Kaitlyn beat Beth and Nattie clean leading up to NOC. She’s on the rise, and they even showed Layla watching on when Kaitlyn beat Beth.
She’s way too eager to blame Eve for everything, and she’s not even the one that got attacked.
I think Layla and Eve are both manipulating things and Kaitlyn is caught in the middle.

Yeah that sounds good to me. Layla in a wig attacked kaitlyn. She thought she would get out of the title match but eve got put in kaitlyns place, her plan backfired, so she’s angry at eve, which is why she’s blaming her!
Smackdown as a whole looks meh so I’m not surprised this is lacking too. At least they address the issue. With Eve slipping up in her act on Monday and her just shifting the blame from Beth to Teddy, they’re probably gonna have it be Eve in a wig. Which honestly, wouldn’t be as much of a problem if it hadn’t been for her segment with the Prime Time Players right before Kaitlyn was found.

Imagine if it was Raquelle Diaz… Since she’s not actually released and she’s blond XD but I think it will be eve in a wig! I hope they reveal the attacker or some more clues soon. So far I’m impressed with wwes efforts with the divas.
If Michelle didn’t have a kid recently, I’d say she attacked Kaitlyn. If A.J. were an active wrestler, I’d throw her into the line of suspects since her and Kaitlyn have had tension for a while (A.J. would have to be wearing a wig of course). Hopefully they don’t turn Layla heel since she’s never had a solid face run. Hopefully it’s someone random in a wig (random meaning NOT Eve for continuity purposes) because surprisingly WWE’s short on blondes. Btw I don’t think they should bring Raquel up so soon (since her ring skills need SERIOUS work, and apparently wants out of WWE), but knowing WWE, if the attacker isn’t Eve in a blonde wig, it’ll probably be Raquel, which would be somewhat anti-climatic in my opinion. I think the storyline should/will end when Layla has her rematch for the title.
