Tonight the long anticipated return of Hamada to Impact took place and sadly for her, it was in very unspectacular fashion. She teamed up with Taylor Wilde to take on the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions, Velvet Sky and Lacey Von Erich, and the match ended up being one of the worst TNA matches of all time. Granted, it was no Jenna/Sharmell fiasco, but it was pretty damn bad. If you don’t wish to take my word for it, I understand. All the proof lies within the video so feel free to see the ugliness for yourself.

The tag match officially kicked off the wrestling portion of the show tonight, so while everyone sat around and digested the epic and highly personal promo stand-off between Raven and Tommy Dreamer, the Beautiful People began to make their way towards the ring. Velvet Sky and Lacey Von Erich were in rare form tonight, carrying their titles with confidence. Each girl looked great as well. Kudos to LVE for becoming the first ever Beautiful People member with actual ring gear! Velvet was dressed in one of her usual outfits, and it’s not worth describing to be honest. The show cut to commercial as the Beautiful People played to the crowd but upon it’s return, Hamada and Taylor Wilde made their way to the ring. Their entrance was cute, and a bit cheeky. Hamada twirled Taylor around and slapped her on the ass, a la the Beautiful People. Shame Taylor Wilde’s ring gear continues to make my stomach turn. The Beautiful People stood on the outside of the ring as Taylor and Hamada hyped up the crowd. Velvet screamed at them and made reference to the fact that her title wasn’t going anywhere. When the BPs returned to the apron, Lacey hopped into the ring to start the match off against Taylor. The referee held the championships up and the match began.

Taylor coaxed Lacey into turning around so that everyone could admire her new, sparkly outfit. Of course, Lacey fell for it and Taylor immediately rolled her up for a pin. Lacey scrambled out of the before the referee could even get down and count and Taylor flew to the ropes to gain some momentum. Velvet backed up Lacey by cheaply distracting Taylor, who promptly turned around to bitch. Lacey hit her from behind and went for a spinning heel kick but Taylor dropped down and swept her off her feet. Taylor once again went to the ropes, but Lacey was there to catch her. Unfortunately what could have been a gorgeous move was hampered by the fact Lacey struggled to throw Taylor over her head. Oh well. Eventually, Lacey did what she wanted to do, and Taylor rolled over to tag in the rarely seen Hamada.

Hamada came in and was met with a clothesline attempt from Lacey. She somersaulted through it and started going to town on the pretty blonde Von Erich. Lacey seemed lost and confused at this point, and Velvet started screaming at her. Lacey gave her tag team partner a look and for lack of anything else to do, Hamada finally knocked her down to the mat. Hamada went towards the rope and Velvet attempted to distract her. It didn’t work out so well for Vel Vel because Hamada temporarily subdued her with a jawbreaker on the ropes. Believe it or not, it did give Lacey some time to set up for a jumping knee strike (I make this up as I go…) and the minute Hamada whirled around, Lacey took her out. Lacey went for the quick cover, but Hamada powered out after the two. Lacey went to tag Velvet, but forgot to bring Hamada with her. After going back get the other girl, Lacey was finally able to bring Velvet into the match.

Lacey held on to Hamada while Velvet trash talked and took the free kick to Hamada’s gut. She chopped her once or twice, and Lacey let go and got out of the ring. Velvet measured Hamada up and then drilled her with a kick, only to follow it up with a failed pinning attempt. After wrapping her arm around Hamada’s neck, Velvet brought her to the BP corner and tagged Lacey back in. Hamada was subjected to a double team ram-rod move (Taz’s words, not moi’s) and Lacey went for another cover. She got a two count and stood up, thought for a few minutes, then tried to pull off her back-flip/elbow combination. Hamada rolled out of the way and made Lacey look like an epic fail. Lacey, bless her, tried again but once again, she failed. Both Hamada and Lacey took their time getting up, and once they made eye contact, Hamada sent Lacey a subliminal message that it was time to hit her again. Lacey got the picture and stumbled towards Hamada, which sent Hamada to her own corner. She tagged in Taylor.

Someone must have light a fire under Taylor’s butt because she came into the ring with a purpose and began to beat on Lacey. Lacey was unable to fight back and then found herself on the receiving end of a German suplex. She sorta bridged into a cover but Velvet came in and made the save. Hamada followed suit and took Velvet to the wood shed after bullying her back to the BP corner. Taylor set Lacey up in the opposite corner, called to her partner, and they attempted to whip the Beautiful People into one another. The blonde bombshells reversed this and sent Hamada and Taylor flying towards one another. Taylor and Hamada were able to link arms, swing each other around, and fly back towards their opponents. Velvet and Lacey both went down like a ton of bricks and the crowd finally big time popped.

Hamada and Taylor celebrated, but not for long. They went back to work on both Velvet and Lacey, but after a few seconds their attention was pulled away. Madison Rayne made her way onto the stage and Tara Mystery appeared out of nowhere and started revving up the engine of her motorcycle. Mystery Woman came to the ringside area which brought Taylor and Hamada toward her. Madison smirked from the ramp and Lacey and Velvet were finally able to regroup and get back into the match. Velvet took on Hamada inside the ring while Lacey sent Taylor to the outside. Velvet went for the whip into the ropes, but Hamada reversed it and sent Velvet flying. Both women collided with one another and both ended up knocked down. Taylor destroyed Lacey on the outside of the ring, and Hamada ended up coming out on top with her altercation with Velvet thanks to a fun spot with the referee. Velvet spazzed out and her fight with Hamada ended up spilling to the outside of the ring.

Taylor and Lacey made their way back inside and Lacey took down the Canadian with a double sledge hammer to the back. With the referee distracted with Hamada/Velvet, Mystery Woman saw an opportunity to slide a weapon into the ring. Lacey took the steel chair with glee and went to hit Taylor with it, but Taylor was waiting and drop kicked it right into Lacey’s face. Lacey hit the mat like a ton of bricks and Taylor made the cover. The referee got wind of what was going down and headed over to the make the pin. He counted to three over the chair (WTF? At least Taz called him out on that…) and Hamada and Taylor Wilde became the NEW TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions. On the stage, Madison looked pissed and Mystery Woman just shook her head in disgust. Lacey remained unconscious in the ring and boy oh boy, was Velvet ever pissed off.

Later on that night, a pissed off Velvet finally got to vent her frustrations to Madison. The TNA cameras cut to a shot of the backstage area where Lacey and several security officials were trying to break up a fight between the two Beautiful People. Lacey kept tying her best to get in the middle but Madison nor Velvet were having it. At one point, Velvet reached out and shoved Lacey, knocking her into a piece of equipment and sending her to the ground. Madison was taken away and Velvet went into mother mode. She rushed to Lacey’s side and started checking on her, and apologizing, and blaming Madison. She asked for someone to call an ambulance and the scene faded to the ringside area.

The Good: After three nice weeks of sunshine and roses Impact Write-Ups, I’m afraid this one is going to be full of doom and gloom. There wasn’t a whole lot that was good tonight, to be frank. I hate that, really I do. For once, it had nothing to do with writing. But we’ll have to save those complaints for the bad and the ugly, so lets try and find something good. First up, Hamada. So many people have been begging to have her return to Impact and when she does, she finally gets her rematch for the tag team titles that she never truly lost in the first place. An Impact Hamada siting is about as rare as the Lochness Monster these days so I’m sure her fans were happy. TNA picked a bad match for her to return in (more on that later) but at least the pay off was a nice consolation prize. Hopefully being a champion will lead to more Hamada on our Thursday nights and seeing as how last night was the first match of hers I’ve seen, I look forward to seeing her do more. I highly doubt what she showed in the ring last night is an indication of what she can really do, but props to her for dumbing herself down and doing her best to work with what she got stuck with in the ring.

The backstage segment was good for the most part. The fight between Madison and Velvet was long overdue and I like the fact Lacey ended up getting punished in the end. She’s always been the one in the middle of this feud and I feel like it’s going to escalate even further now. It would not shock me one bit to see Madison manipulate Lacey into siding with her, while Velvet is forced to turn to Angelina to even the numbers. Don’t be surprised if Velvet ends up costing Madison the title next week. I don’t really care to see the 800th Angelina Love championship reign, but whatever. If it’s done right, maybe I’ll deal with it. Personally, I’d rather see Madison confuse everyone and ensure that Madison keeps the Knockouts Championship, then take it for herself. That would hurt Madison more than helping Angelina take the title. I doubt TNA is bright enough to do that, though.

What else was good… hmmm. A Beautiful People member actually got legit ring gear. Good job Lacey! For all her mistakes and just general awfulness, at least she looked great and classy. Her ring gear was nice and sparkly, and like always, she looked gorgeous.

The Bad: Remember I said the backstage segment was good for the most part? Well it was, except for when Lacey took the big bump at the end. She braced herself for it to obviously and made it look rather cheap. I’ve seen her do it before, and I’m confused as to why she did it this time. Her chair shot at the end of the match was excellent. She took it so well. Bummer.

The Ugly: This match was just ugly. I don’t know why TNA felt that Lacey should wrestle the majority of this match. Lacey fans are not fans because she’s an amazing wrestler (at least I hope not). Lacey fans are fans because she’s got a great character and she looks fabulous. To have Lacey step inside the ring against Hamada was nothing short of a joke. Every flaw that Lacey has inside that ring was exposed and it was downright painful to watch. Whatever possessed TNA to have Velvet keep bringing Lacey in, I don’t know. I’m really baffled by that. Maybe it’s just me, but I could tell Hamada was doing everything she could to make sure she went easy on Lacey. Maybe she did it because she’s a nice person and she didn’t want to hurt, or show up Lacey, or maybe she was told too, but either way it wasn’t really fair. Velvet’s not exactly an in-ring goddess but she can sell her ass off and take a beating, and it would have been nice to see her and Hamada go at it. Taylor did a little better job handling Lacey than Hamada did. Their interaction on the outside of the ring was fun to watch. Perhaps Taylor is more used to dealing with Lacey types since she was in the WWE system for awhile.

TNA tonight was bad, but on the bright side, it can only go up. And hey, at least the KOs weren’t the worst part of the show. Ric Flair flashing the Impact Zone and Orlando Jordan having an affair with his finger were way above the Knockouts so there’s something right there to be proud of. There’s no match this weekend, but on the special Impact we’ll get our championship match with Madison and Angelina. I’m looking forward to that and hopefully all of you are as well.

P.S. Thanks to @johnhyperion for the brilliant title!

  1. Holy Mary Mother of God,,, that was just horrible to watch!! Lacey sucks big time, she is horrible has absolutely no talent and it is painfully obvious her family’s wrestling ability skipped her generation! They need to just get rid of her already. she is a waste of space and that spot could go to a knockout who deserves it and can actually wrestle!

  2. i agree with your entire “the ugly” statement.

we know that lacey is far from being competent in the ring, it’s just really disappointing that the other women in the ring and tna themselves don’t realise this. who thought it was a good idea to give her the most ring-time? i also think it would help if, for instance, taylor didn’t expect lacey to be selling moves like a german suplex and hamada expecting her to sell a heabutt (i rarely see anybody seeling a headbutt perfectly) when she can’t even sell a kick too well.

the backstage segment was great, though.

seeing hamada back and having her and taylor as first ever two time tag champions should have been more of a highlight, but unfortunately the crappy match sticks in my head the most.

  3. “it is painfully obvious her family’s wrestling ability skipped her generation!”

talent doesn’t run in the blood. she wasn’t as fortunate as the likes of natalya who grew up with wrestling and actually had a chance to learn from her family.

  4. Boooring match.
    but backstage was greeat.

  5. Yeah the match was pretty bad. Look Lacey is funny and has charisma, but she really needs to practice before she gets in the ring again. Why doesn’t she just be valet as like Maryse, I don’t think she has what it takes to be a wrestler. That’s not a bad thing as Sherri and Ms. Elizabeth were famous and they were valets for most of their career. Maybe Tna will learn now that TBP aren’t the best people to push as the face of the divison no matter how over they are.

  6. too bad about lacey but her outfit looked really great though

  7. Well….

I just watched it again and LMAO!
It was awful yet terribly fun, I was actually laughing, probably because it was Lacey but it was quite entertaining.
Hamada and Taylor worked well but the looks don’t mesh for me, Taylor’s old outfit would but this new craze of borrowing Christy’s over blue skirts doesn’t look good.
Velvet didn’t get tagged in at all I think, it all started to break down when Lacey was in with Hamada, for the sake of embarrassment TNA should keep those two away from each other as much as possible, unless Hamada goes on a clothesline rampage and then Lacey excels fortunately.

We saw the biker woman’s cleavage so we can possibly tell who it is by her boobs, it does look like Tara though.
I like how Madison walks out onto the ramp and overlooks the ring, she looked like Angelina actually which made it interesting, her weave was better too, not quite so… like a hedge.

  8. and i liked taylor’s pinup style makeup

  9. Like that match scared me. I thought Lacey was going to injure herself or another Knockout. Well I can say one nice thing about her she looked very pretty last night. I think they should have tbp injure her in a storyline then she could come back and fued with them as a babyface. After some hard training. It looks like she has a dance and gymnastics backround maybe that will help her some.

  10. match was bad. it could have been good if lacey had more experience. and i wasnt really into the backstage piece either. im just not that into all the cursing. she makes herself look like a low class, cheap stripper

  11. laceys wrestling is as bad a taylors hair

  12. I dont know what lacey was doing she was just lost all up in the mix…the part where Hamada was waiting for her to get up….IU thought Hamada was gonna do a Clothesline or something instead Lacey elbow’s wait no it wasnt even that…idk what she did but it looked horrible….Lacey my love the best thing for u to do is stay out the ring for ur Health , our health nd the rest of the knockouts health….

Nd I cnt wait to see Madison ass get kicked by Velvet…lol

  13. this was bad my im glad TBP hasnt got the tag team knockouts anymore
and tna needs to forget angelina for the moment and get velvet in the title picture velvet vs madison for the knockouts title

  14. Improvements:

    - Let Hamada use her own Music and have her own Entrance.
    - The match should be won with a finisher.

  15. Great write-up Cryssi. I don’t want to mirror the comments above, so I’ll just say that I hope the backstage segment leads to LVE getting some time off TV to train in selling. Pretty eh on the random tag title change…but when you look at the titles, it really doesn’t bother me as they are never even used. With TBP splitting, I guess we’ll be seeing Daffney and Rosie Lottalove as our next challengers!

  16. ouch.. my eyes are burning so much, botch ridden, terrible match! Lacey Von Erich was not selling any moves well.. not a good way to end the match either, although i do love when matches are ended with the woman using a move that is not her finisher..

well, we may as well get rid of the KO Tag Team Titles, if TNA wont bring in new women to compete.. ie turning down Mia Yim, Lorelei Lee, Lizzy Valentine, Shelly etc. then why bother having a Tag Team Title.. there is no one to compete for it, i say another Knockouts 4 Hour Special.. this time Tag Team Special.. this time.. bring in independent circuit women.. gosh, it makes me so angry how TNA dont give a sh*t about what WE want!!

  17. So right cryssi! I’m not a fan of lacey’s wrestling what’s so ever, just a fan because of her character.

  18. Lol @Hen’s “Hedge” comment! That’s what came to mind in recent weeks watching Madison’s big hair….not that its a bad thing. I happen to like a hot mess like Madison Rayne.

Just saw the backstage segment and poor Lacey! She really got driven into that equipment box! And I hate to say this but, I’m liking Velvet less each week. The problem with her is, I feel she’s somewhat lazy when wrestling. Things seem half assed a lot of the time. Not to mention that trashy attire and her potty mouth. There’s a fine line and I feel Velvet crosses it often. She needs to up her game much like Madison has. I mean we know Lacey sucks but Velvet comes across as just lazy.

I’m looking forward to the Title match next week, hopefully Tara is finally unmasked.

  19. they botched mostly every move i mean EVERY move and lacey is horrible i guess her familys good wrestling skills skipped her and the backstage segment was great and congrats 2 taylor and hamanda !!!!!!!!!!!

  20. and btw if some wwe diva were given this amount of time they would have done way better no offense to the tna knouckots

  21. What on earth was that?!

I seriously don’t understand why TNA insists on putting LVE in the ring. She looked so lost and confused that I almost felt bad for her!

  22. All of them looked bad. I think the worst ones were actually Taylor and Hamada. When you are carrying someone, you rethink what you do. You don’t work in slo-motion. Case in point, can anyone explain Hamada and Taylor constantly stopping and staring at Lacey as to say “are you gonna get up?”

And for someone to be so limited in the ring, Lacey has taken 2 chair shots to the face this summer. Talk about irony. Not even the more experienced Knockouts have done that.

  23. “i say another Knockouts 4 Hour Special.. this time Tag Team Special.. this time.. bring in independent circuit women.. gosh, it makes me so angry how TNA dont give a sh*t about what WE want!!”

i’ve said it since january, but they really should do like an open invitational similar to kong’s, but for the tag titles. actively seeking new stars while still showcasing the tag division. how easy is that, tna?

  24. when people from other wrestling company start tweeting how bad you are that’s bad wwe has a ban on wrestlers responding to other rivals shows but the match was just to much to swallow

  25. The match was not good at all. It looked like Lacey Von Erich forgot what was next.

My highlight of the match was when Lacey Von Erich picked up Taylor Wilde and she moaned then said “she’s heavy.”

And with the mysterious Motorcycle Woman the only choices left (in my opinion) are Tara, Christy Hemme, Chelsea, Daffney, or Rosey Lottalove.

  26. lol the 800th reign??

  27. Since Hamada’s contract is up in 3 weeks I think TNA r gonna make her the #1 contender for Madison’s KO’S belt and losing in “title vs career.”However that not gonna happen cuz she considered the best worker in TNA KO’S divison!

  28. I hate how TNA just chucks random tag teams together, ATM WWE has more of Womens tag team division than TNA

  29. @ozzyv

What is so trashy about the way Velvet dresses? I thought she looked good in the outfit she wore last night.

About the match it wasn’t very good that’s all I can say about it.

As for the KO title match with Angelina and Madison I’m not really looking forward to it. Because I don’t want to see Angelina win the KO title again, but at the same time I have not enjoyed Madison’s reign as KO champion either. So I really don’t know who should win that match.

  30. Man, was this show bad. I mean, sh*t, it was horrendous. Not only did I not give a damn about Hamada (my favorite Knockout) and Taylor Wilde winning tag gold, I could have cared less about the whole problem set with TBP. To be honest, I wouldn’t be surprised if Cryssi had to find something new to write about within the next 3 months, cause it looks like TNA is half way into the grave already with the bullsh*t antics they’re posting now. F*ck you TNA. F*ck you.

  31. Since Hamada’s contract is up in 3 weeks I think TNA r gonna make her the #1 contender for Madison’s KO’S belt and losing in “title vs career.”

I doubt TNA would give Hamada the tag title again with just 3 weeks let on her contract. She most likely resigned with TNA with her getting paid less. Her original contract had her being reportedly paid $850 per TV appearance. TNA looks to be willing to pay her that $850 for a few weeks before the new contract comes into affect.

As for the match, sure it blew, but nobody seems to be looking at the positive side in that TNA has finally corrected a major mistake by finally getting the tag titles off TBP and back into credible wrestlers’ hands. That’s what we should be talking about, not the big mess it took to get there. TNA has corrected course with the women’s division and we should be praising that.

  32. Even worse on second viewing. LOL Lacey makes Maryse look like Akira Hokuto. It’s a shame that they let talented women like Melissa go and kept this poor man’s Sable. Lacey has been wrestling/training for three years. And this is the best that she can produce? A mess. If TNA wants to keep a pretty face, fine. But let the chick be a manager or valet instead of having her stink up the ring.

  33. I thought that Hamada and Lacey looked great! The backstage segment was good but the match served it’s purpose! I hope there will a rejuvenation of the tag division. I would like to see Rosie and Rayna Von Tash (if they would sign her!)

  34. Lacey Von Erich should’ve been brought in as Kevin Nash’s Valet. Remember the contest that never happened where the winner would valet Kevin Nash at the Final Resolution PPV last year. LVE has to be written off TNA T.V. so she can train, train, train on how to be a presentable in-ring performer. I’m shocked that Hamada and/or Taylor didn’t pull a Randy Orton and legitimately “shoot” on Lacey. This match was a complete embarrassment to the wrestling industry and just another step towards TNA going out of business. My heart goes out to Taylor, Hamada, and Velvet for having to be a part of this travesty. Lacey Von Erich needs to train for 6 months to a year to get the in-ring fundamentals and crowd psychology down pat to put on a watchable entertaining match, become a non-in-ring personality such as a valet/manager, ring announcer, or backstage interviewer, or simply get out of the wrestling business entirely. Beautiful Lady that doe not belong in a wrestling ring at this time. At Turning Point in September I see a Triple Threat Match for the Knockout’s Title – Angelina Love vs Madison Rayne vs Velvet Sky or a 3 on 2 Handicapped Match with the Knockout’s Title on line – Madison Rayne, Lacey Von Erich, and Tara aka Mystery Biker Chick vs the Original Beautiful People – Angelina Love and Velvet Sky.

  35. does not

  36. “This match was a complete embarrassment to the wrestling industry and just another step towards TNA going out of business.”

little dramatic aye? It’s not like TNA is a female wrestling company that revolves around the KO division. A bad match isn’t that big deal….it happens. Wasn’t the first bad match, and certainly won’t be the worst. The rest of impact was pretty good.

  37. Shelly Martinez said this about Lacey on twitter, “Why the hatin she plays her role so well there is more to becoming a star in the biz than just wrestling u can always learn the moves and tighten up ur game but either u have presence or u dont-she does in my opinion”

I agree 100%, You can always tighten up in the ring. Lacey has the looks, charima, and presence that you need to be a star in wrestling. She just needs to lock it down in the ring. She is getting better regardless of what people say.

  38. “TNA has corrected course with the women’s division and we should be praising that.”

And now what? Who are Taylor/Hamada going to face? Velvet/Angelina will probably get back together eventually, most likely as a face team (initially). So there is nobody left for them to face unless they form a new team or bring new people in. So they are still far away from being on course.

  39. “Lacey Von Erich should’ve been brought in as Kevin Nash’s Valet. Remember the contest that never happened where the winner would valet Kevin Nash at the Final Resolution PPV last year. ”

it did happen :) his one-night valet then went on to sign with wwe as jamie keyes ;)

i do think, though, had angelina not had her visa issues, lacey would’ve been the one to win that and likely have stuck around in that role.

  40. “I agree 100%, You can always tighten up in the ring. Lacey has the looks, charima, and presence that you need to be a star in wrestling. She just needs to lock it down in the ring. She is getting better regardless of what people say.”

    trish stratus, anybody? ;)

  41. Love Taylor & Hamada’s entrance. Esp Hamada’s little smack to Taylor, cheeky indeed! XD Nice of the crowd to welcome her back. The match started off pretty nicely actually. It was when Hamada was tagged in that it started to turn south. Lacey either didn’t know how to sell her offence or just didn’t sell it period. Better when it was Velvet/Hamada. And I’m having trouble trying to figure out why Hamada waited until Lacey got back up and didn’t defend herself from Lacey’s elbow. Maybe some miscommunication there.

All in all, this was kinda a train wreck. And I don’t ever want to see Ayako ‘catfighting’ with Velvet again. Sigh. As of now,the only person who can go at the same pace as Hamada/Taylor is Sarita. They need to hire established tag teams, people who can keep up with those two, or just drop the tag titles entirely. I feel bad for Lacey, however. She’s better suited to be a manager/valet.

  42. Nitpicking here: Madison’s reaction “didn’t match” what was going on in the ring if they have a beef wouldn’t madision be happy to have Velvet lose the title and why would BikerTara give a chair to LVE? wouldn’t she just smash it over Lve and have Taylor cover her?The Backstage stuff was fine .But the match was a LVE Botchfest!!!she needs to be better protected in that ring.it would give Velvet More Incentive to go after Madison IMO

  43. The match was just horrible… Lacey should be trained more seriously… It was so blah to watch it….

  44. first of all…i dont mind random matches and random teams because it could gve somthing frsh but i hate random wins…seeing wilde and hamada as tag team champs and know that we are going to see them as a team from now on is strange..maybe they can make a good team b ut we needed more time to get used to it..i think we needed to watch them as team first and then let then win the titles…just my opinion!!
the match…realy dont know what to say..why they made lacey wrestle alot?!
    i dont unserstand it

  45. The match in general was a huge miscom. I don’t know why Hamada waited for Lacey to get up either, but those bits and pieces of miscom were not worse than Lacey’s selling (sometimes non selling) of moves and some of the botches.

Lacey may have alot of time to “lock it down” on the ring, but the things she was messing up on are things she should have locked down along time ago. Whether or not she grew up watching wrestling is pretty irrelevant.

I really hope that after this, TNA uses her as manager or valet of some sort while providing her with more training in the ring.

  46. This match has been overblown in terms of importance. Lacey is bad. Lacey shouldn’t be wrestling on TV. These are things that were clear long ago. The belt is away from her, so that’s a good thing. Hopefully, it comes with an extended break from participation. Her being a part of the most successful act in the division for months is a far bigger pox on TNA than anything that happened in this match.

  47. That was worse than what has been on RAW a few months ago! Now I can see what Goldust was complaining about! Nobody noticed Lacey’s top, which is pretty much an exact copy of Maryse’s signature attire? Now Maryse can get her shot in on TBP, but of course, she doesn’t need to stoop down to Angelina’s level…The match was just horrible! And why didn’t Slick Johnson stop the KOs brawling like it was a Tornado Tag match towards the end of the match?! Even the officiating of the match was bad!

  48. AWFUL match!! please FIRE Lacey VE, yes i know she’s pretty and we all love her but she is terrible!! i agree with the comment’s above she is gonna end up injuring herself or worse another ko!
and it is sad how ko’s like Alissa, Kong and ODB were replaced by eye candy like her!
    anyway congrat’s Taylor and Hamada!

  49. I know what who is it….Tara. I mean more than half her face was shown at Victory Road when she firsted appeared and also look at how she walks.

  50. Great write-up Cryssi. I agreed 100%. It was not a pretty night for the most part.
