THQ has unveiled the WWE ’13 entrance and finisher for Attitude Era Lita, real name Amy Dumas.
As confirmed during the roster reveal last month, Lita will appear in the game twice — once as her Attitude Era self, and again as her modern day self.
Lita’s modern day entrance and finisher have yet to be revealed, but it will be interesting to see how different (if at all) they are from the Attitude Era videos below.

Love the music and video but hate the attire the entrance looks so weird and nothing like hers at all and i hate the moonsault what ever happen to the moonsault with the pin like smfh but back to the entrance she is using Ashley hand gestures and strut i dont like it

They wish they had someone with all the cred built-in and look of a Lita now. Just for starters, beginning w/ the Hardys was priceless for being around all the high spots and moments of the Era. In the PG era, it’s practically impossible to ever duplicate the circumstances that gave us this particular legend. Though I think they definitely got somewhere w/ Laycool, if it had continued, and could have done that with Beth, Kharma and Nattie Neidhart for starters. A small amount of risk (tying her w/ Hardy highspots) or drama (AJ/Punk/Bryan got a ton of buzz going) would have went a long way, for sure; seeing how much interest Lita can still draw shows how short-sighted WWE has been with their Divas.

Here’s my problem with the “Attitude Era” Lita. Lita redefined the word Diva, or maybe like Matt Striker said on the “Greatest Superstars of the 21st Century” DVD, she was the first Anti-Diva in a sense. THQ just gave her a “meh…” treatment head to toe for WWE 13, that raises more questions than gives any sort of fan satisfaction.
- They recycled an outfit that has been used maybe 5 or more times in previous WWE video games.
- Where is the thong?
- Wrong Entrance Video, Lita didn’t have that until 2004.
- Wrong Finisher, Lita wasn’t using that version of Twist of Fate until 2004.
- WTF @ the Moonsault. That is no Litasault.
- Where is the Hardy Boys/ Team Extreme hand sign/ taunt? I’m doubting it copyrighted.

Its just so weird that they used her tron from 2003-2004…it would have made more sense for Modern Lita to use it.

I mean honestly i would have rather had Lita in her Essa Rios attire and entrance and Trish in her T&A attire since these attires and versions just dont add up to the Attitude Era time frame. At least the attitude era was at its end then.

Yeah, that’s why Lita has two characters and Trish has one. In the past you might have been on to something, but Lita’s clearly gotten the most hype this year.

And they did a promo for Trish’s appearances? Heck, last year she wasn’t even on the regular roster. You had to download her. I’m not even pro-Trish or pro-Lita, but some of you Lita fans must be insecure shut-ins, because you always moan about how overlooked she is, even when she’s not. She got way more attention than Trish did at Raw 1000, for starters. And if you really thought Lita was so great, you wouldn’t have to always complain about Trish. That says to me that you consider her to be the bigger star and you’re jealous about it.

I still find it funny that she’s considered a current diva, when neither the diva champion or the #1 contender are in the game. I’m guessing Lita’s signed some sort of new contract with them. She went from being virtually ignored by WWE to becoming their new go-to girl in the past six months as far as past divas are concerned.
As for the model, I’m not surprised it’s outdated. Usually, unless they plan on using a particular charcter in the advertisements (like Rock last year), they keep recycling the same thing over and over again. That’s THQ’s approach to the series in general. Sort of like Madden.

I agree like everything about this game screams it needs CHyna you have Eddie with the Latino Heat theme and video with her in it you have Hunter Hurst Helmesley and DX Triple H you have the whole DX with her in there vids like WWE could have charged it to the game and added Chyna she was such a big part of the attitude era for her and Sable not to be included is an outrage

Then people can get mad all they want but i have no clue why Kharma is in this game? Why are the Bellas? WWE has tricked me out of my money for 12 yrs but this time they wont. Where is Chyna? Sable? Chyna is a porn star who burned her bridges with WWE years ago. Don’t expect an appearance, unless she winds up as surprise DLC. I’ll give you the rest minus Debra, who didn’t do much more than follow Jeff Jarrett around, and become the catalyst for Road Dogg to coin the term puppies as a reference to boobs, which Jerry Lawler (hope he recovers quickly and fully as possible) ran into the ground. In any case WWE.com claims there are over 20 downloadable characters being worked on for the game. Also, there’s a lot of info yet to be released, so I’ll reserve judgment for the next 8 weeks.

Call Chyna what you want she was a major focal point of the Attitude Era so was Debra she may not have been the best in ring worker or as huge as Sable but she got a better reaction than todays Divas she was a good talker and good at what she was given love her but i will def be watching these next 8 wks

He/She are not calling Chyna anything… that’s actually what she does, porn. She’s a pornstar now which would be frowned upon by WWE, so they cut all ties with her years back. In my opinion, I don’t really care for the Attitude Era theme of the game, so I’m not that bothered by Lita’s entrance or finisher, it is recycled and outdated, but I won’t be playing as her so it doesn’t bother me. And then again, the other Attitude Era Diva’s, don’t really care if they are in the game either, like I said, not really big on the whole Attitude Era theme.

I wasn’t insulting Chyna. I always liked her. But, she is in the porn business, and she’s not on good terms with the WWE. I never said she wasn’t a major part of the AE. Hell, she did more for women then, than what a few of today’s have done. She was the first and only female I-C Champ. She was the 1st female to compete for a shot at the WWE Title, and she was the 1st Diva ever in the Royal Rumble. I never said I wasn’t a supporter of Debra either, but her contributions were slim pickings in comparison to Chyna, Lita, Trish, Ivory, Sable, and Luna.

I still stand by that there was no reason for two Litas in this game. You could have simply unlocked another attire for her, and done the same for Trish and had modern Trish and modern Lita. This was just a waste of a perfectly good spot that could have gone to Layla and opened up another Diva for DLC.
She looks great, the attire is pretty standard Lita wear, I can understand why the thong isn’t there, as it’s all PG now. Didn’t see the finisher.

PG=NO THONG, I’m not happy about it but I can get over Lita’s thong showing lol, some ppl still don’t get WWE and act like it’s surprising. Anywho.. I don’t mind her attire though I’m wondering the same thing DD is and that’s how will her newer character be different? If there is NO difference then whats the point? Lita is one of my favorites so I’m not really trying to complain because I am happy she is in. I just hope theres a reason we have two of her other than the fact they wanted to try and shut up all of us Lita fans by giving us two of her lol
I really wish Vickie would’ve still been in the game because I actually like making her champ at times and have her paired with a dominant diva to protect her.
I do agree with people about Chyna, she should have been in the game. My only problem with people saying well.. she does porn now. Well.. ok I get the whole pg thing, but ya’ll are the same ones bitching over a thong showing. Plus when you think of the attitude era (whether you wanna call chyna a slut, whore, skank, alchy, etc.) she is one of the TOP women who come to a lot of people’s minds.. just because she wasn’t you’re favorite, doesn’t take away the fact she made an impact. By all rights Chyna should be in it. Her doing porn doesn’t bother me but I’m pretty sure it plays a factor in WWE’s decision to leave her out (among other political ones I’m sure). I loved her as a kid but I’m done getting upset about her being left out of stuff because I know it’s not going to happen. Hoping for it leads to disappointment.
