bring jazz back! now that the ‘pg era’ is behind us, jazz would be the perfect diva for them to resign! jazz vs awesome kong and jazz vs beth and jazz vs nattie needs to be seen on tv!

I think you are a little bit early with drawing that conclusion ;-)
WWE just made an exception from the PG-rules for the Rock, because a PG-promo by the Rock would suck. So they had to give him some more freedom to keep things interesting.

  4. I wouldn’t want to see Jazz back in WWE with the PG era. It would be awkard for me.

    on a side note

Yay for diva-dirt mobile working again!

  5. Rhawk

I predicted it would be Jacqueline… I wasn’t far off what with both being african americans aka black. =-P

Thanks so much for bringing back this particular DivaDirt Mobile format. Love it!

Also, I’m listening to the interview right now. It’s great! You guys are doing terrific. Melanie, you sound a lot like Winter/Katie Lea, so sexy.

Great interview you guys. Love hearing that her and Amy Dumas became such good friends. They had fabulous chemistry in the ring, it’s just too bad they never got that awesome feud I hoped for. Jazz is an amazing female athelete. She made Stratus look like god and have some fantastic matches. Jazz sounds so passionate about the business. She makes me proud to be a supported of women’s wrestling. Real women’s wrestling and not the diva fluff matches we get with the Bellas, Eve, etc…

Jazz is a “Female Fighting Phenom” no doubt. Thanks for the interview.

  8. the fans want to see woman wrestle i dont want to see pillow fights, its because they dont want the woman to be more popular or show more talent then the guys,so they get dumbed down…

shes obviously talking about maryse.kelly & that co & i agree they havent paid any dues & hardly train those girls…

she prop the toughest woman in wrestling..shes like tara/victoria tear their acls & continue….thats someone who loves what they do.

watch victoria vs jazz on heat these 2 had amazing matches & i would have loved a psycho vs badass bitch feud….

she should be in the hall of fame maybe one year that could put the women who made the golden age what it was…lita, trish, jazz, ivory, victoria, molly, jacqueline & chyna id love to see in their…

Idk (ive never seen any of her match i dont think soo) which is a little weird.

Excellent interview! Jazz is very candid in regards to every topic covered. She was direct and to the point in almost all of her responses. Just amazing!

What is the whole point of wrestler’s court? I may sound so clueless right about now, but I don’t follow backstage politics or anything related to it.

This interview was so amazing! Speechless!

  12. laqisha

Why she isn’t in TNA ??? Somebody plz tell me why.

  13. EddieV

David, you have a great radio voice.

  14. The_JM

@Laqisha, she was supposed to be signed by tna in 08, as the beautiful people’s bodyguard. Like what Moose was for the BP’s.

Great interview, Jazz should really come to Shimmer. This is a woman who knows the business and now I’m hoping she faces Madison Eagles at a Chikara show. That would be so epic. Btw, yes for dd mobile back! I just thought my phone was acting stupid, lol.

  15. @melina prez go to utube & watch her matches, she helped make trish who she was, jazz was/is an awesome wrestler, she may not fit the diva standard but it helped her stand out & helped with her power moves…

by the way watch jazz’s last wwe photoshoot i thought she looked stunning & ripped…

“If you don’t have my phone number, you can’t get in touch with me” Haha, Jazz is great! XD

Jazz is a gem in wrestling. She’s got a great look, awesome moveset, and she’s so fierce and intense in the ring. I first saw her when she came to WWE and I was immediately impressed. It’s awesome that WWE did give her a lengthy run, but it’s so disappointing that they released her (as well as the other good women wrestlers).

She’s honestly too good for what WWE is now. It would be embarrassing if she had to be in the ring and lose to Kelly or The Bella’s, etc.

  17. Lets hope she’ll get signed by TNA somewhere down the road.. Her as knockouts champion would be epic if done correctly.. She would dominate the entire division just like Awesome Kong used to… Great interview nonetheless

  18. Melina&Mickie4ever!

Jazz is such a classic , one of my favorite past Divas , she was so great back in her wwe days and she still is today. I always admired her in ring work. Her nickname ” The Baddest Bitch” fits her perfectly. I cant say I woudnt mind seeing Jazz back in wwe today but I woudnt be to keen on it. If she did oh gosh such the match ups. Her going up against Melina , Michelle , Beth , Natalya , Gail Kim its just exciting just thinking about it. 2x Womens Champion , its true though she still deserves to be in wwe….

  19. Melina&Mickie4ever!

I loved the interview btw , its just gets me more xcitied on why I love womens wrestling jus the type of match ups you can put together with all the wonderfull talent , that we have 2day.

I was glad we got to see a Mickie vs Jazz , I would love to see some where sometime a Jazz vs Beth or Natalya vs Jazz or Michelle vs Jazz……I could sit here and type dozens of matches that I wanna see happen….lol

  20. layla1fan

OMG I was watching her and Trish matches today and every single one was epic!!!!.
    @art1e
Your so right jazz helped Trish out a lot, trish is tough because of jazz. They also had amazing chemistry.

Jazz is just in a wrestling league of her own. Beth, Nattie nor Chyna Had jazz speed nor jazz’s moveset.

WWE Should beg jazz to comeback, and make her a temporary center piece of today’s diva’s division. .she could also take Nattie and Beth powerhouse game to the next2 levels

Jazz your very missed, and will always be THE BADDEST BI**H!

  21. Melina&Mickie4ever!

Im Glad Jazz Realized where & when the Divas Division , fell apart … yes it was because of the ” Diva Search” IMO!!

  22. W O W Jazz~~ The Baddest b*tc*… She is definitely the one who responsible for Trish’ success back there.. I think it’ll be great if WWE re-sign her.. I mean, with Kong, AJ and Naomi (and probably Cyborg) on the line, the divas division will back to where it was~~

  23. JJ

EddieV is right, David you have a great voice for radio. I’d love if you did all the DD interviews.

  24. This was a great interview, And Jazz is really one of the best Wrestlers out there

“If You Don’t Have My Phone Number You Can’t Get In Touch With Me” Had Me LMAO.

And the divas did fall at the diva search, But It did get some great DIVAS FOR WWE.

  25. The Crying Light

I’ve always wondered, what was the reason behind WWE’s big shift between choosing women like Jazz and choosing women like Ashley? Do they actually have statistics for that? What was the ultimate reason behind their requisite to shoot themselves on the foot as far as women’s wrestling is concerned?
