The latest FCW Diva to receive a new ring name from WWE is former independent star, Tenille Tayla.
The Australian Diva revealed via Twitter that her new name going forward is Emma.

The former SHIMMER wrestler wrote on Twitter: “You may now call me…. EMMA!! New ring name – check! Let’s get this show on the road ;) Ready or not here I come #WWE #NXT #DIVA”
Thoughts: Did someone in WWE watch the Spice Girls at the Olympics closing ceremony last night? There is a resemblance between Tenille and Baby Spice, Emma Bunton.

I meant current divas roster. AJ lost hers and got hers back for the time being. Has Eve’s been used lately? I don’t even remember. Alicia’s is I forgot about that though she’s been AWOL lately for the most part. Natalya and Tamina have theirs referenced though generally they get billed as just their first names.

The name doesn’t mean anything. The talent of the person using the name will overcome anything. Who thought “Lita” would become a classic name. I bet at the time a lot of people said it was a dumb name too.
If the woman is good enough, it doesn’t matter WHAT they call her.

Why are people complaining about last names?
Lita, Tori, Sable, Terri, Jacqueline, Ivory, Jazz, Francine, Trinity, Ariel, Victoria, Melina, Aksana, Kaitlyn, Cherry, Maria, Maryse, Chyna and Layla never had billed last names. Don’t see why everyone needs a last name, if all Divas had a last name you’d still complain. No pleasing.
