The NXT cast for season three has been revealed! A picture leaked (see above) before tonight’s NXT broadcast could even end shows that the cast will consist of six Divas: AJ Lee, Aksana, Aloisia, Jamie Keyes, Maxine and Naomi.
Profiles on all six rookies below:
* AJ Lee: 23-year old AJ, real name April Jeanette, was signed by WWE last spring. Prior to WWE, she had been working on the independent circuit as Miss April. AJ primarily worked in the New Jersey area for Women Superstars Uncensored where she was one half of the WSU Tag Team Champions at the time of her signing. Since joining WWE developmental, she had been going by the name AJ Lee and is the current Queen of FCW after defeating Serena for the crown on an episode of FCW TV.
Pro: Former WWE Tag Team Champion, Primo.
* Aksana: 28-year old Aksana, real name Zivile Raudoniene, is a familiar face on the bodybuilding and fitness modeling circuit. The Lithuanian was signed by WWE sometime last year and has recently been hosting ‘The Aksana Show’ on FCW television.
Pro: Veteran WWE Superstar, Goldust.
* Aloisia: 23-year old Aloisia is independent wrestler, Isis the Amazon, whose signing Diva Dirt first broke last Friday. In a huge turnaround, she has already been thrown into the national television spotlight as the sixth and final rookie on NXT. She is 6’9″ tall and stands as tall as The Big Show and The Great Khali.
Pro: SmackDown’s official consultant, Vickie Guerrero.
* Jamie Keyes: 25-year old Jamie Keyes, real name Brittany Beede, was the ring announcer for NXT season two and is now stepping into the ring for season three. She was signed earlier this year after WWE saw some pictures she had taken while modeling for Wrestlicious. She also appeared as a valet for Kevin Nash at TNA’s Final Resolution pay per view last December.
Pros: Raw Divas, The Bella Twins
* Maxine: 24-year old Maxine (formerly Liviana in FCW), real name Karlee Perez, has been with WWE since last summer appearing first as ‘Candy Girl’ before being renamed Liviana. The Latina was a model prior to her WWE signing and was arrested for a DUI in June 2009. She is the current GM of FCW on their weekly television show.
Pro: Former Divas Champion, Alicia Fox.
* Naomi: 22-year old Naomi, real name Trinity McCray, was signed to a developmental deal last August. Prior to joining WWE, she was a dancer for the Orlando Magic basketball team. Since joining FCW, McCray was re-christened Naomi Night and has quickly adapted to life in the ring, delivering some good, solid performances in FCW, so much so that she was crowned the first ever FCW Divas Champion earlier this year. Coincidentally, her announcement as part of the NXT cast tonight (August 31st) marks exactly one year since she reported to developmental on this same day in 2009. It looks like WWE is dropping her last name of ‘Night’ for NXT.

Yay! i sent it in well on twitter anyways. I kinda thought they’d put Isis. Aksana with Goldust better be good and not just ‘bizarre’. I wanted Maryse!!! Oh well.
I never really payed attention to Jamie Keye’s body; she is ripped- absolutely sick!
I’ve yet to see her in the ring, so let’s hope she goes okay.

Im so excited 6 divas! Im hyped i wont stop thinking about it till next week and see isis, AJ, naomi and liviana also jamie. We might actually see inter gender matches w/ isis. So glad they got superstar pro’s, now people would actually watch.

I’m so disappointed with the pros, Goldust and Primo…really. 2 of the most non-important GUYS in the WWE and then Kelly and the Bellas? I wanted Maryse too :( yeah, she’s not great in the ring but are the previously mentioned? She could teach about charisma and whatnot lol

This is pretty spectacular news. I swear though, if this season is three weeks long or relegated to website only I will fly down there and slap Vince McMahon right in his smug face.

› i promise i try not to look at the cons too much, but when they are staring you in the face, how can you? am i totally freaking excited the at the divas are getting nxt all to themselves for the next season? hell yes. am i totally freaking pissed off that the divas pros are nothing more than d-list superstars and divas, and in the divas cases, some of them need to be on nxt themselves? that might be a little over-the-top seeing as how kelly kelly has been getting better, but you have to be kidding me? people bitched, cried, and moaned when lay-cool was added onto the all-male cast as pros, so is it our turn to lash out at the fact that freaking PRIMO and GOLDUST of all the morons in the WORLD are going to be the pros of the next nxt? and even though the show isn’t over, lay-cool hasn’t got a rookie yet. what happened there? have they not done an amazing job to where their rookie is in the finals? anger, anger, anger. they give miz’s blah-blah-blah self yet another rookie, and they give VICKIE a rookie. oh my god, ….*disappointed at the pros. completely disappointed.
OMG, i love that Jamie and Aloisha (isis the amazon), are on season 3 NXT, and i love that Vickie Guerrero is her Pro, its gonna get her alot of heat and attentions, lovin it, and Jamie Keyes, is so hot, Also i like Maxine, aka Liviana, she seemed like a good character
so far the only one that never showed any character was Aksana
I think they put Primo and Goldust so there can be the ‘Mixed Tag’ matches that WWE has loved to waste time on- but Goldust is AMAZING and Primo is… good, too-
so naomi is face and liviana is heel.
Well i have to say LIVIANA & ALICIA FTW! Well the pro’s suck but since my favourite diva alicia is on NXT i get to see her twice a week but i have to see the diva i dis-like the most as well kellykelly.
Primo could’ve been easily replaced with…..John Morrison. Heck i would’ve settled for the Miz to be AJ’s pro.
Bellas & Jamie is the worst. Is there going to be 6 superstars aswell?
Great news but some pairings confused me. i understand the need to put males on here but Primo. Goldust is a veteran, i am not knocking primo but why? i would have much rather seen someone like zach ryder or evan bourne
Take out Primo and Goldust..I seriously didn’t even know those two stll had a job…I’d add Maryse and Eve instead
@LaceyVonErichFan the rating for NXT now are nothing to brag about with guys like Morrison, MVP, The Miz, and Kofi. what makes you think people will watch it now with all divas and low card diva pros and superstars, i hope they do. But this is probably make or break for the divas, if they don’t draw enough rating the writers might give up all together and retire both championships and relegate the girls to managers.
The only pro up there that is remotely interesting is Vickie.
I said I would settle for him because it makes no sense to pair them together just like Primo and AJ.
I don’t even care about the pros. I’m glad they’re crappy (the crappiest of the lot being Alicia, the Bellas and Kelly to be frank), it means less focus on them and more focus on the women. We’ll also get to see what a basically all Diva show would do ratings-wise, as will WWE. If it goes well, it probably means good things for Diva fans going forward. If it does poory, well, it’s not like they can give them any less focus on the main shows.
I knew Jamie would be in once I saw Ashley annoucing. I like Goldust so i’m not pissed about him being a pro. I thought for sure that Maryse would be involved someway so i’m kind of shocked she wasn’t a pro. I don’t know about Aloisia being thrown in already. From the matches i’ve seen of her she should visit FCW for awhile. Just saying. Anyway i’m really excited for this season and can’t wait for next week. Naomi or AJ for the win please.
They probably picked Primo because hes usually part of the mixed tag matches which happen when WWE can’t think of anything interesting for the divas to do. I i guess its better they get acquainted now.

Im not that familiar with the FCW girls body of work (apart from Aj lee) so i look forward to see what there like.
Aloisia or Isis as i’ll probably always call her, i’m especially looking forward to seeing & i never knew Jamies body was like that :o

Someone said Aloisha seems like an Eli Cottonwood 2.0, but I disagree. She showed character, and potential in her video package. Not sure how Vickie will “train” her, but she’ll be a great pro. As far as Goldust, and Primo go, I could take it or leave it. Certainly not my first (or best) choice, but there are several wore picks.
Having seen some of Maxine’s (Liviana) matches, unfortunately I don’t see her making it very far, based on her wrestling ability at least. I’m not too familiar with Aksana, but based off her tag match in FCW a few days back, she shows potential as well. Jamie Keyes wrestled against Savannah (if only she were still her) in May, I do think she’s been training a lot since then, and has become more accustomed to the ring.
All in all, seems like a great season!
No Laycool, no Maryse, and no Jillian those are the best female characters they have and they picked the bella twins, kelly kelly. Neither one of them have any value to their name.
wwe does an all diva NTX ( great love it AJ and Maxine are my fave ) but they want to unify the divas and womes title ? WOW my guest is wwe doesnt know what they wanna do… not only is the divas n womens getting unify but romors that all titles are getting unify what a complete waste i guess TNA it is

I hate the “pro” selection all the way around except for Goldust. I’m cheering for Isis simply because she’s about as far away from a cookie cutter diva as you can get. I hope she can actually wrestle.
PS: what up with unifying all the titles? that makes no sense to me, now even MORE superstars aren’t gonna be doing crap. What would be the point of two brands? I’m so confused, are they slowly flushing the company down the drain?
Golddust is an awsome wrestler and trainer so if he were to actually work with aksana and teach her she could become awesome like Golddust is so under valued by people so him as a pro i like plus he’s an over the top character what better for a pro
also i love VIckie as a pro anything attached to her is bound to get heat even if it is only heat thats bouncing off of her
primo is kinda a fail but i can see him and AJ having a nice partnership so im not mad
and am i the only one that expects the NOC unification match to go the way of the FCW one that DD posted this morning especially since they are debuting so many divas in this NXT

WTF?!? Alicia isnt a bad pro at ALL! Are you kidding me?!? It’s not like she was paired with AJ she was paired with maxine who is a bad wrestler so alicia will train her well. Plus Alicia is good at the mic and will give livana the aggressiveness to turn out good in WWE -_-

Vickie is a pro, i think because of the heat, she gets, and as a manager for Isis, it could really really help her, look at all the wrestlers she helped Dolph, Eric Escobar (before he got released), she helped LayCool, i think its a good move
also thy probably picked kelly and the bellas because the fans love them i mean they are among the most over face divas on the roster right now
but now with 6 of the divas on the roster, it only leaves Christina, and ricki down in FCW
LayCool are going to take over for Vickie, calling it.
Based off of their video packages i like all of them except Aksana.

If the ratings turn out really good then WWE might get an idea to give the divas there own show. But most of the threads iv been reading people are happy they have divas on NXT they think it will be interesting.

i agree with @layglamacool, everyone seemed awesome except Aksana, she showed no character wat so ever, Aloisha was the giant, Aj was the nerdy girl, Maxine, was the spicy, attitude girl, Jamie was the hot girl next door, and Naomi was the im gonna wins this, Aksana i still dont know
NXT3 will probably last one month anyway. It’ll be over before you know it. At least half of them are moving to the main roster anyway (AJ, Naomi, and a 3rd girl). Doesn’t really matter who wins or which pro they get paired with. The Pros are just the little used talent they have sitting in the back every week. Why waste the likes of Maryse and Melina for four weeks (surprised Gail wasn’t used). WWE is just filling the time until SmackDown takes over. It’s pretty remarkable they even have a season using just divas. Just sit back and enjoy NXT3 for the very short time it’ll be on.
What would of been a great idea to have 8 divas like Christina and Ricki or Su yung. Christina and Su actually but they could’ve made it possible since they added Jamie and Aloisia.
Vickie Guerrero is a really good manager the last of dying breed actually because managers are practically extinct. I wish I could be a manager because you get to be on the wrestling show and not wrestle. I find inspiration in people like Vickie and Stephanie because they prove you don’t have to be a wrestler to become a star in a wrestling show, it’s quite amazing.
