Final Resolution didn’t see any resolution to the Mickie James vs Tara feud.
After brawling through the entire Impact Zone in a Falls Count Anywhere match, this bout ended in the unlikeliest of places: the men’s bathroom.
Knockouts Champion, Madison Rayne was found hiding in one of the stalls armed with a fire extinguisher which she sprayed in James’ face before clocking her with it allowing Tara to pick up a cheap victory.
It looks like this feud will live on to see a third battle in the coming weeks. But what type of match could contain this brawling former champions? Suggestions in the comments!

A cage match would be ideal that way Madison cannot interfere.

If we get a third match I’m sure it’ll be a Steel Cage.
cage match seems most logical as the loss was due to outside interference, but i’d rather they go for something different, something lesser seen.. especially as lockdown is quickly approaching. it makes me wish tara was champion so they could go all out with a ladder match.
hopefully the feud does continue, though, they could even write mickie out for a month with injury and have sarita pick up the title in the meantime, similar to what somebody suggested in the predictions post.

Cage match seems like where they will go. There also the possibility of what I would like to see which is a Last Woman Standing match. It would be a first for TNA and I don’t recall ever seeing one in WWE. With this feud the next match has to be more vicious than the last. So maybe wait for last woman standing. If you want this feud to go longer, cage match, or strap match might be a good next step.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I was pretty shocked that Tara won. I thought Mickie winning was a lock.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think Mickie has ever been in a cage match.

I was hoping for TNA to also have a Sarita vs Madison title match tonight. Sarita has 2 wins over Madison and TNA isn’t working the feud as hard they should. Sarita should have at least made an appearance after the Falls Count Anywhere match attacking Madison claiming she can’t hid from her.

Where the hell does this Mickie/Tara/Maddison feud go from here? With the PPV being called Final Resolution I honestly expected Mickie to go over Tara and then go onto feud with Maddison over the belt. Now because Maddison interfered, do we get a third bout between the two for example a cage match? Or are TNA going to take a shortcut (which would suck) by ending the Mickie/Tara feud and moving it straight onto Maddison/Mickie because of the interference?

It would be a cool idea for a cage match.Tara was th first woman with Lita to have a match in a cage. Then gets and years later she has a Cagme match with Mickie would e amazing.

Just to remind those that have forgotten that if a cage match is what TNA is planning with the two, it would be Taras second cage match in TNA (Third in total) as she fought in one with Awesome Kong back then
@Kaledrina seeing how the clockwork orange house of fun match was a “Raven created match” I doubt they will do one without his involvement maybe they can but I don’t think so

That’s not necessary true. A Hell in a Cell is the Undertaker’s specially but other wrestlers have done the Hell in a Cell match without the Undertaker involved as this type of match is only done is the WWE. So the Clockwork Orange House of Fun has been only done in TNA. So it can be Mickie’s specially match if they decide to go that route. The most obvious choice is a steel cage match to prevent interference. A 60 minute Iron Women’s match could be cool and I think that Mickie & Tara could pull it off.

This match was just epic. This reminded me so much of the attitude era but even better. The bathroom bit was freakin’ hilarious and gross aswell, the way the men were just shocked and the guy in the toilet was just “what the hell”, lmao also mickie laying all over that wet urinated floor was superr gross. Mickie has already re made the division so i see WWE resigning her in the future. I think TNA would go with a steel cage match since there always brawling around the arena but inside a cage match they won’t be able to, all they need to do is put some weapons inside the ring.

A cage match or a strap match would work. The bigger question is what was the KO champion doing in the mens’ room in the first place?
How about a cage match, but include a stipulation that if they get into another brawl with each other before the PPV, they’ll both be fired- that way they can “spread the wealth” a little bit and have fights with other KO’s to relieve their tension…

lol, i don’t care about the match tbh. They’re gonna kill each other in whatever match they have, as a steel cage match, or a pillow fight match, so yeah. Even in a dancing contest haha. But, if i could choose, i’ll say a steel cage match or a hell in a cell one. :D

I think that a cage match would be the best way to resolve it. I think a cage match would favor Tara’s style, however. I want to see Mickie James triumphant but it might be too difficult for her in a cage match. Though she has proven she is a really tough girl, a cage match really favors Tara so Mickie would have to bring her best to beat Tara. I believe in her but I believe in Tara more unfortunately.
