Yay Sarita beat Velvet sky two weeks in a row i can’t wait to see both of her matches and BOOOOOOOOOO for Mickie winning her match against Tara

  • http://www.twitter.com/kaledrina_x Kaledrina

obvious results, i feel, but great that they seem to be giving sarita a push. it’s a shae they don’t include backstage segments in the tapings as i’d love to know if anything else happens with either tessmacher or winter.

all in all, it seems to be a strong two weeks ahead of us. fingers crossed it adapts to tv as well as it sounds.

  • rico

ok so what about me winter or tessenmachen???

  • Goodnightddtmnm

Another Great week for the knockouts….

  • LaceyVonErichFan

3 great weeks in a row, TNA is officially my favorite major wrestling promotion.

  • Blacklighter05

TBH, it looks like TNA is *finally* doing what they need to be doing with the Knockouts. I’d be perfectly happy if TBP as a collective (meaning all four members who ever called themselves a BP) went missing for a couple of weeks…

I do wonder- whatever happened to Daffney?!

  • SherriShepherdWWE

i am thinkin the same as @Kaledrina, i am think Winter will be in a backstage segment with Angelina so i am not worrying about her, BUt Miss Tessmacher, !!!!!, i said it a few weeks ago, that was just an easy way to get rid of her, i hope we havent seen the last of her :( Maybe WWE will resign her since John Laurinaitis was a big fan of hers

  • Bryana

Blacklighter i so agree with you about the beautiful people i used to love them but now i am just sick of them this group been going on way too long and nothing has changed Velvet is still the underling to Angelina it time for them to go there separate ways

  • Zino

    Velvet loses again?!

Well I don’t like that at all. Hopefully she at least put up a good fight before losing but I think this is getting ridiculous.

  • Jayd211

sounds like it should be good cant wait

  • The_JM

well tna is doing well but im still trying to get over what they said to death rey :(

no madison on impact? oh well sarita is a good replacement

  • xxQOXxx

    No Winter? :(

  • ryanmvs

I love this. saritas been in action slot lately!

  • http://yahoo.com madslam2009

    @xxxQOXxx
It probably ws a backstage segment and the Impact crowd doesnt always get to see that. None of the spoliers read that Winter debuted so its not positive if she didnt appear.

Sarita wins again, more focus on the girls who can wrestle, Velvet Sky used as enhancement talent — that’s the Knockout division I remember. Awesome. It was pretty rough for the last 10 months, but it looks like TNA is FINALLY getting this division back on track. It’s about damn time.

  • Zino

Velvet just can’t catch a break. It’s not fair that she has to lose all the time.

As a fan of hers I am really annoyed at this. Velvet isn’t that bad in the ring and she showed at BFG what she can do when given a chance so I don’t understand why TNA feels the need to start jobbing out again.

    I don’t get it!

  • Ed

@Zino Velvet is a great character. She’s not a great wrestler. She can work competently, that’s about it. If we’re rating the Knockouts on wrestling ability, Lacey is the only member of the current roster that’s worse than Velvet. That’s why she loses all the time. She can get pushed as a character/manager/valet, but as a wrestler, there’s no way in hell she should be going over Sarita.

But hell, she’s been pushed very hard for 10 months, had a ton of screen time, a title reign that IMO she really shouldn’t have gotten, a singles win over Madison at No Surrender (horrible match BTW). It’s time to push some different women and they need someone to job for them. Who else is that going to be? Putting Lacey in the ring is just dangerous, so Velvet is the next in line.

  • Macho Madness

Winter will likely be in a backstage segment. Her backstage debut last week wasn’t in the spoilers.

Like the results of this taping. I’m glad to see Sarita on a winning streak. She has KO main event potential.

The KOs are going in an awsome direction.

  • ScottL

Velvet losing doesn’t hurt her at all. I think she’ll get a pay off during the inevitable TBP tag team title reign with Angelina, which I believe will happen. And the fact top-flight workers such as Tara, Mickie and Sarita are being featured is just great news.

  • Zino

@Ed Well I disagree you. The only thing I agree with you on is Velvet is a great character.

Unlike everyone else I enjoy Velvet as a in ring talent and just because she doesn’t wrestle like Taylor, Sarita, Daffeny and Hamada doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be in the ring. Because I don’t want to see Velvet as a valet / manager. Sure she would probably be great at in that role. But why should she have to do that? Just because you don’t like seeing her in the ring.

Also Velvet deserved her KO tag title run after laying down for everyone in the KO division for over 2 years she earned it IMO.

That’s all I have to say about it. Plus after reading this result I will not be watching Impact now.

  • Ed

“Because I don’t want to see Velvet as a valet / manager. Sure she would probably be great at in that role. But why should she have to do that? Just because you don’t like seeing her in the ring.”

No, it’s because every other Knockout except for Lacey is a much better in-ring performer than her. I’m just stating the facts here. I like Velvet, but the woman is just NOT a good wrestler.

“Also Velvet deserved her KO tag title run after laying down for everyone in the KO division for over 2 years she earned it IMO.”

Doing lots of jobs doesn’t mean you deserve a championship. You earn a championship by delivering in the ring. Her tag title reign with Lacey was embarrassing, went absolutely nowhere and produced one horrible match after another. You can’t deny that.

I’m not trying to crap on Velvet here, but the women need to focus on what they’re best at. Velvet shines with promos and character stuff, but her wrestling is just not very good and it never has been. She should be a manager and leave the wrestling to the wrestlers.

  • rico

Not a valid point ok so what if other KOs are better wrestlers than her? That doesnt necessarily mean shes horrible at wrestling. It really is just a matter of opinion though. I think shes fairly decent and not as bad as people make her out to be…..

  • ThomasN

” You earn a championship by delivering in the ring.”

That’s part of it. It’s probably more on spot to say one usually earns titles by being an overall asset to the product. Including ringwork, mic work, charisma, and the ability to get and stay over.

” She should be a manager and leave the wrestling to the wrestlers. ”

At the moment, there’s probably little they can do with Velvet as a manager that would be as productive to the product as getting around to an original BP tag team run. Which was little doubt planned before the interruption due to Love’s status late last year.

Besides TNA already has a couple of women on the roster who are ring unable and should be available for valet duty or something of that nature. Assuming they are up to the task and TNA can set up the right situation.

    I hope it’s not SDR’s royal betterfly.
