I check on wwe.com and it showed this title regin as Michelle’s 2nd Divas Title regin , but it ddnt show as her 3rd Womens title regin. Idk kinda wierd In my opinion I dont think the titles will be really Unified together I think Michelle will carry around both titles and in a title match she can either put her Divas or Womens championship on the line….well at least thats wht I think which isnt a bad idea…

Hey guys, its DD Live Meagan. Sorry I cannot call in for tonight, but ill leave you my thoughts.
For a lumberjill match, I thought it was pretty good, but as I said last week on Diva Dirt live, It was going to be Michelle McCool and she was that I kind of figured she was the one facing off against Melina due to Michelle mostly winning the matches in their feud on Smackdown. Now looking to the future, Something tells me that Laycool is going to be breaking up with Layla possibly making a face turn because its always been Michelle in the spotlight for so long and I think Layla needs to shine

I think on raw, michelle will probably tell layla that she’s not the champ and layla will get mad and just not back up michelle this time.

I know some are going gaga and balistic over the fact that Michelle seems to be getting a lot of “first” in the division. But being first in the world of professional wrestling means nothing so stop with the sillyness. Nobody really cares but the fans of the losing superstar. Anyway I think the right person won.
LayCool now have both titles but despite the co-champ storyline they’ve been coasting on…Layla is the one recognize as the true womens champion. Following that important info it means Michelle is NOT the undisputed champion. That’s a ready made storyline right there. If they want to prolong the inevitable bust of LayCool they can always continue with the Melina feud. Start a program with Gail or Natalya and/or just wait for Beth to actually unify the title.

The PPV “Night of Champions” lost it’s meaning when they announced Melina would square off against a self-proclaimed champ. I think the Unified title has already lost meaning to some degree since someone who was not even a champion to begin with “made history.” It just goes to show how much upper management favors Michelle.

Stop with the Undertaker excuses really. Riding the Dead Man’s disco stick is no where responsible for her tremendous transformation as a legitimate wrestler. If that’s the only excuse anyone can come up with as to why she is less deserving of the title than Melina then you don’t really have any reason but you just simply dont like her.

people seem to forget that vickie guerrero is eddie guerrero’s widow. it makes me kinda sad when people call her a pig or fat. she supports her two daughters and i respect what she does.

The McCool hate is making me DIE! LMFAO! Unfortunately facts are facts, the WWE is obviously trying to push new stars and new divas, as seen with the all female NXT. The McCool push is because she’s the only person that can get a diva over! McCool makes most divas look great in the ring, something Melina cannot do. The problem with the divas division was the lack of a “veteran diva.” The male roster has John Cena, Edge, Jericho- veteran stars to make the younger people look amazing. The divas closest thing is Gail Kim, who is hardly used and Michelle Mccool! And they will give the title to Michelle McCool because she can work great with almost anyone. She even made MARIA look good. Melina, although amazing, she couldn’t work with ALL the divas as well as Michelle could. For example, Melina and Jillian could never deliver, but Jillian’s best work was with a training Michelle McCool.
Also consider this, Trish Stratus recieved her first title within a year of her debut. Michelle has waited 3-4 years.

I think it was obviously revealed that the whole “Layla not being on Michelle’s side” was phony and just a ploy to get both titles. I noticed after the match, each girl held a title and I got a vibe that they would go with Layla as women’s champion and Michelle as Divas champion. WWE has since updated their title history section on their official site and I noticed while Michelle is listed as the unified champion on the main page, they only have her listed under the Divas championship section but still has Layla listed as the women’s champion in that section as “5/14/10 – present”. Now maybe this was a mistake on their part, but since they have updated pretty much everything about it regarding Michelle as the “unified champ”, I see this as something where the titles aren’t actually unified.

I Personally think that its No one business i mean what right do people have to comment on another person life and Marriage, i bet that if the role were switch you guys live wouldn’t be so perfect… its just bugs me when ppl comment on her marriage at the end of the day its not of ur business simply as that..

I was glad to hear the discussion on Michelle’s relationship and the expanded scope of how this happens in every field. Even in insignificant jobs. You start dating your manager, you get better shifts, more leeway on sick days etc. Neopotism makes the world go round. People just need to accept it and move on. It’s also obvious how hard Michelle has worked to go from nothing to a top five in-ring Diva. You could say that she’s just “average”, whatever that is, but by the same token you’d also be saying that the majority of the Divas are significantly below that level. To suggest that she hasn’t had any “help” backstage would be akin to burying your head in the sand, but to deny her talent is just as bad.

People are confused because WWE.com is listing Michelle as “Unified Divas Champion” AND Layla as Women’s champion with Michelle as Divas champion.

What is so hard to understand Michelle is sharing her Unified title that she won tonight with Layla by giving her the possession of one of the belts. Why else would she help Michelle tonight?

I’m glad people are us confused as I am about this. LOL You know if played right they could do a lot of things with the confusion going on around the McCool title win. Is she going to share her title with her bff? If WWE doesn’t recognize her as Layla’s co- champ, then who is the unified champ? Do we even have a unified champ to begin with? A lot of interesting scenarios could happen, I just hope they’ll do the most logical thing.

U know if I were married or related to someone who could essential get me everything I wouldn’t care in fact I would tell people to their face,”ok, I get everything because of my relationship to so and so, your just jealous because it wasn’t you.” Basically what I’m saying is if I were in Michelle’s shoes and people kept saying these things about me I’d gladly admit to the fact that my spouse or who ever is what gets me the things I have and that everyone else is just envious that they aren’t the one’s who have a husband or wife who gets them an advantage over other people, but don’t misunderstand me. I still love them and if they were to lose their power I’d still be with them but I’m just saying I got the good end of the stick and I love it HA!

What I want is now WWE DIVAS TAG TITLES! Laycool Vs Beth & Natalya. Bellas Vs Laycool. Kelly & Tiffany Vs Laycool. There are so many cool possibilities that are possible. Now that the women’s title is gone, they definitely need to being in some tag titles for the divas. As it is, the divas often have tag matches. Bringing in tag titles would be perfect!
