Trish Stratus Unveils Yoga DVD Cover

There’s good news and bad news. Good: There is a new Trish Stratus DVD on the horizon. Bad: It’s not a follow-up documentary to WWE’s 100% Stratusfaction Guaranteed like we had hoped.

However, fans will be able to get their yoga on with the Stratusfying One as she expands her ever-growing Stratusphere Yoga brand.

According to Trish’s official site the DVD will guide fans through a ‘unique yoga/fitness fusion workout’.

Hey, if it helps us get a bangin’ body like Trish’s, we’re sold!

The DVD will be available in retail stores in Canada and via TrishStratus.com later this year.

    ive done yoga it hurts the next day LOl..i had to do it for a back injury & soreness follows…

    Yoga is a type of workout; it’s not painless until your body has become accustomed to the exercise.
