Former NXT standout, Naomi, is currently travelling with the Raw brand.
Naomi served as the hostess for a dance contest during last night’s house show in Upper Marlboro, MD.
Thoughts: Naomi has travelled a lot with both the Raw and SmackDown rosters since NXT ended, but no main roster call up yet. She is perhaps the most exciting Diva to watch in the ring. Fingers crossed that she’ll get a shot this time.

They like more hair pulling and butt spanking. -_-
I could even tell them how to write the whole thing right now if need be (including dialogue).
*fingers crossed* She gets to debut on Raw. Naomi would make a great heel i think . Even though signs show Alicia possibly getting a push or at least a title shot at SummerSlam possibly. It would be a nice storyline with Kelly Kelly & Naomi , Naomi comes in as a heel and says kelly kelly 4got all about her and was never really a good trainer on NXT. Kelly Kelly & Naomi would make a great fued I’d thnk

Yeah I could see her being heel as well. I think that she would give a huge push wrestling wise, even though they have good wrestlers on the brand she is exciting to watch. I could see her as a heel at first and her taking the title from K2.

Well, Maxine won’t be coming up anymore since they dropped the idea of her managing Tysonn. So maybe Naomi could take her spot and debut on RAW, right now would be the perfect time to add Naomi in the sequence of who will face K2 next.

Fortunately, this won’t happen … i don’t think they’ll make kelly lose to a rookie. Plus I think a rookie winning the championship won’t help to give the title credit (no matter how good she is).
Maybe they could add her to help kelly face the bellas (like eve) but I rather like kelly’s feud to end …

If WWE still believed in gimmicks for the divas, I would say Naomi could play an amazing intense, free-spirited, wild jungle female heel character. No non-sense fighter. Just completely primal. Crazy long black hair and animal print attire. Hahah okay maybe it sounds strange but I can totally see it.
Here’s to hoping she makes to the main roster soon, lord knows she deserves it. A feud with K2 would be quite great and interesting, except instead of Naomi being the heel maybe kelly could turn on her during a tag match or something? Just something to think about perhaps :) and I really hope people don’t begin to over-rate Naomi, she’s great but at times I feel people make her seem better than any female other in wwe.

I’ve seen her matches, Nattie/Beth/Gail are much better than her. I mean she’s great especially considering her experience and I’m sure she’ll just get better and better. But stating she’s the best wwe diva is a tad far. I’d also say Tenille/AJ/Kharma are above her skill level, but again its impressive, she’s better than most divas.

I think you’re basing it off your personal preference than actual ring skills. All those girls you named are pretty basic in-ring wise. They are not bad, but they are not exciting either
Naomi is exciting and innovative, and has picked up wrestling faster han any other diva. In FCW the male wrestlers said “Naomi is the real deal”, so it’s just further she is one of the best

Basic? Have you seen their matches at all? They are all crazy good in the ring. Let’s put it like this, in a Naomi vs Del Rey match, Naomi would be killed. Gail vs Del Rey, or Nattie vs Del Rey, they’d more than hold their own. Naomi looks excellent in 3-7 minute matches, give her 20 minutes and then that shows if someone can really hold their own without being carried. Naomi is great, don’t get me wrong. She doesn’t hold a candle to Beth, Nattie, or Gail though. Not even to AJ, Tenille, Or Kharma though.

I love how just because I don’t think Naomi is the best thing to step in a ring, means I know nothing about wrestling. And she really hasn’t only women like Gail/Beth/Nattie/Tenille/Kharma are good enough to wrestle for extensive periods of time and hang in there with top wrestlers. Naomi will look good in wwe’s 3-4 minute matches and their 5-7 minute ppv matches, but there is a difference between being good in a divas match and being good in a wsu/shimmer match. Her skills are really good and is impressive, but she’s outclassed by those women mentioned earlier, sorry truth hurts.

You are once again blinded by her flashy moves overlooking her real skill.
Naomi is good but she is mostly botching 2-3 of her moves.
She needs to either change them with other ones that are easier to do on spot or impove on them more.
Awesome. I’d definitely prefer her on Smackdown…just because RAW seems to be the Kelly show…and well, nobody looks good when they’re in the ring with THAT.
But on RAW, it could mean potential matches with Gail and Beth on Superstars which would be cool.
not getting my hopes up.. as said, she’s been on the road plenty of times before and nothing has come of it. i would rather be pleasantly surprised than severely disappointed.

i dont want her on raw because she’ll be forced into 1-2 minutes matches & she might botch or her opponent may botch her move because of the time limit..thats if she did botch…
either she’d be on superstars every week or on smackdown & get another minute or two..
i do want her called up thou because the girl can do shes better then girls wrestling for 5 years in wwe…
she should debut on sd, reason being sd divas need more talent. also sd is a good show to build younger stars. also raw is just eye candy at times.

I hope that she debut after kelly kelly succesfully defended her title at summerslam or at some PPV. This is want I want to happen, I want her to debut as a tweener who’s really hungry for the gold while still respecting kelly coz she have been her pro. Defeating every diva on raw (face or heel). Until she finally got a title shot. This would prolly make kelly step her game up and soon will lead to a Kelly vs Naomi in a falls count anywhere match or street fight.
