As many of you pointed out in the comments of the previous Tiffany posts, the Diva was removed from the title sequence for SmackDown this week as news of her suspension and arrest comes to light.
Obviously, WWE removing all trace of the Diva from the opening leads to suspicion that she could be released.
The two shots of Tiffany used in the sequence have been replaced by shots of Michelle McCool and Kelly Kelly. The first shot, at the 10 second mark, and the second at the 33 second mark, which ironically appears after a shot of Drew McIntyre. Additionally, Women’s Champion Layla replaces JTG in the new title sequence; she now appears after McCool at the 10 second mark.

i hope this is a punishment rather than a sign of release. wwe seem ruthless enough to have already released her, if they were going to?
I hope Tiffany is still employed by the time this is all over
really, i hope this doesn’t mean anything. they need to wait and see what happens with all of this before they release her
This could very well lead to Tiffany getting released. I wouldn’t be surprised if I woke up tomorrow morning to find that Tiffany has been let go. WWE is very strict in these type of situations, especially if she was there promoting them for SummerSlam, which is what I’ve read. Fingers crossed it’s just a punishment and we can see Tiffany back after her court date.
Hate to say it but I think she’s gonna get realsed Due to she was in LA promoting Summerslam and representing WWE. And alitle bit of the Linda campign may come in to play
hopefully it’s just a JR thing, where it was just as punishment.
If WWE do release then i might as well not watch WWE unless AJ and Serena start wrestling because tiffany is the future of the company her and eve are like melina and mickie top 2 faces of the company in the future. Alicia is the younger jazz and also the future, Tiffany has so many potential and dont want her to end up like torrie, stacy, kelly and maria.
@Angelsaur The JR thing was compelty different JR got taken out due to WWE not wanting him to be an announcer anymore it wasnt punishment He was no longer an announcer and on WWE tv so How was it punishment
I really hope that Tiffany has not been or won’t get released. I feel like she was improving every single week and could have done good things in the WWE. Plus, the SmackDown roster of Divas is already stretched thin. Having Tiffany gone leaves Kelly Kelly as the only face. Not good.
I sincerely hope everything works out for the best for Tiffany. I hope this all blows over and everything is settled. The last thing I wanna see is Tiffany being released over this incident. Couples have these sort of problems and it was the wrong place at the wrong time.
But this is to be settled between the two, not WWE. I just hope they let her off with a warning or something, I will be devastated if she gets released. She has so much passion and she’s a great wrestler.

last year when rey lost the ic title 2 john morrison bcus he got suspended and was off tv for a moth correct me if im wrong but i think he was still in the title sequence and that means tiffany is gone they will probbaly will fire her soon
i believe Rey got suspended for drugs or steroids or something, that’s what I remember seeing because I couldn’t believe it. This is a totally different situation and I agree, they should let her off with a warning and give her and Drew a chance to work things out. Then if it happens again (praying it doesn’t) they would have a better reason to do so.
i dont know what to think of it because WWE might be taking precaution because if they release Tiffany, the division will go down further on SD
Rey did get suspened for drugs like painkillers or steriods or something, but this is different its an arrest while probably promoting the company’s ppv.
Actually guys, the reason why JR was removed from the Raw intro was because he was was at UFC 115 while still (surprisingly) under contract. I really do hope this is just punishment. But the fact that JTG has been removed may be a sign of things to come.
Please, Drew and Tiffany try to work things out and forgive each other…

I didn’t even notice JTG wasn’t on there anymore…I’m guessing some releases are coming up soon I’m just praying she’s not one of them…I know I don’t even know what happened but I’m hoping it’s not as bad as it seems
This hasn’t been a good year for women’s wrestling at all. All the terrible incidents with both the Divas and Knockouts… What is WWE going to do if they release Tiffany? Call up the FCW Divas, do a Diva Draft, hire indy girls, or (even worse) slowly deacitvate the Divas division…?

I mean Her Being removed from the opening sequence, Rose turning Face, Kelly kelly Appearing by herself on Yesterday’s Superstars, and No announcement of the two on two tag match on Summerslam…………. Not Looking Good For Tiffany… :( Which Sucks cuz she Has so most potential to be the next top Diva in the WWE…. I really hope Im wrong tho.

Holy crap, you’re right! However, Matt was released shortly afterwards because he not only made the situation public, he blew it very much out of proportion, which affects Lita to this day.

Usually when a tag team splits, one of them is released, sparingly used, or turned into a jobber. Examples: Luke Gallows and Jesse (Jesse released), Deuce ‘n Domino (Domino was released and Deuce became jobber before being released), and MNM (Joey Mercury was suspended and later released before joining the SES).
The Reason i bring up the Rosa turn face is because she was a heel not to long ago and now that things starting going rocky with tiffany, rosa turning face mite be a sign, her replacement as kelly tag partner and maybe the final clue into if tiffany will get released. basically what im saying is that if we see a Kelly kelly and Rosa vs Laycool match in the near future then we know where tiffany stands…………

Rosa started her face turn a while ago when Laycool dissed her backstage which is why she started doing those stupid jump rope scenes. I don’t think that tag match at Summerslam was going to happen anyway because there wasn’t much build up to it, no one announced it, WWE never said anything that would make us think there would be one, and we’ve seen Laycool vs Blondetourage in so many different forms, it’d be pointless for it to be on a pay per view anyway. Her not being on the video is suspicious though. She wasn’t on Superstars because she was suspended by the time they filmed it though. The whole thing really does suck though :(
Speaking of Rosa doing workouts all the time, are they trying to revive the Bodydonnas or something? Cuz if they are, then that shows how creative the WWE really is…

i honestly did not like skirt tiffany she was average at best, she can do basic moves and thats all she can do. Yes she showed aggression but i still did not like her. But it is unfortunate that this happened. Gregory helms was fired for being arrested wasn’t he? but if she did get fired, then don’ expect wwe to call up aj lee and give her a title push

I think Tiff was better than average, at least for being an active wrestler on TV for the short amount of time she was. Kelly and Maryse have been there a lot longer than she has and she a ton better than they are. I think she pulled off a few impressive moves that none of the other Divas ever try to do and her matches with Michelle and Layla impressed me. Especially the one with Layla because they worked together well and it was a lot better than that “match” Layla had with Kelly at whatever pay per view that was.
The other reason Layla vs Tiffany impressed me was because it was just those two in the ring and they were actually able to pull off a good match
I just hope everything really works out. I mean at this point no one really knows whether she will get released, I hope she’s not, but it’s a 50, 50 chance.

She won’t go to jail cause she’s already out on bail, I just hope everything works out for the best. I just read that she was at this party and it ran all night, maybe something happened, who knows.
Wouldn’t she go to jail if she was found guilty? That’s what I meant.
They will only release her if the situation between her and Drew becomes a big issue because they will favor Drew over Tiffany any day. If it gets settled then she will be fine and back on TV asap.
I just don’t see why WWE would release Tiffany due to a fight that happend between her and her husband without the situation getting resolved first. If the WWE jumped the gun and released her right away and everything got settled then they would look like fools for releasing her. So as of right now we have nothing to worry about, unless it gets ugly, then its bye bye tiffany lol
Well, I Hate to say it but WWE is most likely going to release Tiffany which sucks. No body but Tiffany & Drew really know what happen and just because Tiffany was arrested does not mean that Drew isn’t in the wrong. The point I’m trying to make is nobody knows what happen including WWE management. If Tiffany was in LA to promote Summerslam then a suspension is called but to release her. WWE releasing Tiffany is not going things better for the WWE or for Tiffany & Drew.
WWE management needs to seriously pull their heads out of their butts and wake up. You released one the best and most popular Divas in WWE history (Mickie James) for being late for the bus on the European tour, then about a week after Mickie’s release; Beth Phoenix is injured and now Tiffany is suspended for a private incident her and her husband. I am no way saying that it’s ok for husband use physical violence against his wife or for a wife to use physical violence against her husband. The point is that the WWE should stay out of this private matter. To the best of my knowledge when WWE Superstars & Divas are traveling on the road for shows or promotions, the Superstars & Divas are paying for their own hotel and travel; not the WWE. If what I’m saying is true then the WWE needs to stay out of the matter. The WWE should simply state the unfortunate incident is a private matter between Drew & Tiffany and that they are respecting their privacy in this matter.
However, because Linda McMahon is running for Senator, WWE management will fire Tiffany at the command of Linda’s Senate campaign staff. Hey Linda’s campaign staff got Daniel Bryan fired. Nice to know that the government is now censoring and calling the shots in Professional Wrestling.

Exactly, things happens in relationships and if WWE doesn’t realize that, then that’s a different problem. I think if they work everything out and it gets solved privately, nothing to worry about it.
The good thing is neither superstar is posting anything about it nor talking about it. Good job on that part. Let’s just see how the parts fall together.
Yeah, things happen. Obviously if physical violence was used, it’s not ok…at all. I don’t think Drew is completely innocent. I’m not saying I know what happened or that I know both of them personally but IMO either she didn’t say he did anything or he lied to save his own ass because he knew he’d get in trouble with WWE too. It just doesn’t seem like something she would do unless he provoked her in some way. I can understand why WWE got involved because she was there promoting for them and if the police were called, it seems like there might’ve been a scene and that’s not what you want to happen when they are there to promote your company. Especially because it got physical.
Like I said, in no way am I saying I know what happened, that’s just what it seems like to me. But no matter what it was, WWE needs to let them work things out before any decisions are made.
I agree, releasing Tiffany over an incident would be shady as they are a couple still and they haven’t broken up nor divorce, so yeah. Couples fight and sometimes things happen that you don’t expect.

TBH I dont think she will get released, it depends on her relationship with Drew, if they sort it out then even if Tiffany gets released they would bring her back because Drew would want them to, but if this turns into something serious then i see Tiffany being released, because if Drew and Tiffany break up then like someone said they are going to favour Drew over Tiffany
