WWE developmental talent, Skyler Moon, formerly Buggy Nova on the independent scene, has clarified reports that emerged last week regarding her being admitted into WWE sponsored rehab.

Moon clarified that she wasn’t being treated for a substance abuse problem, rather an eating disorder.

It appears that Moon is seeking treatment for her disorder.

She tweeted:

For all the rumors and speculations, I do not have a drug problem, I have an eating disorder. Thank you all for the love and support!! I will b back stronger then ever :) soon!!!!! I love you guys thanks for having my back. I’m not ashamed of my disease, i’m blessed to want to make myself better.

On behalf of the Diva Dirt team, our best wishes go out to Buggy in her recovery. Her brave decision to make her disorder public will perhaps inspire others to also seek help.

That’s so sad to hear:( but at the same time I’m glad its not a drug related issue! but still I hope she develops a healthy relationship with food again.

I’m very sad to hear this news but I’m glad that it wasn’t a drug or alochol problem not saying that an eating disorder is a good thing.

    Hope she’s doing okay.

She is not the first woman to come out to say that she has an eating disorder, when in the modeling world, hollywood, music, and all walks of life that has this disorder.I give her all the credit in the world for getting herself treated rather than to let it go before it gets too late and give her credit in the world for admitting that she has a different problem than any other superstar/wrestler has had since this Wellness Policy has went into effect. It would be a very stupid boldface move for WWE to release her, cause of her eating disorder when there are young girls who watches pro wrestling that someday that they want to become a WWE Diva or TNA Knockout or even Independent Women Wrestler that they need someone to look up too and if they have eating disorder that they have someone who has been down the road who standing at ringside to cheer them on to get the help that they needed.

I seriously hope that she will be back in the WWE/NXT rings again. Neither a drug problem or an eating disorder are never ever a good thing to be involve in the first place, but you can do is to admit that you have a problem, and is to get the help that you may need to get your life on track again.

I’m glad it’s not a substance abuse problem, but still, it’s sad that she has an earting disorder. I do respect her decision to reveal that she has an eating disorder because it’ll inspire others to get the help that they need if they have one as well. When it comes to women being a part of the entertainment industry, whether it’s acting or music or sports, there’s ALOT of pressure for them to be thin. I do wish her luck with her rehab and recovery : )

Good for her, eating disorders are tougher to get rid of than drug problems.

  15. My heart goes out to her one of my best friends she had a eating disorder for years before she wanted to get help & to see what she went through was hard….
i wish her all the best…..

  16. Buggy has been open for years regarding her long term battle with anorexia. I applaud her for her transparency and for seeking help in a world that would easily condone her harming herself

I don’t think they’d release her for that. Would they ?

Anyway, good luck Buggy <3 Hope to see you soon !

Until Skyler Moon comes back from rehab that WWE needs to fill in about two to three more spots on NXT Roster for the Divas. With Sara Del Rey and Mercedes KV are already confirmed to join the roster and besides Where Kayla Armstrong?

Well it’s nice that she realizes her problem and is getting help for it! Best wishes to her and hopefully she can overcome the eating disorder,. It depends a lot on how long it has been going on and if she’s kept it a big secret. She may have problems with people understanding it that are close to her. Hopefully she has a good support system.

The only thing that saddens me is to see people say ‘thank god it’s not a drug problem’ To be honest, eating disorders are just as bad for your body if not worse in the long run and cause just as must damage over time. If you have drug problems, thats just as much a disorder.. unfortunately people look at it differently and treat people differently over it. Thats all :)
