More:

With her natural athleticism, charismatic personality and knowledge of what it takes to be the best in WWE, Stratus is the ideal trainer for Tough Enough. In 2000, she made her television debut with WWE. Combining beauty, brains, strength, and a record breaking seven championships – for which she earned a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records – Stratus was the epitome of a “WWE DIVA” and helped to make the brand a cultural phenomenon. In 2006, Trish retired from WWE and will go down as one of the greatest Women’s Champions of all time. After retiring, Stratus focused her efforts on launching her lifestyle brand, which includes a yoga studio – the largest in Canada, a travel adventure series currently airing on the Discovery Channel and a yoga/fitness product line set to be released this fall, all under the Stratusphere banner name.

Along with fellow trainers Booker T and Bill Demott, Stratus will mentor the diverse group of WWE TOUGH ENOUGH men and women who will live, train, eat and sleep under one roof in a house in Southern California. Each week, the contestants will battle it out in a series of unique challenges designed to test for such characteristics as showmanship, creativity, athleticism and desire, just to name a few. Viewers will witness the trials and tribulations of what it takes to be one of the best in the world’s greatest sports entertainment organization. The grand prizewinner will be awarded a contract with WWE.

  1. I honestly cant wait until tough enough, i think it is gonna be great, seeing TRish ever week will also be just a bonus :)

and plus with the new news about some of the Girls, Rima Fakih, and an FCW diva gonna be on the show, which i was thinkin is either Sonia or Shaul, and plus with two of the girls involved with well known wrestling personalities, which i am thinkin could be former FCW Diva Catalina White, who is married to Jack Swagger, but i cant wait,

also how many contestants are there gonna be 10????? so that would be 5 girls 5 boys????

  2. @SherriSheperdWWE….Do you think its Sonia or Shaul? I feel like they would have taken them down from the FCW roster if they were on the show. Imagine its Christina Crawford and the story about her being released was all just a coverup.

I was also thinking Catalina White or Priscilia Tuft (Tyler Rek’s wife)

Either way I can’t wait for Tough Enough

  3. it’s been said an fcw diva is taking part? interesting! it makes me wonder whether kong could be introduced via tough enough, too..

  4. @Kalderina..i don’t think they would introduce Kong via tough enough only because people would instantly recognize her.

I also heard they are grooming Rima Fakih for a spot as top babyface

  5. @Anthony u know ever since Candice got injured 4 years ago in that awesome match with Beth Phoenix, which by the way was Candice’s best match, the wwe has seemed to have a hard time truly building up a recognized number 1 top face of the division because they don’t seem to want to fully pull the trigger on Beth, Natalya, or Eve and the only reason Mickie got pushed as top face over Candice was because it was a situation of convenience and it worked a little for the past few years after Candice left, but when Mickie left it seems that the wwe is having a difficult time choice which diva they want to represent them as the next “Trish Stratus” so to speak. The problem I think is for a long time now the wwe can’t seem to pick and choice the next leading star girl to be the for-front of the division.

Now, if wwe is going to use tough enough to introduce more females to use who we are most likely already familiar with whether they are a national beauty queen(Rima Fakih) or some other girl who is already related to so other wwe superstar(Shaul or Catalina), then most likely I wouldn’t be surprised if more then 1 girl still got a wwe contract and if 1 of those said girls is suppose to start being groomed as that next big thing then getting trained and advised by people like The Rock and Trish Stratus is definitely a good starting step in the right direction.

  6. There are 2 women on TE that have boyfriends in the WWE maybe Kristin Astara aka Krissy Vaine is one of them, i hope so.

  7. @Shameronstar i agree. I definitely think more then 1 woman will get a contract after tough enough. I’m sure a few people will end up with contracts after it.

  8. SherriShepherdWWE,

Where did you find out about the news of the make up of TE’s female contestants?
