  1. it’s not working for me..?

  2. The show was delayed by 7 mins because of technical issues.

  3. ripping on “retards”, lesbians, taking the piss out of the 3rd world and gay jokes.. damn.

  4. Honestly with the short matches we have had over the months, this doesn’t suprise me. I gotta say this is one I am actually ok with since it had character development with Alicia. Alicia truly needs some character development to get the crowd to care about her. She cut a pretty good promo before her match.

David, how many Star Wars movies did you watch on Spike Tv during the holiday marathons. I know you couldn’t resist lol. BTW you should tell Cryssi if character development is so important, then why do you like Twilight so much? The three main characters don’t have much a character.

  5. Good show. Maybe it’s just me being my pessimistic self, but you guys always find some way to make Raw positive. Alicia always feels just a tad forced to me, like Steven said, but I think that’s what makes her character. Maryse was just made of win today, and she looked like the biggest goldigger on the planet. I love it. Tamina looked pretty good tonight, and she’s starting to come into her own. Finally, I just can’t stand Eve anymore. She just annoys the crap out of me now. She’s so generic and ‘perfect’. I just hate it. Melina, please come to save us all….please.

  6. OHIO – I actually was at a bar Sat night getting ready for Brock UFC and they kept the channel on SPIKE for a few minutes – instead of switching to the PPV – and Episode III came on. I almost killed myself!! Thank God they switched it. :-)

  7. Alicia was great! Tamina was pretty cool (she does need to stop shopping at Drag Queens ‘R’ Us though). Our favorite platinum blonde golddigger was epic! I’m surprised no one mentioned Maryse’s oh so smooth business call in the middle of her commentary to escape Cole’s inane questions. I still think Maryse is getting a fur coat next week.

  8. Not a very good Raw tonight.

Alicia vs. Eve, a title match, was put into the slot that WWE is most willing to cut short at the last minute (or even completely drop from the broadcast altogether if the show is running out of time). Not good, plus Eve really looked stupid being tricked like that and losing so quickly.

Maryse is an awful valet. Just terrible. DiBiase’s match and win tonight would have been a lot more significant for him if Maryse had not been there to distract from it. It’s really something to watch Natalya and Tamina be so helpful to their wrestlers in their valet roles, then watch Maryse be so counterproductive and make DiBiase’s job more difficult than it would be if he had no valet at all.

  9. Normally, I like Cryssi but i’m not sure I like her hosting the show . . . I’m sorry Cryssi but you seem like the type of person that needs some kind of rules or boundaries because you tend to get a little carried away. . . I understand your joking around and having fun but listening to you call a panel member “retarded” made me not want to listen to you or the rest of the show. I hope this really was the first time jitters. I still love you and what you do for the site but I wasn’t impressed tonight. – Mister Macabre

  10. Natalya and Tamina have not been on commentary during their guys matches, chrisP.

By the way, this is the first time Maryse has really had a chance to talk since she hooked up with Ted. She added a French kick to Ted’s Virgil termination speech and she kissed him on the cheek last week. Did you complain this much about Regal when he was on commentary during one of Layla’s matches and practically made it all about him and the IC title? At least Maryse was answering questions about her and Teddy’s relationship.

  11. Ok, I understand ppl don’t like Eve and thats fine, But to say the fans don’t give a shit about her and probably never wiil is a bit harsh, its also unfair to call it like that. She was never been given the opportunity to show her personality or develop a character. I mean all she got was a video of her training Jiu-Jitsu (which is a big part of who she is) but it didn’t help her that much. I did like like A. Fox’s promo though..Just wish Eve would get some mic time too shes not bad talker imo.

  12. You have a good point Mel…It is pretty apparent the WWE keeps their babyfaces very generic (Gail, Eve, K2, etc.) and they spice up their heels (which is another reason we all miss Mickie, Beth, and Melina)…I think Eve is fine and will continue to develop. I would not give up on her at all if I was the WWE.

  13. I’m sorry i think cryssi should speak for herself i like eve and yes she should push harder then what she is my problem just remember dont say “we” when u mean “you” cause some of us do like eve and to say we don’t give a shit just remember to be specific when u say “we” cause i like her.

  14. “By the way, this is the first time Maryse has really had a chance to talk since she hooked up with Ted. Nope, I didn’t like Regal doing that. I don’t like it when anyone gets their match blown off by the announcers or a guest commentator.

What’s sad about tonight is that I knew DiBiase’s match would be completely blown off as soon I saw Maryse head for the table. For someone who is supposed to bringing attention to DiBiase, she made it really easy to ignore him.

  15. @MisterMacabre:

I agree with everything you’ve said.

  16. Dear god, the show is THEIR opinions. They’re speaking about their feelings. WWE has not given fans a reason to give a shit about Eve. Cryssi isn’t saying nobody cares about her because she’s unlikeable, she’s saying WWE hasn’t given us a reason to, and has portrayed her badly, which they have. Onto the show, another great post raw show and I was cracking up at some of the jokes. Pineapple? rofl. I think Cryssi did a great job hosting, as well do I think Jennifer did awesome on her post raw debut. David & Steven were epic as always.

and also ‘retarded’ is a word people use in everyday life. I’m sure Cryssi didn’t mean to offend anyone, but jeez, people use it when they speak in a casual conversation so to say that made you not want to listen to the show is a bit much when I could walk to the nearest store and hear it said 20 times.

  17. Although I know Cryssi wasn’t trying to offend with the “r” bomb I do understand where you guys are coming from, as I don’t use the word myself for similar reasons. I am impressed that you worded your concerns in a way that was respectful and non attacking of her as a person.

People are free to disagree with us and there is a respectful way to do it. Well done.

  18. actually i just noticed that someone said cryssi needed boundaries…she is an adult guys. i know she will be more aware of the language she uses, but boundaries? really?

  19. @astrozombie50: Thank you.

  20. I personally dnt have a problem with Eve , I just think she lost all her personality , chrisma wen she left Smackdown..

I agree with what Cyrssi Alicia is the only diva for me that brought a wow to the Divas Championship!! Alicia may just be our savior for the divas championship

  21. WTF Cryssi, you were so disrespectful to everything, like seriously. You go way off tangent and you are not in the least but funny!

ON A SERIOUS NOTE (I was obviously joking above), Cryssi was fine as a host, there was nothing wrong with her hosting nor were her jokes in an offensive manner. There’s always so much seriousness around here. And when Cryssi said “we” in regards to Eve, maybe she was talking about herself and the rest of the PRS Panelists, not everyone in general.

Seriously people, stop being so OTT serious. It’s her first time hosting and she was nervous and she is friends with the other panelists. I doubt she meant “retard” in an offensive way, besides it’s a common part of colloquial dialect.

Well done Cryssi and also Jennifer on her first apparence on the show, you all did great!

  22. Thanks for the feedback all! Know that we listen to what you write and appreciate the time it takes to comment, etc.

  23. @Erin: Thank you for hearing the Diva Dirt followers and addressing the situation. As far as my boundaries statement I know Cryssi is an adult but I feel like there are lines that shouldn’t be crossed. Specially since the site is becoming more and more successful. Maybe boundaries was the wrong term use but thanks again Erin. I love everything you guys and girls do for the site. – Mister Macabre

  24. Great to see Alicia cut a promo. The match was ok, although I think they should of just had Alicia just cut the promo.
Tamina reminds me of a Jazz big time. She has the makings to be a great heel.
Great show as always guys. Cryssi I thought you were great.

  25. I liked Cryssi in the host/chairperson spot…she’s probably my favourite yet on the Post Raw Show tbh. It just seemed a lot more natural, and it flowed well. I don’t think a host needs to be super-serious, and I don’t think you should be. Obviously some things could be ironed out (I mean, it was the first week), but I like the random, laid back feel. Jennifer was great btw.

My problem with Maryse in the manager position is that she distracts from the action in the ring. I think David and Cryssi said that they found themselves focusing on Maryse as opposed to the match, which is kind of a problem. A manager should show personality, but she should use that personality to get the crowd into the in-ring action, not to encourage to focus on her. Look at Melina when she was with MNM and Nitro…she was packed with personality, and she was the star of the unit, but she knew how to make people care about the actual match. Like she’s said a bunch of times, managing is an artform.

I agree that Alicia sounds a little forced. I just can’t buy her as an arrogant heel, because she seems to bubbly and peppy. She’d be much better suited to a face role IMO. The match was too short to really judge, but the axe kick was fantastic.

  26. *too

  27. With all do respect Cryssi I think you should work on your ‘constructive criticism’. As a fan of Eve’s I actually felt insulted by that “we” dont give a shit a about her comment. Considering this site is very popular id think you would act more professional.
