AAA Women’s Champion, Sexy Star has reportedly been in contact with WWE about joining the company.
Star is a lucha libre wrestler known for wearing a mask, very unlike WWE’s current crop of Divas. She would definitely be a diverse signing.

I was reading about her yesterday and she is the kelly kelly version of AAA , so there would be a reason on WWE signing her and shes an amazing wrestler , high-flyer to be indeed.
She’s actually really pretty without the mask and she’s reallly good in the ring and has amazing charisma…does she speak English?
Really…she seems more of a fit for TNA i think..
It would certainly be an interesting and welcome signing.

Completly disagree with you on that. Star is a heel and she is an outstanding worker. I just hope WWE have the balls to try something different and not just the average model.
She has been said to be wrestlings answer to Lady Gaga.

Also iv seen her matches with Angelina Love and Hamada on AAA , i dont know how to put it but shes like hamada and kellykelly mixed up. The looks and the skills are so familiar to them. WWE would be dumb not to sign her , i rather have her go to Smackdown instead of AJ Lee and She’s a perfect fit for TNA but hope WWE sign her because there diva’s division is hanging on a thread.

Well judging by her putting on good matches with Hamada and Angelina, I guess she’s awesom. Let’s hope WWE sign her up, I’d love to see her. To start that, I’m off to Youtube now lol.

Interesting..haven’t seen her without her mask. I still say the prettiest lucha girl under a mask is India Sioux.

i have saw her twice but seriously i dont like her she´s talented but she´s not a beth phoenix maybe if wwe signed her & she go to fcw she will improve & i dont think that wwe would signed the AAA female wrestlers they are no the wwe diva type when i saw her on tv i was so boring with her matches she team up with rain & another girl that has a punk gimmik i forgot her name .
She’d be a really smart signing for the WWE. Talented and attractive. Unique too.
I just hope they use her properly.

I love Sexy Star and she’s too good for the WWE. If she goes to the WWE she’ll just be the female version of Chavo. The WWE doesn’t like lucha-style wrestling.

I have to agree with Justin0422, I found most of her matches boring or at least the ones on youtube. I was expecting her to being doing some Gail/Lita/Sarita shit, but all i saw were stomps and kicks. It’s hard to see how good these Luchadoras are when there are 50 guys interrupting and jumping in the match. I highly doubt WWE will sign her, but if they do they wont let her wear a mask just like Dos Caras Jr….. cause if you ain’t Rey Mysterio….. not even going to say it.
I’ve been following Sexy Star for a few years and she’s not bad. I don’t know how WWE would handle her. She’ll probably lose the mask and tone down her move set.
I don’t know why people are saying that she should go to TNA…This isn’t 2008. The Knockouts division isn’t as great as it was and hasn’t been for a while. TNA would probably stick her back where they have Hamada set up and use her sparsely.

WWE doesn’t push women wrestlers, they push talentless models.
It’s not that she is a boring wrestler, I just personally think that she doesn’t do anything in her matches that will make me go “WOW”. The problem is that WWE only wants Rey Mysterio as the only Luchador. She’ll just become like Primo, Chavo, Super Crazy, and other entertaining lucha libre wrestlers that have been pushed to the side lines in the WWE. No one is saying that this will be a bad thing if she gets signed, but why get excited when we know that Vince isn’t big on Lucha Libre. Dos Caras Jr. is a Legend in Mexico but WWE has turned him into a umasked generic heel. If she does get signed hopefully she can keep her mask and join forces with Tito & Hunico in FCW.
hopefully WWE does sign her.. they could use a trained wrestler in FCW, most of them were hired from modeling agencies & stuff (except for AJ Lee) so it’s good to see they are hiring a trained wrestler…
also, a little off note, but i don’t know where to post this but Cherry was recently added to WWE Alumni section
She is too good for WWE (and TNA). She wouldnt be allowed to use half her moves, and the other half would instantly downgrade the entire diva roster. I would love to see her in Shimmer where she could compete with the top wrestlers of the usa, and even against some of the Joshis. But she should stay far away from WWE/TNA, although thats my personal opinion, maybe she WANTS to go to WWE, afterall she could become the female Rey Mysterio, or the next Lita (but with better wrestling).

If a shame Diva Dirt doesn’t focus on AAA. The current storyline is great. At Triplemaina XIII Sexy Star, Rain and Jennifer defeated Fabe Apache, Mary Apacha and Cynthia in a “loser becomes my maid for 30 days” with Mary Apache getting pinned. They had a great promo this week of Sexy Star, Blake and Christina (Rain was missing for some reason) being cruel to Mary by having her wash laundry by hand, cut the overgrown weedy yard with a pair of scissors, clean up dead roaches with a toothbrush and the worst… cleaning out a litter box with her bare hands!!!

People keep saying she’s too good for WWE, yet she has reached out to WWE, so she is obviously wanting to make the switch. I saw one of her matches on Youtube, it was a mixed tag and I thought it was a mess. There was a weird dwarf interfering all the time, but I can’t judge her on that one match.
The current AAA storyline sounds great, and just proves there is so much more women’s talent not covered. I’d love to see Diva-Dirt acquire an AAA correspondant.

To be honest i dont think sexy star or gail kim care how there treated in WWE as long as they get a good deal of money and can show a few moves of theres on TV then they’ll be happy and not care if there jobbing to maryse,kelly and the bellas. Also it would be a good idea for her to go to WWE because the division is improving with gail, natalya, beth, melina, tamina, serena and with AJ coming up the roster is already better than the KO division so i think sexy star belongs in WWE and not TNA because tna revolves around the beautiful people only.
