Diva Dirt TV: Best Moments from Gail Kim’s Historic Knockouts Title Reign
It’s official: Gail Kim is the single longest reigning Knockouts Champion in TNA history with her current reign. Since winning the title in November, Gail has become the first champion to surpass 200 days as Knockouts Champ.
While the world may be celebrating Queen Elizabeth II’s diamond jubilee, Diva Dirt TV celebrates Gail’s historic title reign by taking a look back at some of the best moments from her run so far.

She’s always sneaking and cheating her way through matches, and NEVER fighting fair. Her sleeves are overly packed with tricks. And that, is why when her music hits, I’m on the end of my seat!

dont wanna sound negative but im really curious about who will end her reign shes blowing past everyone is tna gonna bring someone new in or will they give one of their current knockouts the victory…..my guess is melina or angelina

apparently there’s going to be a 4way kos match at this week’s impact for a title shot at the next ppv? my guess is one of them! lol.
i still get this feeling that velvet will be the one to take it off her, don’t know why, just my gut.. although hey, my gut likes to be wrong a lot!
also, it might be worth mentioning that tessmacher just got her first ever tshirt in shoptna.. could mean something?

also, brooke hogan using her power to i guess help a fan favourite like velvet regain the title or at least clamp down on gail’s cheating could help sway some of the haters that hogan seems to already have

I’d adore a heel vs heel feud to end her title reign. Madison has had her chance, there for I feel the need to rule her out of this one. Angelina Love is my first pick, she’s held the TNA Knockouts Championship more times then any other Knockout. I think Gail Kim could brag about how she has no competition and that she’s unbeatable. Que Angelina Love, who brags about being a 5 time TNA Knockout Champion, and there we have it, a start of a beautiful feud. I can dream.

Too bad WWE never gave Gail this type of push. She deserved it. Instead, she gets to set the record for holding a belt in a company that very few people watch or care about.

why o why are wrestling fans so fickile i mean people complain that TNA swap the title from one KO to the nxt but when one holds it for awhile like gail or even beth in wwe then folk say its a stale reign but when the title changes hands and it will im sure people are going to say they want gail as champ again. I mean isnt it better a long reign to 6 short ones? like A love or vel or winter no need to go on. my point is enjoy gails long run as the nxt title holders may be crap at least alot of KOs are getting used and the champ unlike lalya or beth

Isn’t saying “It’s been booked better than Beth’s run as Divas Champion” the most backhanded of compliments for TNA? :)
I think the issue a lot of people have, especially people like me who happen to be big Gail fans, is she’s booked to look weak, weak, weak. Having to cheat to beat Mickie James is one thing, but having to cheat to beat literally ANYONE?

Yeah, I wouldn’t mind if Gail just won matches without the cheating. She could be sneaky, but I wish they had more sneaky ways to push her and not using the easy “cheating” tactics.

I remembered when Madison was champ and people complained. I guess no one can have too much of a good thing. We all want balance. Unlike Michelle McCool, Gail Kim totally deserve to be champ! The KOs haven’t been this exciting in a while since Mickie was the champ. WWE not pushing Gail just makes this reign the more sweeter. How many of us have complained that Gail deserves the title. Now that she has it, lets all be happy and hope for good things. So far matches are good, Gail got to speak, and we have a credible champ. What more can you ask for. Now they just need to push the shadowed KOs to the forefront again and I’ll be extra happy. The division couldn’t get any better… well, if Melina joined and Kharma returned, damn. That would be sweet! Gail FTW!

Well, the only complaint I have is that Gail isn’t dominant as she can be in her booking… at least no one can hate Gail as much as they do Michelle… she literally DESTROYED all her opponents.

Gail would make and DID make a great champ lol only thing is how she is booked..she cheats too much makes her look bad…I think the only legit win was against Brooke Tessmacher in a great match!
The problem with Madison as champ was well back THEN, she wasnt as good a wrestler as how much she has improved now! =)
She wasnt bad its just that she would take momentum from her opponents and matches came out lame…now she can actually keep up!
Gail Kim is awesome!
Mickie Tara Winter ODB and even Velvet Sky never really got to taste being champion fully lol..it was too quick
Only legit champs TNA has had were Gail Kim, Awesome Kong, Madison Rayne, Angelina Love and Taylor Wilde
The rest titles switches happened too often in weird ways.
Only “Hot potato” switch I liked was Mickie James vs Winter..those were awesome series of matches

Thanks Ryan. I agree, but in my own opinion, I have to say Gail IS the best :D. She isn’t booked as that though haha. Mickie Vs. Winter was pretty awesome. I would like it too if they made all the girls legitimate. I’m telling you, the KO’s need their own show. Winter should be prominent again as well as Mickie. Too many good girls there to waste like that. Hopefully it’s not Hogan that cut the KO’s time down. They are the only reason why me and a few others I know watch TNA. I don’t even know whom the male champs are lol.

She grew on me in 2007-2009 as much as my love for Lita Michelle Candice Natalya or Trish Stratus…Gail Kim was above these all baby!! Gail Kim owned my heart
TNA has been trying to do an All Knockouts Show since the division started…WWE had one NXT3 and despite how much pple including pple HERE bashed the show, I liked it! It had freedom, was a fun show, very random, and the matches were GREAT!!
But then again back then the Knockouts were at an all time rage! Jacqueline Moore Awesome Kong ODB Roxxi Taylor Wilde Gail Kim Angelina Velvet Christy Hemme…list goes on bro…Knockouts were oozing women! They arent exactly there now but have managed to survive without Awesome Kong AND grow with Mickie James Velvet Sky and Brooke Tessmocher…aka the hottest women in wrestling!!

Gail Kim is truley the BEST overall in ring female wrestler of our generation, Natalya, Molly, Beth, Michelle Mccool and Trish join her in the ranks of women who truly owned in the square circle. Women who not only looked convincing but made their opponents look like a million bucks in the process, in other words, the true art of wrestling (don’t believe me watch Gail VS Kelly, Kelly’s best match ever IMO)
One things for certain, whoever takes the title off Gail, is going to be a big deal.

Well i would add Mickie also but that me and i don’t think Gail is the best of our generation but she is one of. Plus i would drop McCool name from there yes she was good but not one of the best that my opinion.

i have a feeling we will get 2 KO matches this week or a lengthy amount of time for one match. either way im excited to see who the next challenger is, how the KO’s react to Brooke-H and what Hogan meant about dixie’s plans for mickie.

During Gails 200 + days reign, how many times has she actually won without interferance from Karen/Madison or cheated to win??? Would love to see Velvet, Brooke, Tara, Mickie, Angelina or ODB to beat her for the title.
