For the second month in a row, there was a major swerve during the Knockouts Championship match on pay per view. Angelina Love became the first ever four-time Knockouts Champion tonight at Victory Road, defeating Madison Rayne by disqualification due to ‘interference by The Beautiful People’.
The stipulations of the ‘Title vs Career’ match meant that Rayne would lose the belt if her tag partners, Lacey Von Erich or Velvet Sky interfered.
The finish came when a mystery figure rode out to ringside on a motorcycle, wearing all black and a helmet, and interfered on Rayne’s behalf, shoving Love into the ring post. The referee, assuming it was either Von Erich or Sky, called for the bell and awarded the championship to Love.
The move marks the third consecutive title switch without the champion even being pinned. Tara lost the belt in April in the Lock Box Showdown and Rayne later pinned Tara for the belt in a tag contest at LockDown though Angelina was champion.
Let speculation begin as to just who the mystery Knockout is. My money’s on Tara.

You expect so little with TNA, yet they find a way to go worse than your expectations. I can’t even help but laugh at how stupid these title changes are…a box and a motorcycle has given this girl 2 of her 4 reigns, plus her 2nd reign was given to her despite the champs foot being under the bottom rope. What a mess…
I agree with Melanie My money is on Tara partly because TBP probs dont know how to ride a motorcycle

angelina love is a four time champion. only one of those times has she pinned the champion.
I don’t really watch TNA at all so could someone explain this? From what I’m read in the results of this show, Madison and the mystery woman left together after the match, even though the mystery woman just caused Madison to lose her title. Is this correct?
could it be possible that the person will later be revealed to be either katie lea or mickie james? obviously it wasn’t actually them tonight, though, as their no compete isn’t over.

i hope it’s Mia Yim, but your guess is probably right, if the reports about Tara working out a deal before she left are true,
like i said when those reports came out, most of the time when a character gets fired they return in disguise, sometimes it’s obviously them like with the hulk hogan did that crappy Mr.America thing on smackdown

Why would the referee just assume that the Biker Chick was one of The Beautiful People? So basically this title change was “via assumption”? Wonderful. Third title change in a row without the champion being pinned.
Assuming the Biker Chick was Tara, what sense does that make anyway? Why would Tara want to try and help the woman who cost her her career?
If the stips were that Velvet & Lacey couldn’t interfere, and it turns out that the Biker Chick was neither girl, then *why* was she wearing the helmet to obscure her identity?
This random Biker Chick basically cost Madison her Knockouts Title, so why did Madison cuddle up to her and ride out with her? Surely Madison should blame Biker Chick for the loss?

The booking for this entire PPV has been a bit off…
But the KO title match took the cake. TNA creative just don’t seem to give a crap about the Knockouts anymore.
As for who the biker is… It’s Tara. And it’s probably her bike (or one of them). Either that, or Mia Yim. I’m leaning mostly towards Tara.

I personally think Madison might pull the “It wasn’t even Lacey or Velvet, so gimme my title back!” But wow… this whole thing is just strange!
See now I was expecting Velvet to come out and turn on Madison, aligning with Angelina to form the original TBP faction. I knew Tara was currently on the fence about returning to TNA, then I read she may be coming back to WWE, I wasn’t sure how that was gunna work out. So I wonder now if it’s gunna be The Beautiful People (Madison, Velvet, Lacey) and Tara against Angelina Love? Or if Vel Vel will turn on Madison in good time and sorta level the playing field when the time is right.

I didn’t see the match, but I thought the call made sense. If anyone is going to help out Madison, it would be the Beautiful People, so you would have you think. However, the past month has shown us that Madison she is getting to big for her 5’1″ britches and have distant herself from Velvet and Lacey. Maybe Madison knows this and had to get a new associate and didn’t tell anyone?
That is the problem with TNA PPV’s. People totally crap on the finish to a match before they read the spoilers the next day.. Though a lot of times, nothing comes from the PPV. haha
