SHINE 3 Full Card, Women’s Wrestling Legends to be Honored, SHIMMER Announcement
The full card for SHINE 3 on September 21 has been finalized.
The card is as follows:
* Jazz vs. Rain
* Allysin Kay w/Taylor Made and April Hunter vs. Christina Von Eerie
* Jessicka Havok vs. Mia Yim
* Mercedes Martinez vs. Jayme Jameson
* Leva Bates vs. Kimberly
* Taylor Made w/Allysin Kay and April Hunter vs. Greek Barbie
* The West Coast Connection (Su Yung & Tracy Taylor) vs. Rainbow Bright (Gabby Gilbert & Luscious Latasha)
* Santana vs. Sienna Duvall
As well as those matches, SHINE will honor several women’s wrestling legends including Sabrina, Diane Von Hoffman, Joyce Grable and Leilani Kai. All four will be in attendance.
Plus, there is expected to be a big announcement for the next SHIMMER taping.

not long enough sherri, they wrestled back in the 80s’, before you were born probably…have to remember there are a lot more old time lady wrestlers even before WWF..WWE…just saying, a lot of them did wrestling the way it was supposed to be done…no flash, no hype, no drama..just wrestling…sabrina was a world tag team champion with princess victoria.

Even people who were born before the 80s probably never heard of them.
Diane worked some for USWA and did a few AJW shows. Since the smaller companies didnt tape their shows there just isnt much footage available about her. So except for people who saw her life, its hard to know anything about her, except for an interview she did a while ago.
The same goes for Sabrina. There is some material from Georgia Championship available, and she was NWA womens tagteam champion for 7 days, but thats pretty much all that is known.
Who knows, maybe both were great legends in their days, but since there is no video footage or biographies, people will never know how relevant they were in those days. Leilani Kai, Joyce Grable, Judy Martin and Wendi Richter were active in the same period, and they are remembered thanks to working for companies that taped their shows.

Diane also worked for the LPWA. Nearly every top North American female wrestler, during that time period, wrestled there.

Dianne is the only wrestling legend there I don’t recognise. But I love love love Leilani Kai!!
