. soon it’ll only be layla and michelle that are left and we see enough of them as it is.
WWE needs to bring someone up of FCW, as soon as possible. Bring up AJ Lee. or maybe even Savannah if they’re humble enough to realize their mistake, or draft Gail to SmackDown. A Rrrrosa face turn would be disastrous. She needs to trrrrain more.
This means that WWE doesn’t have a face that generates fans’ reactions, even though Kelly was a one trick pony, at least fans actually cared when she had matches.
This is very sad and unfortunate for the SD Divas because they are treading right now. They desparately need another babyface because Tiffany can’t do it alone because not that many people care for her. A new diva can brighten up and revamp their division, because it would mean creating a new star. This girl has to be a GREAT worker in order for the fans to get back into Smackdown again

However, House shows usually showcase some of the best divas action – Often better than PPV’s as well as SD! or Raw.
I wish Kelly the best of course, being a loyal diva fan means no hating and just a lot of love :D.

Oh dear God! I could have expected the woman to get injured some time in her career but now of all times?! Is much as I LOATHE the woman as a character and in WWE (not personally), this is bad for SmackDown. With Beth gone she was the most over face out of her and Tiffany, and SmackDown was already in a rut with their full divas roster, then Beth being inured made it worse, and now Kelly?!
Seriously things are spiraling out of control here! =-\ I truly hope the woman is okay and she makes a sucessful recovery IF the injury is serious, but if WWE NEEDS to learn something from this… BRING UP MORE WOMEN! Gail Kim, Jillian, AJ LEE! NOW!!!
I swear I think Smackdown has a curse on any girl that is pushed, this year alone Mickie, Beth and now Kelly have all been injured during womens championship fueds.

Well, I hate to say this but I knew this was coming. When you have women in the ring who can’t or can barely wrestle, someone is going to get injured; it was only was a matter of time. Let me make clear that I blame WWE management for Kelly Kelly’s injury. I do hope that Kelly is not seriously injured. WWE management are idiots, they should have never released Mickie James. Now Beth Phoenix is injured and now add Kelly Kelly to the list. WWE management are wasting talent who wrestle either to being a valet or jobbing to the likes of the Bella Twins. With that said I do think Tiffany is better in the ring than Kelly Kelly. I think for this is because was dating and is now married to Drew McIntyre. Think about it, Michelle McCool started improving in the ring when she started dating the Undertaker. However I do think that Tiffany need more ring experience before having a run with the Women’s title. Kaledrina, I agree with you Divas that you mention that the WWE should have not release expect Maria. Maria was eye candy, she can’t wrestle. Even Maria admitted that she can’t wrestle. In many interviews. Best solution to the problem on Smackdown, hire Mickie James back.

That doesnt make any sense. She was in FCW for 2 years. What do you think they do over there? They have a lot of experienced trainers there and wrestlers work like 5 times a week. That’s a much better environment than the average indy wrestler who trains 3 times a week for 9 months, and is then thrown in the deep.
Kelly is a terrible wrestler, but she should have enough skills to keep herself and her opponent safe. And besides, when was the last time you saw her execute a ‘high risk’ move?

If Kelly Kelly trained at FCW (which to the best of my knowledge, Kelly Kelly never did) and trained for two years with experience trainers; why she still a terrible wrestler? As I said, when you have someone who can’t or barely wrestle, it only a matter of time before someone is going to get injured. How can you someone who blotches moves on a regular base being safe to work with? So you see, you validated my statement by saying Kelly Kelly is terrible wrestler.

She is a terrible wrestler because she has no interaction with the crowd and only executes the 3-4 moves every match, and has no ‘flow’ inbetween her spots. That however doesnt mean she is unsafe to work with or that she doesnt know her basic stuff. So i didnt validate your ridiculous assumption at all.
With 2 years of training you can safely assume she knows all her basic stuff, or else she wouldnt be on the main roster. After a few incidents in the past, WWE doesnt do that anymore.
Well it’s great to hear she’s not hurt! I still don’t understand why people say Kelly is more over than Beth when it’s clearly been proven she isn’t. On Raw Kelly got a small pop, and at Extreme Rules Beth got a hellacious pop, so…yeah.
This makes my day, Kelly Kelly is no-champion material. She does not deserve it. Turn Rosa Mendes face. Rosa Mendes and Tiffany vs LayCool. Or Turn Serena Face.
I think, Smackdown is gonna have to bring over a Raw diva or bring up a FCW Diva, right now they only have Tiffany, Layla, Michelle, Rosa that are wrestling, or let Serena, wrestle,
But i think we will see Jillian or Gail Kim, more likely Gail Kim, since she is face, and that they thought about movin her over, a few months ago, however, jillian has proved that she can be a good face like she did in 2006, 2007, but Smackdown def has the better diva division with storyline anbd they smackdown matches and segments are always good
a diva can be on the main roster with little skill maria,Kelly,Brooke,joy & amy are all girls with little skill & i do think she doesnt train as much as she makes out & im glad she never lifts anyone or they would get hurt..just glad that tiffany might get afew weeks of matches under her belt..
