A perfect week leading up to the PPV. This week they really stepped it up and gave us something different with the brawl and advanced the storyline, and now they got Aksana involved and let her have her side of the story. I also like the tension between Kaitlyn and Layla because it sets the Triple Threat match up nicely.
Couldn’t ask for anything better, the WWE is finally taking notice of the Divas Division!

I love Eve and think she’s arguably the best Diva on the roster, but with all of this build up, Kaitlyn needs to walk away champion to kind of keep the feud going.

Kaitlyn does NOT need the championship. She is still rough around the edges, and seeing that she is not really experienced, I don’t think it’s smart enough to give her the title yet. Oh, and Layla should be chasing for the title considering how Layla and Eve put on way better matches than Eve and Kaitlyn. There is no fun with a champion who isn’t a good wrestler, especially when Natalya will be the only woman to carry her to decent matches. I feel like fans overrate Kaitlyn to the extremes, Just tell me one good match she has had that is memorable? Oh, nothing.

There have been many times when someone faces the champion multiple times but never wins. Just because you are in a long fued with the champion, doesn’t mean you have to walk away champion.

I really love this storyline, it’s so great to finally see something going on within the division that really gives depth and character to those involved. Even the divas that aren’t directly involved in the storyline have been able to show character. Alicia Fox with her bi-polar attitude, Beth being framed, Nattie not knowing what to believe, Aksana now being introduced to the mix. The only divas not involved have been Rosa and Tamina.. speakinf of which.. Tamina must have been demoted to NXT full time because we’ve not seen or heard from her in a long time.

I don’t know how anyone cannot be satisfied with this. This has been the most consistent divas feud/storyline since Lay-Cool’s demise, and I’m so glad it’s getting its proper ending. I wish Layla wouldn’t have ‘used’ her rematch already though, because it kind of makes her assertion into this match pretty random. I could see if it was her rematch and Booker decided to give Kaitlyn another shot seeing as how all that shady business went down and she had to use her #1 Contenders shot when she wasn’t 100% at the time due to Eve’s scheming. BUT not everything can be perfect…just happy that this is happening. It hasn’t been that long since we had a Divas Triple Threat, but its surely the first one with an actual storyline in a long time.

For one thing, it requires you to believe that the people involved don’t realize that they are on television. On Raw, Eve seemed surprised to find out that Kaitlyn took pictures of her I-Pad, even though it happened days eariler and millions of people saw it on TV. Teddy Long also couldn’t get Booker T to believe that Eve stole his (Teddy’s) idea, even though she was caught on camera doing it, and it aired on TV. This angle only works if you believe that these people 1. don’t watch their own shows and 2. no one who does watch WWE talks to them.

I don’t know if it’s just holes in the writing, but I still find something fishy about Aksana’s involvement. Isn’t she the one that supposedly told Teddy something about a blonde wig a couple of weeks ago (or Teddy said she told him)… and now she’s the attacker and claims she got a text telling her to do it that she says was from Eve? Either it’s a hole in the writing, or it seems like Aksana’s playing both sides.

She doesn’t say that she indeed attacked Kaitlyn, she just says that Eve asked her to do it.
This leaves the whole thing still open for someone new to be involved which would be the real attacker. :)

A couple of weeks ago on SmackDown when the blonde wig was first introduced. I think Diva Dirt may have had a video of the segment up. Aksana didn’t appear in the segment, but Teddy told Booker that she’d told them (him, Layla, and Kaitlyn) she found a blonde wig in Eve’s bag… At some point in the segment, Eve actually put a blonde wig on Teddy’s head saying she’d found it in his bag (I think.)

It probably is a hole in the writing – I am not yet prepared to believe that Creative would get that creative, especially with the divas. Must be due to the disregard that WWE has given to the divas until recently. At this stage, I just want proper time and thought given to the divas – still don’t think WWE would do a double swerve for the divas (I would love it if they did).

I’m so happy that more divas are coming into the storyline! :D I’m so proud of the writers giving us a story and letting the divas shine. With a great roster of women they have and they are ALL great even if some can’t wrestle they still bring a character and i cant wait for HIAC for this triple threat and i honestly hope it gets at least 8 minutes and hopefully the crowd gets behind these women!
I feel like teddy and aksana are in this together now that she broke up with antonio, i’m very intrigued whats going to happen! Hopefully in the next coming weeks after this we can see natalya and alicia get in this storyline! :D

So Aksana says that Eve asked her to do it but doesn’t confirm that she indeed did it! :)
This still leaves the attacker spot open for someone new to be revealed after the ppv which would be a great thing since it could still keep this feud going while expanding the storyline further, giving it more different ankles! :)
Can’t wait for the triple threat match and I really hope they will go all out and make a cage match out of it! ^_^
I know we probably won’t get it but one still can dream right? :p
Really hope the match will be long, hard hitting and filled with action! :)

They only did that when they got the opportunity aswell which wasn’t in every match they were in for sure.
Remember how Melina and Michelle got heat backstage because they had hard hitting spots in their match?
That’s the WWE management and the limitations they are placing over the divas. :/
Tamina and Kaitlyn had a hard hitting match in NXT that looked great too but after that they weren’t allowed to go out on the same way again so their next match was like if they were hitting each other with flowers instead of fists. -_-
So my hope is that the management will let Eve, Layla and Kaitlyn have indeed a hard hitting match in the pvp.

Sounds great!I don’t like how the attacker was revealed though…I really hope there is still some kind of twist and Eve was not the one that arrange the attack,because it was just too predictable.

Well, people seem happy! and rightly so! This is an actual feud with a story behind it. It’s been a while since we got anything like this for the girls.
Aksana’s involvement.. i don’t see it going on any longer than a week or two.. but if it does, it’s a welcomed change! I hope hes cleaned up her ring work a bit, she wasn’t awful, just not great.
And with the tension between kaitlyn and layla in the tag, i don’t know if that’s just to make the triple threat at HIAC more interesting or one of them are hinting at a heel turn?
It has us asking questions and waiting t see what happens next. So it’s a win/win i guess! :D
