On tonight’s episode of Florida Championship Wrestling which just aired moments ago, SmackDown Diva Rosa Mendes became the new Queen of FCW.
Rosa defeated former NXT Rookie Diva, AJ who had held the crown for quite a while.
The Queen of FCW crown is not to be mistaken with the FCW Divas Championship which is still held by Naomi.

This could either mean, AJ is getting a call up to the main roster or Rosa is staying down in FCW for while or BOTH

Well WWE made the right move to have Rosa train more in FCW. Hopefully AJ goes to Smackdown. Naomi should drop the title to Sonia or Maxine.

rosa seems to be down in fcw as much as possible it seems anyway, so rather than it being a hint towards her staying down there, i think it’s more a case of aj making the jump to main roster soon.
would love to see how she managed to beat aj though, no offence to rosa lol

Good for Rosa. She’s working hard to become a wrestler and becoming Queen of FCW is actually a good thing, management wise. They could have unified the Crown with the belt and have gotten rid of the crown altogether but they gave it to Rosa

Congrats to Rosa, who has been improving down in FCW. I wonder if they will take the belt off of Naomi? But I guess Rosa will take a bit of time off of Smackdown to be Queen while AJ gets called up.
i think there just training Rosa more shes become decent in recent weeks & i think the training is paying off i mean shes been lately featured alot..congrats to rosa i hope she continues to get better since she only lacks in the wrestling department…

Keep Rosa in FCW so she can improve, meanwhile, call AJ up to the main roster so that she can develop her character early on. She has the skill, she needs a better personality.

Rosa’s hot, charismatic, funny, athletic, entertaining and CANADIAN :) Those are all the reasons I need!
In my honest opinion, she was always Queen. She got over very well with the FCW crowds, and suprisingly her matches are always better over in FCW. Prehaps because of the smaller crowds. If she is staying down in FCW for a few months, that would be great. WWE don’t use her well, and are often really stuck with her so she kinda just floats around on the roster…. and there really is no space for just floating around, now she’s down at FCW for a bit hopefully this’ll create a bit more space for other Divas.
This was spoiled last month when that 6 diva tag aired because Rosa was wearing the crown & the announcer said she was the Queen of FCW.
This is a good indication that AJ will be moving to the main roster & quite possibly be involved in that diva battle royal.
^ Doubt it. That would be too huge of a rush for AJ for them to just throw her into the Diva Battle Royal, especially considering AJ didn’t even win NXT and therefore isn’t a “Diva”. Kaitlyn has a chance of appearing in the battle royal since technically she is a Diva, now. But if AJ gets called up, I have a feeling that the initial plans for her are to keep her valeting Primo who will “bring” her back, or something of the sort, and then she’ll probably get into the ring. (This is why it would’ve been great to see Naomi or AJ win it, their ring interaction with the Veteran Divas would’ve been amazing!)
I wonder how did Rosa who has no wrestling experience would win against AJ a person who has wrestled in three years. But I know that before Savannah was still in the FCW was feuding with Rosa over the crown it makes sense.

@LadyGoDiva – Rosa trained with OVW, when it was associated with WWE for a while. She was actually reasonably good, and then when she came back into FCW and WWE she sort of dropped.
