Bobby Reports from WrestleMania 28: Day Two – AJ, Beth Phoenix, Kaitlyn, Tamina & More Spotted

WrestleMania 28 is upon us and all week long we will be bringing exclusive blogs, photos and videos from sunny Miami, Florida.

Good day everyone, and apologies for the lateness of this blog as I have literally only been up and at my hotel for about an hour today, and that was spent getting ready to go out this afternoon, but more on that in a future blog (as well as an incident that MAY just top shoving a table into Jinder Mahal). This blog shall recollect the tremendous memories that the first Axxess session brought, which includes the brilliance of AJ, meeting Cryssi, and witnessing her friend distract security long enough for us to get pictures with Lord Christian! Let me start from the beginning…

Thursday March 29th
7:10 AM
I wake up and plot to attend a Zack Ryder & Kofi Kingston autograph signing that I legitimately just discovered through Twitter about 10 hours before. I know this isn’t Diva related, but being that both Zack and Kofi were two I had wanted to meet so bad and were not on any of my Axxess sessions, this is important enough to be included!

11:00 AM
I leave to head for Sun Life Stadium which is where the signing is taking place. I don’t think many people knew about it for Thursday’s batch because while the lines were long, they were nothing at all compared to how Friday was. Kofi got there first for his signing from 1-3 and started filming the crowd which I immediately tried to hide from due to my intense shyness when it comes to any sort of public acknowledgement. Strange I know!~

1:00 PM
The signing starts and I’m pretty much one of the first people there. The WWE Team Store is phenomenal and I recommend everyone to stop by! Of course, I took a photo of the Funkasaurus shirt to include in this blog. Anyways, Kofi was insanely nice and I loved meeting him! Much like Ted and Rosa, he talked some, shook my hand, and we took a picture together. (As if you can’t tell by now, I am horrible when it comes to details and remembering things which is why I relish in my pictures as it jogs my foggy memory.) After I left the Kofi signing I went outside and walked around Sun Life for a bit to kill time for Zack’s signing. It’s HUGE and amazing, although the inside you could not enter, of course. That shall be saved for Sunday!

3:40 PM
Zack’s signing actually starts 20 minutes early as he showed up and was ready to go. I literally waited forever because I knew his line would be big, and lord, was I right. This put me at lucky number six to meet him and he was actually really nice. I had no clue how he would be in person since normally the people who are more charismatic on screen are sort of quieter in person, but Zack was really awesome and it was a pleasure to meet him. Once the signing was over, I went straight to Axxess since I was on the other side of town from it.

5:00 PM
I get to Axxess and wait in another huge line, but don’t take it as complaining because I love every second of it. As soon as about an hour passes, we are finally lead into this AMAZING place. There were so many things to do that I was texting Cryssi how lost I was for the first 15 minutes. She signed up for special texts that tell you who will be appearing where before it’s announced to the public, so I went for Kaitlyn and Tamina first. I waited for Cryssi, and then someone told me Beth Phoenix was signing nearby and I hightailed it. Beth is one of the few Divas I have yet to meet so I was absolutely not going to waste this. Her line was pretty long, but thankfully as I was near the back, Cryssi and her friend Ashley walked in and spotted me right away.

They are beyond amazing and completely made the night as fun as it could ever be. It took a good 30 minutes to get to Beth, but she was really really nice, and even let Cryssi hold the Divas Title for a photo! As soon as we were done, we headed over to Tamina and Kaitlyn’s section. I demanded Cryssi get a photo with Tamina, and to my surprise, she actually did! Both ladies were tremendous and it was great to meet them both.

There wasn’t really anyone left that I was dying to meet that I hadn’t met before, and Sin Cara’s line was short so we went there. Unfortunately (okay, not really), she got a text saying Christian would be at the area we just met Tamina and Kaitlyn at. Her exact words: “Christian. Miami Herald (the booth). I’m out of here.” With that, we legitimately ran (not even joking) to the line and were FRONT row. It took another 15 minutes for Kaitlyn and Tamina to leave, but as soon as Christian came out all hell broke loose because of Cryssi.

When we got up to meet him, we were told NO pictures at all. Cryssi and I were not pleased with this, and so her friend Ashley managed to distract the security guard long enough for me to legit run up and go “Can I get a picture?!”, pose, and run off. Cryssi then did the same as the guard looked on as if he was trying so hard not to laugh, but I lost it on the other side and ended up dying of laughter so hard that I almost cried. It was seriously the best moment I have ever had in life. That picture is all Cryssi could stare at the entire rest of the night as well!

After him, we went to meet Justin Gabriel, but due to an error by the vendor guest on site, I never got my photo with him unfortunately. Hoping I can correct the issue before I head back home, but I don’t want to discuss this now or I will enter depression. Justin was a blast to meet though and insanely awesome.

Up next, and the last person we met for the night, was none other than the brilliant god of life, AJ! She had an insane line, which I think was only shorter than those of Christian and Daniel Bryan. AJ is the perfect person to meet as she is everything you picture and more in person. I have seriously never met someone as great as she and Kaitlyn in my life! I would say what Cryssi asked her, but I think that should be saved for her blog.
