It wouldn’t be so bad if they made it less corny. It’s so obvious that they’re trying to steer clear of being controversial (hence why they refuse to use any other terms than “affair” or “inappropriate behavior”) which prevents it from being as entertaining as it could be. The story has potential to be somewhat edgy but they’ve completely drained it.

Good to see there still Pushing Kaitlyn even if the match was short think we might see a Title change at Survivor Series at its about time Kaitlyn got the Upper hand at a PPV since Eve has won the last two PPV matches between the two an a Kaitlyn title win would be a happy ending to the who attacked Kaitlyn storyline.

Kaitlyn vs Eve at SS? I’m fine with it. Kaitlyn shone brightly during the triple threat match and she and Eve had a good match on Raw last month. With AJ stuck in this Cena/Vickie stuff, I honestly say let Kaitlyn take the title for awhile. The feud with Eve can take a new turn or she could feud with Alicia or Natalya. Hell bring Tamina back as heel and let them have at it.

Seriously, I can’t even talk about all the botches abd sloppy work that happened in all the 68 seconds because they were probably rushed to get it over with quick as possible.

And Layla’s little rope bounce thing looked awkward (unless that’s how it always looks?). Considering there was only about 5 moves in the whole match, a couple botches would seem like a lot.

Well this IS the same company that used Lita’s personal life to get her CHARACTER over as a heel and essentially destroy her career at the same time, so I wouldn’t put it pass WWE to do something that shameful.

OK, this is really in poor taste. I know Punk is supposed to be this big heel, and I’m sure they cleared all this with Jerry (at least I hope they did) but mocking the fact that he came so unbelievably close to dying is just too much. It’s cheap heat and beneath someone as talented as Punk.

I think the Rosa x Del Rio pairing would work great for them both! Rosa can valet someone who isn’t obscure and Del Rio character can bounce off someone who can make him more interesting!

Part of me wonders if the AJ/Vickie/Dolph/Cena segment ran long and they cut Layla and Kaitlyn down on their time. Or they cut them down to make more room for that tasteless Punk/Heyman thing. Though given that we haven’t been getting matches that short week in and week out and as long as we don’t go back to that, I’m not going to pitch a fit about the match length.

OMG!! Seriously, Kaitlyn?? I really hope Eve retains this Sunday for 2 reasons
1. She has only been champ for about 2 months and I want the title to gain some prestige so I feel she needs to keep it for at least another month or two.
2. Kaitlyn is still quite green in the ring and is not ready for the Title. She is not going to be able to carry the division as she is still stiff looking in the ring and is still being carried a bit in her matches.
Therefore I think Eve should hold onto the title and when this AJ/Vickie feud is finished AJ should feud with Eve over the title.

Eve’s gonna retain (most likely with help from the REAL attacker) unless WWE creative decides to bring an abrupt climax to the whole “who dunnit” storyline, and since that’s kindad died down a bit, I don’t see Kaitlyn winning and having her “storybook ending.” I feel like they’re just trying to make Kaitlyn look like somewhat of a threat to make Eve look stronger as the top heel when she wins. They’ve been building A.J. for the top face roll since April, so it’d make sense for her to take the belt from Eve (probably at TLC or Royal Rumble since she’s stuck in a pointless feud with Vickie at the moment).

If AJ wins the Divas Title and Vickie is still Managing Supervisor, then this feud between her and Vickie will really feel like a rehash of the Austin/McMahon feud, except this time it’ll be Vickie trying to screw AJ out of the title.

LMAO! Prestige? That’s rich. Remember what championship you’re talking about. Sad as it is to say, that title has always been kind of a joke. Hell, the longest reigning champion was Maryse, and she was freaking terrible. Besides, WWE doesn’t even care about making the IC, US and tag titles look prestigious, so why would the Divas belt be any different? It’s not like the title had any real standards to begin with. Everybody gets a turn with it at some point (except Rosa apparently).

Oh please. Kaitlyn’s more ready for the title than some of the idiots that have held that thing before her (ex. Kelly, Maryse). It’s not like the bar has been set incredibly high, and Kaitlyn’s been doing some of her best work yet lately. Sure, she’s still improving, but she’s surpassed women with more experience than her in just 2 years and has been one of the focal points of one of the only honest-to-god Diva storylines to come around in ages. Why shouldn’t she get a run with the belt?

Meh. Is that necessary? AJ doesn’t really need the title if you think about it. She’s already been elevated above it and every other Diva they’ve got. And who the hell knows how long this nonsense with AJ/Vickie/Cena could go on for. I’d really rather they keep those storylines separate, especially when AJ hasn’t really been involved with the Divas division for months anyway. Personally, I think AJ’s on the brink of being overexposed. It would be really nice to see the other Divas get some attention.

Woah man. No need for the book. “Hell the longest running champion was Maryse, and she was freaking terrible!” I disagree. Why does everyone like to slam Maryse? She was not terrible at all. Maryse had the most charachter of any diva in her time. That is still arguable with todays girls. Her wrestling wasn’t bad either. Check out her match with Michelle Mccool for the belt, with Maria as the special refferee. That match was really enjoyable and entertaining if you ask me. She was a fine wrestler, and was entertaining as hell. Only when she had her knee injury did her wrestling ability decrease.
