Diva Dirt has had the chance to sit down with some of the most popular and most talented females in the wrestling industry over the past couple of years. Producing high quality, lengthy audio interviews with your favourite women of wrestling has been our forte and we’ve delivered some pretty darn great ones!
As both Allison Danger and Kristin Astara are taking a well deserved break this week from their audio shows, we thought we’d take a look back at some of our best audio interviews! Perhaps you haven’t heard them before or are just new to Diva Dirt? Even if you have heard them, it’s always fun to listen again.

Awesome Kong
Conducted in April 2010, we had the opportunity to chat with Kong in one of her first post-TNA interviews. This interview took place just a week before the former Knockouts Champion made her return to Ring of Honor in May against Sara Del Rey. As feared as a competitor she may be, we can attest that Kong is one of the most genuinely friendly and polite people in the industry, as you’ll be able to tell from our chat!
In fact, we had such a good time with Kong that we invited her back a few weeks later for the Women of Wrestling Podcast too.

Lilian Garcia
As Diva royalty goes, Lilian Garcia ranks right up there with Trish and Lita. As the voice of Monday Night Raw for 10 years, we were honoured — and slightly scared — to be on the same phone line as that legendary voice! Needless to say, Lilian is every bit as personable and charming as she appears on WWE television and we had a great 40 minutes talking to her in one of her rare interviews in March 2010.

Maria Kanellis
Perhaps the juiciest and most downloaded interview in Diva Dirt history, Maria Kanellis held nothing back as we spoke to her in April 2010 on the day of her EP release for ‘Sevin Sins’. This interview had the Internet abuzz. Say what you will about her ring work or her music, but this girl knows how to give an interview!

All great interviews especially Kong! I love how she wouldn’t ever not wrestle as Magaret again. Can any DD staff do a piece on Magaret and Erica?

great choice spotlighting these three, they’re all pretty memorable for different reasons. maria’s will always be a favourite of mine.. was really surprised at her honesty especially as most released talent do the whole “i stil love wwe” schtick.

I Just think it’s her mic or something. It’s kind of hard of hearing, but I don’t think its her accent.
I love all the interviews. But my favorite will be Maria. She was very honest.
How is Melanies accent hard to understand?! English isn’t even my first language and I understand her perfectly…
I loved all these interviews, my favourite was Kongs because I was so annoyed at the whole situation regarding Bubba and TNA that I really wanted to hear her side of the story, and I did. Good job guys, for bringing us all the goodies.
you should have included the one with Krissy, that one and Kong’s are my favorites :)
