British wrestling promotion, UKW has released the following match on YouTube featuring WWE developmental talent, Jemma Palmer. The other participants include Vix EnNoir and Carmel Jacob. Jacob, along with Palmer, can also be seen on the first Pro-Wrestling: EVE DVD. You can read my review here.

Jemma is pretty bad and i wont be interesting in caring if she goes to WWE or not just your typical blonde.
She still needs work, but I’m still looking forward to seeing her on FCW in the future (WHEN/IF she ever goes there)
In terms of the amount of matches she has had since becoming a professional wrestler what number was this one, meaning was it her 2nd, 3rd, 4th or so on?

Um, it easy to tell Jemma needs more training but think again her first match was only in May, and she had a broken arm in that match, soo, I think she did better in the second part when she was wrestling Carmel Jacob, they did pretty good, However, for only training 6 months, she is good, for the short amount of training

Well this is why she is going to FCW, why wwe wanted to hire her in the first place is beyond me. It seems that Su Yung will be the only trained diva in FCW. Now you have Aloisa, Su Yung, Jemma Palmer, Caylee Turner(Alicia Fox’s sister).

iv had it. Im not a lacey fan because of her wrestling skills im a fan because her TNA character and how divine she is. Also i wanted “madisonraynefan” but that was taken so i just went with laceyvonerichfan. A few of you are so ignorant. So what just because i say something that you might not agree on and then go on and say things about Lacey.. that’s just BS. Everyone has their own opinion and if you dont agree then oh well, you dont have to go on and say other crap that you think will insult me and really it doesnt unless its about Alicia ..JK ^^.
Also i made this account in January when lacey didnt have a real in – ring debut and she wasnt as bad as she is now back then in early 2010 so

2) Based on photos I’ve seen of her I think it would be a very smart move for both Jemma and the WWE to have Jemma dye her hair back to either the color of black or red. I feel either color gave her a very cold sexy dominant Amazon look, sort of like a non-crazy version of Victoria’s original psycho persona.

excuse me @LaceyVonErichFan, i wasnt going after Lacey Von Erich as a wrestler, every wrestling fans knows she sucks, and i am glad that you admited that, what i was gettin at was that you called Jemma “Just another Blonde” the girl has already been labeled and she has only been wrestling 5 months and she is already labeled as Another Blonde, give the girl some time, that is why she is in TRAINING and not on the main roster. I wonder, what if she was a brown head, would she have been labeled as “Just Another Brunette”
This was her 3rd match, 1 for eve and 2 for UKW. I dont think the stuff with Carmel was bad at all and that she showed promise, especially for her 3rd match ever. Most people get to do atleast 10 matches without drawing any publicity / scrutiny what so ever. How do you think people learn? The stuff at the start with Vix was messy but the match got better as it went on.
After that report in May about Su Yung, I’m still to see anything as to her status with WWE. I believe the report said that she’d start with FCW in July. It is now September.
Jemma Palmer clearly needs a lot of work, though in her defence she’s only had a handful of matches. Has she received her US visa yet? FCW has done wonders for Naomi Night and Savannah when she was still employed. When she starts with FCW, she’ll get to train far more regularly. Let’s wait and see what becomes of her. As of now it’s hard to say given how limited she currently is.

Not awful. I’ve seen worse women’s wrestlers in the British indies, but she won’t be mistaken for being good any time soon. She needs to train hard, and hopefully FCW will be able to shape her skills.
One positive is at least she has a sort of natural charisma. The other two girls were just awful when it came to their personas; even the fan confrontation felt forced and bland.
I saw a few positives actually, jemmas bumps off moves were all pretty clean, the snap suplex was good, the neck breaker was good. The flow of the match was lacking a little but its very harsh to criticise Jemma solely for this as their were 2 other people in the match with more experience than her.
We also need to get over this Just another blonde rubbish. The current batch of blonde WWE divas are very diverse;
Aksana is a former IFBB pro figure competitor
Jamie Keyes clearly has a unqiue physique
Beth Phoeniz is a freak/ strong woman.
They are hardly you bimbo girl next door and neither is jemma she has an incredible physique and is also a figure competitor/athlete. The bella twins fit more into the “just another blonde” category and their not even blonde. If I hear just another blonde one more time i will go crazy!!!!
Too bad for her there are visa issues.
BTW, if WWE wanted to hire a new British diva, I would prefer Britani Knight.

In addition to continuing her training and dyeing her hair either red or black I think the WWE should also have Jemma Palmer wrestle in an outfit that is a variation of her old UK Gladiator attire.

as pointed out, she definitely needs more training. expecting her to go from not being able to wrestle to being perfection at it in a matter of a year, is expecting way too much. even the likes of beth phoenix, gail kim, awesome kong mess up every now and then and they’ve got a whole bunch of years on her.

First off you ignored the major point of my message and picked up on the jealously comment I wonder why, Your message doesnt even really make sense, you say the most moves divas use are bulldogs,snapmares,mat slam’s,and face busters. Well in the match posted off the top of my head there was a neck breaker, a snap suplex, side walk slam, worlds strongest slam, cross body, side russian leg sweep which is 6 more moves more than you said ever get used (in one match!).
And the moves you did mention (and called stupid )what is wrong with them.
Bull Dogs – favourites of Bret Hart and Chris Jericho
Snap mares – a basic pro wrestling move used by almost all wrestlers
(mat slams) – is a pathetic criticism as it is one of the most fundamental moves in pro wrestling

Incidentally I checked on Wikipedia and she is 10 stone (hardly skinny is it????) and I dont get whats wrong with someone who is attractive wanting to be a wrestler. She don’t care about the business. If she couldn’t find time to kickstart a wrestling career before she wrote on that dotted line, what makes you think she actually wants to do it? She ain’t gonna be wrestling after she gets released, she’s gonna go back to whatever she was doing before. These girls don’t have passion (like I think wildsnorlax was tryna say), where is Maria and Candice now? Where’s Savannah? What are they doing? Do you seriously see someone like Kelly Kelly, Maryse or the Bellas wrestlings long after they get future endeavored? The only thing keeping them is the $$$ and the exposure. You havent researched her at all have you. She worked as a valet when she was 19 for FWA, and holds a belt in submission wrestling. She must have some interest/passion for the business. She also started training at UPW in America shortly before being signed. Just because she didnt have to wrestle for a long time before getting signed doesnt mean she doesn’t have passion. Also I very much doubt WWE are paying her to wrestle on the UK indy scene.

i recently re-read diva dirt’s article from when wwe first signed naomi to fcw. the amount of negativity and criticism there was over that is mindblowing especially considering how almost everyone is already kissing her ass after seeing her in a 2 minute match last week. basically, give it time and everyone will be falling over their feet to claim they were a fan of jemma before she got great in the ring. unfortunately, us diva fans are a flippant type.
