This week on TNA Impact, we are ten days away from Bound for Glory and have yet to hear a Knockouts match announced. All that changed tonight, with a meeting that Miss Tessmacher set up. On one side of the table you have Madison Rayne and Tara. On the other, you have Velvet Sky, Angelina Love and Lacey Von Erich. Can Miss Tessmacher keep the peace or will we see a table getting flipped, along with accusations of “PROSITITUION WHORE?” Find out below…
It appears as if the cameraman is being a peeping Tom, using jerky camera angles and ducking in and out of the doorway. The first face we see is Madison, who’s asking Miss Tessmacher who exactly is “on their way?” Bischoff’s assistant never reveals who else is coming to the meeting, but it should be obvious. Tessmacher informs both Rayne and Tara that they need to be on their best behavior since Bischoff has given her the power to fire all of them. The threats don’t sit too well with either woman, but it isn’t long until a door opens and in comes Lacey Von Erich, Velvet Sky and Angelina Love. Cue cries of, “What’re you doing here?!?” (apparently the latter three women were clueless as well – doesn’t TNA send out memos about staff meetings? Sheesh!) and Lacey throwing something at Madison, screaming, “You stupid bitch!” Go Lacey!
TNA security keeps the two groups of women separated as Miss Tessmacher calls the meeting to order. After more threats of firing, all six women take their seats amidst catty comments. Right, first order of business is a waver that allows Tara to be back in the ring in TNA. Or perhaps it’s a waver that bans Tara from TNA’s ring, and it needs to be shredded. Even after listening to the segment several times, I’m not entirely clear on what the waver is for, but it has something to do with Tara being able to compete in TNA once more. Madison is more than willing to do whatever it takes for Tara to stay at her side, citing the fact the two have a trust between them. At this, the other three laugh scornfully. There’s more commotion as all five start talking again, until Miss Tessmacher can bring it back down.
Tessmacher informs all of them that there is no trust in wrestling. None. (Bret Hart could tell them this…) Then, explaining that in the spirit of competition, Mr. Bischoff has set up a fourway match for the four of them at Bound for Glory. Except this isn’t a tag match – it’s the four of them against each other for the TNA Knockout title.
At this point, it completely breaks down. All six women are on their feet, screaming and trying to get to each other, until Tessmacher orders them all out of the room. Complete chaos, loud voices and even some curses towards the end. Finally the room is cleared, allowing Miss Tessmacher to take a phone call.
So, now we have our match for BFG. It’s in ten days, and next Thursday’s Impact will be a live show. There’s the potential for Mickie James to debut either next week, or at the pay per view. How will her appearance affect the match, if at all? For that matter, Lacey could very well accompany the original Beautiful People and insert herself, but on which woman’s side? Angelina or Velvet? Will Madison and Tara come to an understanding beforehand and will they stick to it? Same goes for Velvet and Angelina. They just got back on the same page – the title could very well drive them apart. There’s lots of variables in this match, a lot of ways it could go.
For my money, I wouldn’t mind seeing Velvet win her first Knockout’s Championship. Before the hue and cry, I know she’s no Daffney or Hamada in the ring. She’s not going to be. However, she has enough charisma and personality to engage the crowd, and she is decent enough in the ring. She can bump like a pro. I think she’d be a decent champ. My hope that one day Daffney and Hamada will become Knockout Champion is slowly dying, so in this case a Velvet win would come out of nowhere and be a fun swerve for storyline purposes.
At this point, it’s not the worst decision TNA has made/could make. We’ll see what happens in the next two weeks.

It was a good segment. Sucks that there was no match but the Flair & Foley face to face made up for it. That segment with Foley & Flair in my opinion is definitely going to end up a classic. Can’t wait for the last man standing match.

For the first time after months i am happy to see this F4W match because its original for the Knockout Title and very interesting to see who will take the win. Hopefully only this once Tara but gets a decent run as champion and feuds w/ Mickie for a few months till Mickie Wins it somewhere around december or january.

untill hamada learns to speak english she in not going to be KO champion…how can you have a champion that can’t cut a promo what so ever? not possible…there would be no way to build a fued properly. She is fine as a tag champ atm because taylor can talk for both of them.
I’m liking the possiblities that come with Miss Tessmacher being in charge of the KOs.

Macho Madness, two words…Awesome Kong? She could speak English and yet TNA used her as a non-speaking champion with help of a mouthpiece, just because she alone can’t speak English, doesn’t mean Hamada has no chance, there’s opportunity there, it’s just not being granted,
Anyway, anyone remember when more than these five Knockouts were allowed to appear? Seriously, I know its a storyline etc. but its just so annoying to see the same faces for the past year, Xplosion gives the others a chance, but its not like the Knockouts can even interact with the guys, they get a 7 minute slot and an odd-appearance on Xplosion unless you were in TBP or been in WWE.
The segment was okay, sometimes cliché but bearable, love Miss Tessmacher just want to see her go into managing or maybe even wrestling at some point. I really dont see why Tara ever went back, she has NO character as Madison’s lackey, I mean she complained about putting the Bellas over in the WWE but actually remained a vicious heel during that feud, here she’s just essentially pouring everything into Madison and it makes you think…you were a former Womens and Knockouts champion? Really? Hmm wonder what it’ll be like when Mickie gets on the scene, given that its a 5 KO quota on Impact, Lacey looks favourite for the boot.

Lacey should never even have gotten a KO tag title anyway what makes you think she needs a shot at a prestiges title?
To the comment about hamada i find that SO true BUT dont forget she can get herself a japanease manager ( i.e great khali ) and still look amazing the fans already love her the crowd is already really into her.
Its really hard to put all Knockouts on TV when your show is once a week for 2 hours. They guve them a decent slot and its hard to have guy interactions because evryone already has their place. While they should spread it out more evenly, its better that they continue the srotyline rather than drop it like they do ALL the time. Soin a way, TNA has the benefit of the doubt but at least they get put on Xplosion and wrestle house shows.
I wonder if Mickie is gonna come while the F4W is going on and cost Angelina her title and help either Tara or Madison get it…
And Ms. T was great in this segment!

Another Cluster Fucked ,Who Gives a Shit, Non-PPV Build-Up Segment for the TNA Knockout’s ! So at Bound For Glory it’s A Fatal Four Way for the TNA Knockout’s Title – Angelina Love vs Velvet Sky vs Tara vs Madison Rayne. How much does anyone want to bet that this match is going to be booked Vince Russo Swerve City Style ? Tara will turn on Madison, Velvet turns on Angelina, Lacey Von Erich gets involved, and will Mickie James play a part in what is going to be an absolutely non-watchable, chaotic, train-wreck of a 5 minute ppv match. 3 days before this it’s a Tag Match with all 4 ladies battling over the Beautiful People Gimmick on free t.v. Wouldn’t it have made more sense to book this match at Bound For Glory ? But oh no instead of paying $35-$40 dollars to watch a decent makes sense tag team match, Dixie Carter and TNA Management want the fans to spend their money to watch a chaos of non-sense 5 minute match filled with women dressed like strippers or crack whores, who’s gonna swerve who, how many spots are going to be miss-timed, ending with another cheap-ass roll-up finish. Plus all during the match the male fans in the audience will be chanting an X-rated, perverted, derogatory towards women saying such as “Masturbation”, “T@@@ & A@@”, or “We Want P@@@@”. It’s ashame that the once promising and great TNA Women’s/Knockout’s Division has been reduced to a sleazy, nothing happening, afterthought. But apparently Dixie Carter and Co. are giving the fans exactly the entertainment they want to see and are making a profit with the current booking direction of the TNA Knockout’s Division.
i like the Miss T in the GM/KO law role…but i hope it doesn’t become a stupid Vickie Guerrero/Heel Gm deal…but i would like to see a laying down the law feel from Brooke…even though LVE cut a really good promo i don’t see where it’s going…..
This whole feud has actually had a lot of build up and a lot of history behind it. Well, not ‘a lot’ per say, but more than we usually see with knockout/diva storylines. Gross fans will be gross fans, but the booking is promising -because- of all of the different possible outcomes.

Remember Ms. T got a phone call after the meeting (same thing, 20 minutes)? I don’t think that she was talking to Eric. She was talking to Mickey. Remember WWE did that crazy lesbian angle with her and Trish when she first got there? TNA is going to copy it just like they’re copying Vickie G as GM.
Ms. T will give Mickey anything she wants at the expense of the other KO’s. I’m getting the feeling that Mickey will be either the fifth person, or right after whomever wins the title, Ms. T will make her face Mickey immediately and she’ll get the belt. Third opinion, Mickey is the ref and after she counts the 1-2-3, she’ll DDT the champ, cover her and Ms. T will say that she is the KO title holder.

Jennifer what you said about the camera angles is so true, i know TNA are trying to be different, but they’re ‘hidden camera’ backstage segments are really annoying and it looks really unprofessional, and you can’t always hear the talent well enough because they’re not always in the same room
like for example last weeks beautiful people segment you couldn’t hear them because the make up ladies were putting they’re stuff away like as loudly as possible

The TNA Knockout’s specifically the Beautiful People are told by TNA Management/Creative to dress provocatively because you know the old saying Sex Sales. None of these ladies are skanks, whores, etc… Until you actually meet and hang-out with any of the ladies featured in the above posted video for a couple of hours, maybe a day if you’re lucky STFU with the profanity laced comments. Don’t Judge or Insult a Person unless you Know Them Very Well.
The esegment was different and realistic…i think the match will be good and i agree with Jennifer…Velvent can be a good champ i always support the likes of her…okay worker inside the ring,good mic skills and good popularity so why not?!

I enjoyed the segment. Something the Divas lack is this. The right to just kick off and swear. Oh how i miss the attitude era. Having said that, there seems to be more going on with the divas than knockouts right now. The divas have me interested more at the moment.
The match will be great, let’s hope it works. My guess to win? Angelina retain.
I’d like to see Velvet win, i’m just a fan of her charisma and her ring work could be a lot worse, although granted it’s not amazing. (I like her for other reasons, but i don’t think i need to be so blunt as to point that out) With velvet winning however, could lead to a split/friction between her and Angelina and with them just getting back together mere months ago, i for one don’t want to see a split. Nor do i reckon TNA want to split them or cause any arguments/friction between the 2 over the title.
So i see Angelina winning. However, there’s a big chance Tara may win, in which case i wouldn’t be at all surprised.
i hope n pray angelina retains as she has never had a lengthly reign and as said above velvet wont win because they wont split the beautiful people again i see it becoming tara or angelina as i think they no longer need madison i mean think back to no surrender madison lost to velvet which means she lost to both angelina and velvet in same week! so think tna losing interest with her so Angelina Or Tara!
