Beth Phoenix on Last Night’s SmackDown Taping: ‘Highlight of My Career’
Former Divas Champion, Beth Phoenix, tweeted about last night’s SmackDown taping (the show will air Friday), calling it the “highlight of my career”.
Phoenix wrestled her close friend Natalya in the Diva dream match fans have been yearning to see. The icing on the cake? The match took place in Beth’s hometown of Buffalo, New York.
Tweeting about the match, Beth wrote: “#Smackdown taping tonight just may have been the highlight of my career.”

The encounter has never before been seen on WWE television, but with Phoenix rumored to be departing the company next month, perhaps WWE finally pulled the trigger before it was too late?
The match will air on SmackDown this Friday on Syfy.

Beth and Natalya alreaydy had a match but not a single match. It was a triple threat match with Mickie James to determine the n°1 contender for the WWE Women’s championship. During that match, Beth hit the Glamslam on Natalya. ;)

Totally happy for her and I really hope that when she said that she isn’t planning on leaving or retiring it’s true!
Most of all now she gets additionaly involved in the feud with Kaitlyn, Eve and Layla! :)
Would love to see her turning face, building a team with Kaitlyn and later when Nattie turns to a full face aswell a stable with the 3 powerhouses! :)

by now it´s all speculation but maybe having Beth facing Natalya in her hometown and winning and making her staying(it seems so) in the storyline regarding Eve andd Kaitlyn it was a way to convince Beth to stay
or maybe not…..

im so happy wwe did this for her . maybe her last match will be a lost, but lets just pretend this is her last match because it was perfect way to leave wwe if she is leaving

Beth is leaving & i think wwe is just giving the fans the match they wanted to see for so long as a parting gift for beth…im sure its going to be that beth attacked kaitlyn gets fired for it & that eve planned the whole thing…..

Beth is leaving and that’s sad. I’m just happy that WWE gave her a decent last match(?) in her hometown of Buffalo New York, as face(?) and against Natalya. Beth phoenix is my favorite diva :(
