Holy heck! I haven’t even had time to set things up and this pre-show is making me get to work right away. Jumping right on in with the action tonight!!!!!!

Queen Vickie Guerrero comes out screaming “Excuse Me” much to the delight of Cena and the fans. She looks absolutely amazing in that dress. She’s also getting massive heat and I love it. Vickie claims Cena is mad because he got his hands caught in the cookie jar.

DOLPH!!!

Out of nowhere, Prince Dawlf comes running. He tries to attack Cena from behind but Cena is able to counter. Dawlf ends up getting clotheslined out of the ring, which leaves Cena standing tall this time. Vickie’s distraction didn’t work but this leaves more to be desired. What’s going to happen with these people over the course of tonight?

Hey there, guys! Welcome to another pay-per-view quality review brought to you by your one and only Khaleesi, who is currently in the middle of her name day week. As you can see, we jumped right into the action tonight thanks to the WWE pre-show currently airing on WWE.com. They decided to have John Cena, the Doctor of Thugamonics, in the ring answering tweets and touts from the WWE Universe, and as well all know, he is now involved in yet another scandalous Diva angle! Answering a tweet about Queen Vickie is what brought out our new supervisor of Monday Night Raw.

Lots has been happening, hasn’t it?

Tonight is looking very delicious Diva-wise and I can’t wait to see what happens!

Our first official Hell in a Cell Diva sighting comes in the form of Vickie Guerrero. She is backstage with Josh Matthews. Vickie tells Josh that she does have the pictures to prove that AJ Lee and Cena had an affair and she invites AJ to Raw tomorrow night to defend herself. Vickie is soon interrupted by the brilliant Paul Heyman. He wants our Queen to cancel tonight’s match featuring his client CM Punk and Roidback. Vickie isn’t about to do that. Brilliant Paul gets loud, then admits that everyone is under a lot of pressure, then he leaves our Queen with something to think about. Hmmm.

Interesting little segment. There’s so many people involved around AJ and Vickie now. Loving this a lot. There’s so much they can do with it too, so I’m expecting more to play out tonight.

Looks like AJ will be on Raw tomorrow night to address these rumors and see the evidence! OoOoOoOo!!!!

Things are moving along slow tonight. The Atlanta crowd is being its typical self… very unresponsive. We’re just in hour two though, so there’s plenty of time left.

Queen Vickie is back! Heyman is back and he seems overjoyed that Queen Vickie has cancelled Punk versus Roidback. He is thanking Queen Vickie and reassuring her that himself and Punk will make Raw tomorrow night despite the fact they’re going to hop on an 11 o’clock to Chicago. Queen Vickie is just confused. She tells Heyman that the match has not been cancelled. She also adds that if Heyman doesn’t like it, then both he and Punk know right where to go.

There is a lot of tension between these two!

Speaking of tension, we head backstage and Booker T looks stressed out to say the least. He watched SmackDown just go to hell now that Big Slow is champion. He’s not very interested when Eve Torres, our Divas Champion, approaches him. Eve wants to talk to Booker but he has nothing to say. He needs to go check on Sheamus. Eve ends up running into her foe, Teddy Long, and they exchange words. Zack Ryder comes in dressed like a witch, and of course a joke is made at Eve’s expense. She storms out of the scene saying that she has to get ready for her match. That match is next (right after a Santino sighting, then Vince/Punk segment)!

Goodness… what a nice little match.

As I said in my predictions, the match could’ve gone two ways. It could either be a hot mess of a match or it could end up being brilliant. I think it found a nice middle ground. It wasn’t spectacular by any means, especially with the missed senton ending by Eve, but it wasn’t bad at all. Let’s break it down by competitors.

I loved the aggression from Layla. I think her transition to babyface is getting so much better. She’s found her niche and now she’s ready to roll with it. She took her chances and didn’t hesitate to go after Kaitlyn as well as Eve. That showed to me she’s hungry to get the title that was stolen from her back. So many times babyfaces forget the fact they’re competitors. They just smile and wave, and go through the motions, and it seems like Layla has kind of broken out of that. She’s doing her best to make this face persona work for her and I’m liking her a lot more as a championship contender than I did as a champion.

Eve is a great heel. She might have botched the ending, but in my opinion she was the workhorse of the match. She worked offense and defense against both girls and kind of provided the glue that held everything together. Her submissions are beautiful to watch and it was a fitting end that she stole the win. I love heel champions like they’re making Eve. It adds so much to her character that she’s sneaky smart. I don’t think the WWE have gone that route with a Diva lately. I love it and I hope it continues for a while.

As for Kaitlyn, talk about a surprise. Everything from her gear to her moves worked for me. Talk about someone who has improved. I love this girl. She’s true to herself and was the star for me tonight. She pulled new things out of her hat, expanding her arsenal, and making me wonder exactly what else she is capable of. Kaitlyn is steady and I expect big, big things from her in the future as long as she sticks with wrestling. She has the looks, the personality, and can obviously work. The sky could be the limit for Kaitlyn.

I really think these three worked their butts off tonight and I appreciate the effort. There’s really not much else to say. It wasn’t perfect. It wasn’t bad. I really enjoyed the match. I don’t think this storyline is finished and I hope it’s not. Kaitlyn can only get better with this type of push, and Eve and Layla are doing really well with their lesser-experienced co-worker. I like it. It’s new, fresh, and I hope more comes to light tomorrow night.

Also tomorrow on Raw, we have Vickie with her promise to show the evidence she has on AJ and John Cena. That should be interesting. I loved Riddle’s theory on Twitter that it being CM Punk’s lackey Brad Maddox who got the footage of our beloved AJ Lee and SuperCena. You should all know that whatever happens on Raw,  I will be here to recap it come Tuesday.

Until Tuesday (my name day =D)… Khaleesi out!

I enjoyed the match. Obviously wasn’t the best triple threat ever but it was far from the worst. All three worked well together. Kaitlyn was definitely the one that impressed me the most. With Eve stealing the pin from her I hope we get Eve vs Kaitlyn come Survivor Series.

I beliEVE that Kaitlyn truly shined last night and I think she deserves another shot at the title. I think that at Survivor Series we will see Team Kaitlyn vs Team Eve.

that would be good a team vs team match but is there even enough active wrestling divas able to do it ?

    Like Mike Reply:

That would be interesting, I think the teams would be

    Team Kaitlyn
    Kaitlyn, Layla and Alicia

    Team Eve
    Eve, Aksana and Natalya

Kaitlyn definitely seems to be someone who wwe is considering of making a top diva one day, but I can’t help but think that the only way she’d be able to truly break out as a star is if she had a feud with Kharma!

  4. it was a good match i enjoyed it ! there has been better ones but this one was up there with the good

every week im starting to love Kaitlyn more and more, wen she started on NXT i couldnt stand her and couldnt take her serious, but shes won me over lol i would like to see more power moves added to her move set and step away some moves that smaller divas would/could do (Stratusfaction, good spot tho :-) ), and lastly YES Eve won,my girl!!!

    WWFoverWWE Reply:

kaitlyn should honestly take advantage of power moves because that’s what she does best.

Probably the only match where kaitlyn hasn’t made me cringe in some way. She did good and hopefully she continues.

I liked the gorilla press into the one-legged gutbuster she did. Kaitlyn should keep that move because it’s original and isn’t ripping someone else off like the stratusfaction. I hope she never does that again.

Layla did really well too. Her selling and moves were on-point. However I have a small feeling that Layla will not become divas champion ever again.

Eve did okay but wasn’t really the standout. I loved the attire though/

    Lita-Sault-666 Reply:

I wouldn’t like her to use the move often due to it widely being recognized as Trish’s finisher & also for the fact that it looks odd having a ‘powerhouse’ (if you will) using that sort of move.

Having said that, by using the Stratusfaction during her match, she’s ripping Trish off? As far as we know, she may have asked Trish if she could use the move prior to executing it at the PPV, and even if she didn’t, it’s wrestling, it happens.

    WWFoverWWE Reply:

I get that divas are always using each others moves, but they should seriously be more original. Using the stratusfaction which is the finisher of the WWE’s highlight diva is just a big no in my books.

If kaitlyn wants to do a bulldog so badly, she should think up some other variation like the running bulldog.

    xX-Zoey-Sky-Xx Reply:

I see most people saying that Kaitlyn is ripping Trish blah blah blah, but Kaitlyn doing the stratusfaction, I think is her paying her respects to one of her heroes. Kaitlyn has said before that Trish is one of her heroes.

    Raekon Reply:

Zoey is right, Kaitlyn did the stratusfaction as a homage to Trish.
She already said that she loves Trish in interviews and that she looked up to her before.

As about powermoves, she would use many more if they would let her so if you don’t see her using any it’s not because she doesn’t want to but rather because she isn’t allowed to (movement restrictions).

I was totally surprised that they let her do the powerslam and the gorilla press to a gutbuster combo in the first place.

    Looking Glass Reply:

So Trish can wear pink and black and talk about how she loves the Hart family and pay homage to them but Kaitlyn can’t do the same to her own idol? Yeah, it’s not the best of ideas considering how precious the fans get if any living soul dares copy Queen Trish (see: Tessmacher’s similiar move at the start of her wrestling career) but a bulldog, is a bulldog, is a bulldog. Trish wasn’t the first to do it and she won’t be the last, she made it popular but she doesn’t own the move.

  7. What made it just that bit off was the crowd, I hope WWE never go to that city again, they were just bad, even for the main event.

As for the match, I liked it. It had a good amount of time, it involved some excellent and different moves and it featured divas that are apart of a storyline and not just thrown together.

Layla did good in this match. She pulls off her moves very well. She is, like Cryssi said, just being more of a babyface than standing there and smiling and waving, she is showing agression as a face. She is getting good at the moves she is doing in her moveset.

Eve, to me, was the least standout women in the match, mainly because the match seemed more about when Layla and Kaitlyn turned on each other than them taking Eve down for what she’s done. If I was Kaitlyn and Layla, I would have first taken Eve out, then handshake and battle then turn on each other.

Kaitlyn impressed me the most in the match. Her attire was great. If the crowd were doing anything in the match, they were just shocked at when Kaitlyn delivered the single knee gutbuster to Layla and when she reversed the cross body and picked Layla up. As for Kaitlyn using the Springboard bulldog, who gives a dam if she apprently ‘copied’ Trish. Trish didn’t invent the move, she just made it famous. Watching another diva use the move seemed refreshing. I wouldn’t call it copying, i’d call it pay homage to her idol. It’s fans like those that are a pet peeve of mine, when a diva has a finisher, then a few years later, another diva uses it and people jump on the bandwaggon and say she copied her like Eve used the moonsault which Lita made famous.

What will happen next? I’m not sure.. hopefully, we get a multi tag match with meaning at survivor series, perhaps Team Layla/Kaitlyn vs Team Eve, i’d love to see another triple threat rematch.

All I hear is Kaitlyn Kaitlyn Kaitlyn… AND I LOVE IT!

She’s really really shined and although she may have won, surely performences like this from her will soon get the belt round her waste.

If you went back only a couple months, none of us would have expected Kaitlyn to be the top face diva in the company (if she is indeed taking over from Layla, as it seems)

  9. kreece

From what I’ve heard / seen AJ is going to be the one to take the belt from eve as they plan on pushing her as their top baby face as soon as her authority role is over with (which is speculated soon). So I’m not going to hold out for Kaitlyn getting the belt from eve, it’s a shame because a botched battle royal has made her shine as a future top star as well.

    shameronstar Reply:

There no reason both of them can’t be top faces of the division! It gives you alternatives plus it would be almost like a fairy tale because two best friends both achieved greatness!

Really nice. This was probably Kaitlyn’s best performance yet. Since she’s been protected in this feud so far, she’ll probably get a one-on-one match with Eve after this. I expect Layla will move into the backseat now with her getting pinned here.

I like that Kaitlyn’s incorporating more moves that accentuate her strength now since she’s pretty much the new “power wrestler” Diva with Beth about to leave, but I wish she’d stop using the Stratisfaction. I don’t have a problem with her doing it, but it’s something more fitting of a smaller or more agile wrestler. Someone with her size and wrestling style doing that move just looks kind of awkward.

To Be Honest. In This Match I’ve Started to Like Kaitlyn. Good Match I Hope at SS. We Have Team Vs Team. Eve/Aksana/Natalya Vs Layla/Kaitlyn/Alicia !

The screenshot of this page is hilarious to say the least! ^_^
Loved the match, the feud and everything.

All 3 girls did awesomely and it was one of the best ppv matches we had for a long time now.

Having it as a triple threat match definately added to it but the constant action and the constant involvement of all 3 made it standout more than other triple threat matches of the past in which 2 battled it out while one were taking a pause for a long time before they switched again.

VERY happy they allowed Kaitlyn to finally use powermoves and it was nice to see her paying homage to her idol by doing the stratusfaction in a PPV match. :)

I’m sure that Trish was happy to see how influental her time was for future divas like Kaitlyn. :)

I loved the double split, reminded me of Melina & Mickie!!

  14. Awesome match!!! I mean u can tell they are rookies but love how they all bring their A Game to the match!! Kate’s strength and toughness is awesome and love how fiery Layla is! And eve is one fine bitch!! Damn!
Sucks neither ladies could get the crowd going lol but it’s cool because it was a sick match!! Well done Divas Division!! By that I mean Lay Eve n Kate :)

I think Kaitlyn is still need of wrestling training. she should not have been in title picture even if its is for a tacky title like the divas championship. here powers there she could be the next beth (if she was stoned extremely drunk) lol
